The back porch on this house will really bring you close to nature. It's a very relaxing place for your morning cup of coffee. With this house you will get a fully furnished kitchen. Do you want to cook? You're covered. Do you want to go out to eat and bring home leftovers? You're covered. Plenty of room in the refrigerator and a microwave to warm it up. Nestled on top of Round Mountain, you’ll find peace and quiet & a view you could stare at for days. A scenic drive down the mountain and you’ll find yourself in Downtown Heber Springs. You’re just a short distance to a number of trails, waterfalls, the marinas, the sandy beach, lake access, and convenient shopping. The space This charming cabin features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. On the main level is a master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom (and plenty of room for the pac-n-play), the living area, kitchen, and access to the wrap-around deck. The upper level has two split bedrooms, one with 4 twin beds and the other with a queen and an en-suite half bath. The lower level includes another master with 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom, a living area with games and television, a small bar with sink, pool table, and laundry room, as well as access to another large deck and a covered picnic table. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your needs. There is a crockpot and an air fryer. It does have a K-Cup coffee maker, complimentary K-Cups for your use, and a regular carafe coffee maker. Our neighbor on the lot next to us occasionally brings their camper and stays overnight, especially during the holidays. They are lovely people and keep to themselves. Guest access You're just ten minutes away from Greers Ferry Lake. There are also tons of trails nearby, some with waterfalls, and of course there's always Sugar Loaf Mountain for a good hiking and rock climbing experience! Whether you're enjoying the water and beach in the summer, or doing some fishing in the fall/winter, this house is the perfect place to relax. The Little Red River is great to kayak, canoe, and/or trout fish, along with the famous Greers Ferry Lake! Canoes/kayaks can be rented from Sulfur Creek Outfitters in town, and they even have a shuttle bus to take you to and from your choice of water :) There's plenty of local fishing guides too if you're interested. Other things to note * The water comes from a well, not from the city. We recommend using filtered water from the kitchen sink for drinking or purchasing drinking water. * It's a real, HAND-BUILT—log cabin. And with hand-built things - there are a few small, "features," to be aware of. For instance, there are a couple of places you will need to watch your head, such as going into the upstairs bedrooms, and also on the stairs going into the basement/game room. These areas are marked with high visibility tape. * You're surrounded by a wooded area so with that comes things that live in the woods. You might see a random animal with four legs pass by--usually a deer, but never a bear... Again, it's the woods, so be on the lookout if you stray from the house. * You're conveniently less than ten minutes from town and Greers Ferry lake, but keep in mind you're on a mountain. If it happens to snow or ice, plan on making some hot chocolate and staying at the house for the day. Enjoy a relaxing stay at a beautiful, secluded log cabin with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a wrap-around porch. A 5th bedroom and full bath is located in the shop. Just 1/2 mile off the main highway and on a dead-end road, a perfect place to relax and spread out while enjoying the great outdoors with the whole family. Greer's Ferry Lake, Little Red River, and Sugar Loaf Mountain are within 10 minutes for boating, world class trout fishing, swimming and hiking. Plenty of parking for vehicles. The space There is an additional 2,000 sq. ft. building (former woodworking shop) with one bedroom, full bathroom, ping pong, foosball, a treadmill and plenty of seating for hanging out or playing games. We have added water and 30/50 amp electric hookup for a camper (available for an additional fee). Other outdoor amenities include a designated fire pit area, corn hole game area and a playhouse with slide. The key to this area is located in the main cabin. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire cabin and the shop w/games. There is plenty of parking, and the cabin located close to town. Other things to note We allow up to 3 children under 6 to stay overnight without being counted in maximum guest count. However, there is only dining place settings (not including set of 8 plastic dishes for children), bath towels, and beach towels for 10 guests.

**CONSTRUCTED IN 2024!!!*** This spacious 6 bedroom cabin is located on the Fat Possum Hollow property which is a locally known 250 acre trout fishing resort. There are other cabins on the property that are either privately owned or owned by Fat Possum Hollow. This resort has everything from the Little Red River, wide open fields, ponds and wooded trails so bring your kayaks, fishing poles and carrots for the horses in the pasture! This cabin is also available for weekly leases. The space Enter into an open floor plan. On the main level there is the living/dining room and Kitchen. There are 2 queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Another guest bedroom has two twin bunk beds. Then there is king bedroom with a half bath that includes the washer and dryer nearby. Take the stairway that leads to a stunning catwalk. The catwalk connects two separate King master suites. They both have access their own private bathroom with custom tile showers. They also both include a coffee bar. The master bedroom closest to the stairway has its own private balcony that has a wonderful view of the Sugar Loaf Mountain. The detached garage boasts a heated and cooled game room with a pool table, ping pong, shuffle board and darts! Rooms: Main floor- 1 king with close access to half bath/laundry room. 2 twin bunk beds with close access to half bath/laundry room. 1 queen with close access to full bath. 1 queen with close access to full bath.
