A few homes on our street are under construction- construction vehicles have been on the street along with construction workers. Noise is expected on days they are working. On December 11, 2023-we found the home next door to us was knocked down, no advanced notification provided to us. Updated 2.8.2025 crews are still working 2 and 3 doors from us there is active construction. UPDATE: 10.15.2025 They have broken ground next door and we expect workers to be on site for a few months and through 1st quarter 2026. The home 3 doors down is nearing completion, the home 2 doors down is not far behind. No refunds or discounts will be provided due to neighboring construction. UPDATE 2/10/2026 The home next door is getting close to finishing the exterior, windows are in and we expect the roof to be installed soon. UPDATE 4/3/2026 the roof of the home next door has not been installed yet, the exterior has not been painted and workers have been on site. Updates will be posted here.
