Our location is 20 min from San Luis Obispo and offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience for travelers looking to explore California’s Central Coast. The space Our house is three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom one: King Bed Bedroom two: Two bunk beds Bedroom three: Two twin beds Both bathrooms have an indoor shower, toilet and sink. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water outside and fully fenced in. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer (no icemaker), electric stovetop and over, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea pot, blender, fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, etc. The living and dining room has a table that seats 6 (pluse two extra chairs in primary bedroom closet for seating for 8. There is a couch and a leather chair in the living room and flat screen TV above the fireplace. There are many of games as well. We provide four beach chairs to take down to the beach and we have ample seating on our deck. We have a propane BBQ for use as well. The house has high speed internet. NOTE re: beach access, we have steps/stairs to the beach but they are not for children or people with mobility issues as they are very steep. We ask that you carry all beach chairs and other things you are bringing to the beach down to the public access steps (4 doors down the street in both south and north directions). The space The master bedroom is in the front of house with a garden view, queen bed and private bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and garden view. The third bedroom is a private loft - meaning it is not visible from the living area and has a door leading to the stairs. It has an ocean view and is perfect for children due to the height The twin bed area has a very low ceiling height. The queen bed loft area does have a higher ceiling but if you are taller than 5’5”, you will need to watch your head. The loft area is an absolute favorite of younger guests, but honestly, the queen bed side of the loft - a separate area from the twin beds - is a great place to snuggle down and listen to the sounds of the ocean. There is also plenty of couch and floor space to accommodate up to 2 more people (at $35 each). There is a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room with blu-ray player, free hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, and ample places to get comfy and soak up the views. ::PETS:: We allow dogs on approval ONLY and with a $50 pet fee.
