A short walk will take you to one of Ft Fisher's Live Oak National Forest's with breathtaking sunset views. Surf fishing is superb directly in front of the condo because of a large rock formation off of Fort Fisher. Just to the North a couple hundred feet, you will find one of North Carolina’s very few coquina rock outcroppings. The kids will be entertained for hours playing on the rocks. **Pool typically opens late April and closes late September. Closure of pool relates to weather and can change.** **In the Spring and Summer, the beach is typically very plentiful. In the Fall and Winter, we can get what are called “King Tides”. These are extremely high tides due to the moons position with the earth. They happen monthly for about 5-6 days. Combine that with strong NE winds and you will have very high tides which can cause lots of sand to be removed from the beach, exposing sandbags that are mostly covered in Summer. There is still room to walk the beach heading north from condo. Inside the condo, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed in the bedroom, a twin-size bunk bed located in the hallway, and a pull-out couch in the living area, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Each bunk bed comes with its own smart TV and Blu-ray player, providing entertainment for all guests. We also provide a dedicated work space with a desk and chair, for those who may need to catch up on work or do some online learning during their stay. The space KBNB is a separate downstairs apartment with all the amenities, and includes private parking, a private entrance, wifi, and direct access to the hosts for any additional needs. This ground floor condo is steps away from the beach and the pool. Located on the Southside of Kure Beach right next to Fort Fisher State Park, the condo is far away from the typical beach crowds. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and bunk beds in the hallway. No stairs and a reserved parking space right in front make this an easy location to get into and start relaxing. What it lacks in a view is more than made up for by easy access to your car, the pool, and the beach. The space Sea-clusion is a modern beachfront condo that is designed to be easy. Easy to move your things inside - a parking spot right out front and no stairs to climb. Easy to go to the beach - the beach is less than 30 steps away from the back patio door, and easy to go to the pool - the pool is also less than 30 steps away from the back patio door. There's also a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and low-maintenance floors and countertops. When I go on vacation, I want easy, and this place fits the bill.

RELEASE Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest's own initiative, risk and responsibility. ENTRY AND INSPECTION Rental Agent reserves the right to enter the Property at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the Property or showing the Property to prospective purchasers, renters or other authorized persons. If Rental Agent has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Rental Agent may enter the Property without advance notice. UNAVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY In the event the Property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of Rental Agent, Rental Agent will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the Property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the Guest. If such replacement property cannot be found and made available, Rental Agent shall immediately return all payments made by the Guest, whereupon this Agreement shall be terminated and Guest and Rental Agent shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this Agreement. REFUNDS Any refunds that may be owed in compliance with the refund policy detailed on this site shall be processed and returned within 45 days following the date of Check-out of the original reservation for which the refund is requested. ADDITIONAL TERMS TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT In addition to the standard terms included herein, Guest acknowledges and agrees that the following additional terms and conditions apply to the Guest's rental of the Property: The House Rules attached hereto and incorporated into this Agreement. House Rules We have a 100% no smoking policy inside all units. Failure to adhere to this rule with result in an additional cleaning charge of $250 being assessed and charged to Guest. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck area (not in the screened in porch area), and guests must clean up all debris or be subject to the same fine mentioned above. Pets up to 50 pounds are welcome subject to payment of the required $200 pet fee paid upon booking. Pets are also subject to the Pet Policy of the property and should not be allowed on furniture. All vehicles must be parked on the unit site making sure to avoid encroaching into the city streets. Do not park in spaces designated for other cottages or in the circle surrounding the pool. Day guest visitors are subject to additional resort fees assessed by Innovate Property Management- no overnight guests allowed. Rules of Innovate Property Management are hereby incorporated into the subject rules and shall be followed at all times while on property. Please understand our refund policy. Reservations are refundable only in compliance with our policy. They cannot be changed or assigned. GENERAL PROVISIONS This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the rental of the Property, and any changes, amendments or modifications hereof shall be void unless the same are in writing and signed by both the Guest and the Rental Agent. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State North Carolina. The words "Rental Agent" and "Guest" shall include their respective heirs, successors, representatives. RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever. Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorney's fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases. RELEASE Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest's own initiative, risk and responsibility. ENTRY AND INSPECTION Rental Agent reserves the right to enter the Property at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the Property or showing the Property to prospective purchasers, renters or other authorized persons. If Rental Agent has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Rental Agent may enter the Property without advance notice. UNAVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY In the event the Property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of Rental Agent, Rental Agent will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the Property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the Guest. If such replacement property cannot be found and made available, Rental Agent shall immediately return all payments made by the Guest, whereupon this Agreement shall be terminated and Guest and Rental Agent shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this Agreement. REFUNDS Any refunds that may be owed in compliance with the refund policy detailed on this site shall be processed and returned within 45 days following the date of Check-out of the original reservation for which the refund is requested. ADDITIONAL TERMS TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT In addition to the standard terms included herein, Guest acknowledges and agrees that the following additional terms and conditions apply to the Guest's rental of the Property: The House Rules attached hereto and incorporated into this Agreement. House Rules We have a 100% no smoking policy inside all units. Failure to adhere to this rule with result in an additional cleaning charge of $250 being assessed and charged to Guest. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck area (not in the screened in porch area), and guests must clean up all debris or be subject to the same fine mentioned above. Pets up to 50 pounds are welcome subject to payment of the required $100 pet fee per pet paid upon booking. Pets are also subject to the Pet Policy of the property and should not be allowed on furniture. All vehicles must be parked on the unit site making sure to avoid encroaching into the city streets. Do not park in spaces designated for other cottages or in the circle surrounding the pool. Day guest visitors are subject to additional resort fees assessed by Innovate Property Management- no overnight guests allowed. Rules of Innovate Property Management are hereby incorporated into the subject rules and shall be followed at all times while on property. Please understand our refund policy. Reservations are refundable only in compliance with our policy. They cannot be changed or assigned. GENERAL PROVISIONS This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the rental of the Property, and any changes, amendments or modifications hereof shall be void unless the same are in writing and signed by both the Guest and the Rental Agent. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State North Carolina. The words "Rental Agent" and "Guest" shall include their respective heirs, successors, representatives. The waiver or failure to enforce any breach or provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that or any other provision in any subsequent breach thereof. If any provision herein is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected. Acknowledgment and acceptance of Rental Rules and Conditions as well as House Rules are a condition of all rental reservations processed and made through this site.

The space 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a king bed and a queen sized pullout couch in the living room. A full size kitchen is available for use, and as well as a fully stocked coffee bar so you can be the barista of your dreams! Private beach access and a private patio are available for use. Guest access In addition to the entire unit, there are three outdoor pools available, an indoor recreation center complete with a indoor pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, and extra showers. Other things to note We provide two beach chairs, an umbrella, beach games, beach towels, and a cart to get all of these essentials to the beach! Note that these are self-serve and may show wear and tear from use. Please note on the second Thursdays of the month, pest control serviced is conducted. This is a service provided by the Homeowner's Association to enhance your stay. No action will be required by you as the guest, aside from allowing them to briefly enter the unit.

This CLEAN and comfortable duplex has 1 bedroom & 1 bath with ample separate parking for 2 vehicles. This space is suited for 2 people, but it could accommodate a 3rd person or a child on the futon. Linens provided at no charge. There is a large backyard that is private for your use. The other side of the duplex has their own backyard divided by a black metal fence. We have an assortment of beach essentials that varies, and you are welcome to use the items. Hot outdoor shower in the front. The space This is a simple, clean vacation rental that has everything you need for a relaxing vacation very close to the beach. SALTY CABANA is the right side of a 1 level beach style duplex. There is plenty of private free parking for 2 vehicles right in front of the house. Step outside to a large, divided private backyard—a great spot to relax. Fenced in with gate. See photos. (No neighbors behind the house, just an empty lot.) Take a short 5-block stroll to the Kure Beach Pier, local restaurants, and shops. Inside is an open area floorplan with the living room and kitchen for hanging out. There is a small area to sit and eat. The full bathroom has a large and clean tiled shower, and towels are provided. The bedroom features a comfortable & clean Queen bed with a TV and dresser. If you have an extra guest or child, the futon in the living room folds flat to make a sleeping area. Please note this is a pleather futon and is very firm. We have sheets, blanket, and pillow for this sleeping area as well. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to cook a delicious meal. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the private outdoor hot shower or unwind in the spacious indoor shower. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests. 🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it. 🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays.
