The space The Layout Astron sleeps up to 6 across three sleeping areas. Both bedrooms have king-sized memory foam beds. The loft holds a very firm pull-out sofa (king-sized when open, mattress topper available to soften the experience), and a separate bunk room has two twin beds (bunk) — ideal for kids or a third couple. At the very top of the A-frame is the Mile High Room: a small private nook accessed by a pull-out ladder, perfect for reading or pondering the universe. For safety, we ask that children not use this space. Two bathroom, one contains a soaking tub with a view. Living & Kitchen The open living area is where most of the magic happens — a freestanding fireplace, a smart TV for streaming, an Xbox, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, and table games for slower evenings. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, with everything you need for a quick breakfast or a full romantic dinner. Each bedroom also has its own TV and Marshall speaker. Outside Step onto the deck for direct lake views, or bring a fishing license and try your luck. A Few Honest Notes Astron is about 1,500 square feet — comfortable for the right group, but tight if all 6 guests are adults. There's minimal closet space, and the upstairs bathroom is a wet room (the shower and bathroom are one open space). Most windows are triangular and uncovered (bedrooms and bathrooms do have window coverings), so if total privacy and darkness are priorities, this may not be the right fit. Guest access Astron is entirely yours for the duration of your stay — the full home, the deck, the hot tub, and the fire pit area are private and exclusive to your group. The only exception is one small locked supply closet used for our cleaning and maintenance supplies. Entry The home uses a smart lock with a unique entry code, sent to you before check-in. When you come in the front door, you'll see an open concept living-dining area with a newly renovated kitchen (marble countertops), West Elm living room furniture, a gas fireplace, and a kitchen island with vintage bar stools. Downstairs you'll also find a king size bedroom with work space and a full bathroom with washer and drier (free for you to use). There's a USB lightning charger (8 slots) and a wi-fi Sonos speaker for you to use. The dining room table (French farmhouse style) can seat 8 and there's room for two at the kitchen island, too. The dining area connects to the back patio where you can relax, have a drink and grill to your heart's delights (propane grill). The kids can jump around on the trampoline, throw a frisbee or shoot hoops in the driveway. There's also a fire pit and 4 lawn chairs for you to enjoy. Upstairs, cozy up in the loft on a large sectional with a flatscreen TV. Watch your favorite Netflix movies or Amazon Prime or Disney+. The loft is loaded with fun board games. Little kids can pull out the wooden train set . Get a workout on the stationary bike. To the right you'll find a bedroom that can sleep 3, (with bunk bed & a twin bed) and another guest room with a queen-size bed and antique dresser and sewing table which doubles as a mini desk. All beds have new memory foam green-tea infused mattresses. There's a full bathroom upstairs for you to use as well. You'll be comfortable and cozy! Unlike the majority of rental properties in the area, THAT GRAY HOUSE has a Central AC, which will make your stay much more comfortable, especially in hot and humid summer.. The main level has a fully stocked kitchen and living room open plan space with a fireplace (we provide some fire wood, but if you need more, you can purchase it from us, all you have to do send us a message). A little corridor leads to 2 nicely decorated bedrooms and a full bathroom, as well as the laundry room with washer, dryer and our pet station that has a few things you might need for your dog. The spacious lofted master suite, with a whirlpool tub and a designated work space overlooks the main living area. The private deck has a Weber gas grill, and an illuminated sitting area with a propane fire pit. There is no A/C in the main living space, and guests can open the French doors (with a screen) for air circulation. At various times, meals and snacks are available, along with music and dancing. During good weather, many functions are held outside on the deck, which many find most enjoyable. The lounge has both winter and summer hours. Summer hours are 3-10pm Mon-Thu, 2-12 Fri, 12-12 Sat and 12-10pm Sun. Kitchen hours end approx 8 or 9pm most nights. Up to 6 guests can be issued returnable badges for their stay once the amenities open on Memorial Day. A refundable $100 deposit will be required for these passes, should guests request them. A refund is contingent on ALL passes being returned. There is a $100 charge (to the property owner) from the HOA for any lost badges, so this is not an additional charge, just a way to ensure we have all badges returned. Guest access Located in the IMLC private community of Albrightsville, you will be among one of the cleanest, well regulated, and most secluded communities in the Pocono Mountain Region! In this unbeatable area, you will be close to a number of all-season activities including hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, boating, whitewater rafting, paint-balling, horse back riding, canoeing, zip lining just to name a few. Close to 4 ski resorts, Lake Harmony, Jim Thorpe, Poconos Raceway and Hickory Run State Park. The nearest lake is 3/4 mile and nearest pool is 2 mi from house. The space 2 bedrooms each have queen size bed. Third bedroom has twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle. Washer, dryer and dishwasher available for use. This is our second home but everything in the home is available for use. Our dog visits with us. We do clean very well but if you are allergic to dogs this may not be the place for you. Guest access GATED COMMUNITY. GUESTS MUST BE WILLING TO PROVIDE ADDRSS OF PRIMARY RENTER AND NAMES OF ALL GUESTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. DON’T BOOK IF NOT COMFORTABLE WITH REQUIREMENT. We offer a high chair, a pack-and-play for the little ones, and a variety of toys, board games, children's books, and puzzles for ages 3 & up. This home has an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, electric baseboard heaters in every room, ceiling fans, High-Speed Internet/Wi-Fi, and a 50-inch smart tv. On the main floor, it has 2-bedrooms with queen-size mattresses, a tub bathroom, an open floor plan living room, a dining room with an AC unit, and a fully stocked kitchen. No 3rd party bookings (ie the booking individual must be one of the guests at the chalet); no professional videography/photography allowed without prior consent. *Please accurately book the correct number of adults, children, and dogs* The horseshoe driveway offers parking for up to 3 vehicles. For security, there are 3 cameras on the property: 1) Driveway, 2) Side door/side of the house, 3) Front door. These cameras are only for the safety of the property and the guests. **Please note, due to the nature of a narrow spiral staircase, it is not recommended for children under 5 to be in the loft unattended. The Hot Tub- for sanitation and safety, no children under 8 in Hot Tub and 8-15 yr olds need to be supervised. Note that the hot tub is visible from one of our neighbor's homes. However, this is his second home it’s rarely occupied. Absolutely NO bubble products of any kind. This can damage the hot tub and disrupt the ph balance. The hot tub is carefully cleaned, sanitized, and inspected for safety before each guest's arrival. However, please note that, as with any pool, use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Community Pool: Opens Memorial Day then Lake access: including boat rentals is also open on weekends only until Fathers Day through Labor Day (then daily). Pool and Beach Hours are 11am-6pm. Yes, this means you can bring your dog! No, we do not charge an extra fee or deposit. We believe pets are family and should be able to come on vacation! :) 2) We include linens on the beds, towels, an outdoor fire pit, grill, TV with roku for streaming 3) We have central A/C and we have plenty of fans and are very shaded and the cabin remains quite comfortable. 4) We are not a lake front property. We are across the street from the lakes and a less than 20 minute walk (or 5 min drive) from the nearest of the 2 beach areas featured in the community. 5) We are a lake community so we are on a well system. The cabin is stocked with a 3 gallon of drinking water for all guests but you may want to bring additional drinking water. 6) Indian mountain lake is a private, gated, secure neighborhood with many amenities you can utilize during your stay including beach areas, pools (outdoor so summer only). The association charges a fee of $75 per week and 150 month group of renters along . Please consider this information in budgeting your trip. Front door leads directly into a newly renovated open concept kitchen dining and living room area . We welcome you to relax on the sectional while enjoying a program of your choice. Kitchen is stocked with the necessity to aid in meal preparation including plates glasses and silverware. Hall way leads to the main bathroom (shower/tub combo) to the right, hair dryer can be found under the sink. (To the left of the hall way is the boiler room and the laundry room… this is COMPLETELY OFF LIMITS to our guests) Hall way extends to the back of the house where you will find the Primary bedroom ahead and both 2nd 3rd bedrooms to the left. Primary bedroom suite included large queen size bed, 2 side tables, closet with dresser and complimentary robes , large mirror, as well as a bathroom .
