This property is located 35 miles north of Longview and I20 and 35 miles south of Mt. Pleasant and I30. Dallas is only 2.5 hours away. This would make a great weekend getaway! 
The cabin and the house are currently rented.  Occupancy available in early summer 2014 or within 30 days of closing, whichever is later. Earlier occupancy date may be negotiable.
