The space The house has four bedrooms but the rear bedroom (which has an attached full bath, which is the second full bath for the house) can be accessed either through the third bedroom or from outside through it's own door. This arrangement is great for families with kids but for couples who want complete privacy the front bedrooms are better unless you will be using your own entrance entirely. This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome in the heart of North Wildwood. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful escape. Spacious, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 balconies with firework views, garage, parking, and more! Just steps to the beach and boardwalk piers. *During the summer season this is a 7-day minimum stay - Saturday to Saturday. The space This home has a driveway and full garage for your use. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with queen sized bed and a lounge area along with a full bathroom. The next level has plenty of room for the entire family and then some, with a family room, kitchen, dining area, half bath, and formal living area that leads out to a balcony. The top floor features the master bedroom with walk in closet and a beautiful en suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The master bedroom opens out to another balcony space which will provide a great place to watch the evening sunsets. There is another full bathroom and two additional bedrooms on this level. One has two twin beds and the other is a queen size bed. Other things to note This property includes beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, beach toys, and a tremendous beach cart for your use! We do provide pillows and blankets but ask that you provide your own linens, towels and any paper goods that you may need. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, silverware, and cookware.

It is across from the field. There is a new playground and basketball courts across the street. You can exercise on the track. You can walk 20 minutes to the boardwalk. We have bikes and beach chairs for your stay. This is a family environment and do not want parties or young groups of people. The space This condo has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed along with a television. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. The other bedroom has a full size bed. All the bedrooms have televisions. Guest access Our condo is on the first floor. It is unit A. The building only has two condos. The first floor and second floor.

Other things to note There are security cameras for your safety in the outside common areas of the house. This includes the parking lot, street, and walkways surrounding the home. The Third Floor consists of the Kitchen (all appliances and kitchen items you could ever possibly need or want), Dining Area (seats 8), Living Room with family-style couch that sits 10 (and sleeps 2 on Double Pull-Out Bed), half bathroom and large balcony. Relax after a long day on the beach while watching the 50" Flat Screen TV, which has full cable and channels provided by Xfinity, Chromecast making it a smart TV so you can binge watch Netflix when you are winding down or you get a rare rainy day. Also, board games and DVD player with DVDs are provided as well as some books to read. VERY FAMILY/KID FRIENDLY!!! I have a Pack-N-Play stored in the kids bedroom on the Second Floor as well as a highchair so you do not have to bring one for your stay! PETS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME (for a small fee)!!! Other things to note THE POOL is a COMMUNITY/SHARED pool, and access is only available to the 16 condo/townhome owners in the HOA and their guests/renters.
