Bikes Beach Chairs Beach Towels Parking: There are 5 parking spots, 2 covered. There's plenty of parking for big vehicles as well as room for a boat. You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation and will be asked to provide a copy of their driver’s license to complete the reservation. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. There's an owners storage room which stays locked, by the parking area. Cross A1A and there is a boardwalk on the north (left side if facing building) side of Seychelles condo that leads directly to by the beach. 10-12 minute walk for adults. Driving Directions to the beach: Go back out to A1A the same way you came in. Turn left (north) on A1A. Turn right at Butler Beach East sight about a quarter on your right. Parking is free and there are showers. About a 3 minute drive.

The space This property is on a canal with a dock, the canal leads to the intercoastal waterway, which in turn takes you to the Atlantic Ocean. If you would like to bring your boat and utilize the dock, there is a $25 per night dock fee that is billed separately through an email from Airbnb. It is your responsibility to monitor the tides to gauge when to access the canals and dock. Guest access Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be given a lock access code for entrance to the property. It's all about LOCATION! You’re a quick 5 min walk to the beach. Everything you need is provided: from the beach cart, towels, coolers, sun shade, chairs, games-you name it, we include it. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, relax in the heated pool or nap on the back porch daybed swing. Restaurants within walking distance, downtown is a 15 min drive. Great outdoor space to enjoy grilling dinner, watching FB, playing games or sipping cocktails around the firepit. The space Blue Crescent is an absolute gem, tucked away just off A1A in beautiful Butler Beach. Here you'll find a peaceful retreat with everything you need to make your stay magical. Whether you are vacationing with your immediate family, friends or your bachelor/bachelorette party, we want you to experience a stay like you've never experienced before. Included in your stay is a private heated pool and firepit. The outdoor living sanctuary is a wonderful space to watch fall football games on the outdoor TV, throw a football or frisbee in the ample backyard space, relax on the day bed while listening to the ocean waves break or grill a yummy meal on the barbecue. The beach is within a 0.15 walk of the property. We provide all the beach essentials you need: beach cart, towels, chairs, sun shade, games, coolers, etc...or simply drive your vehicle directly on the beach and pick a perfect spot to set up for the day. After a day at the beach, return to Blue Crescent, rinse off in the outdoor shower to enjoy time in the solar heated pool. Guest access Coded, keyless entry. If you utilize any equipment we ask that you rinse the items, allow them to dry and put them back in the same location/fashion you found them. Beach equipment is in the shed located next to the pool equipment on the south side of the house. Other things to note This is our home and we love sharing it. We ask that you treat it as you would your own home. This makes us very happy and eliminates bad karma and additional charges. The pool is for humans. Please be courteous to our neighbors and adhere to quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Do not take dishes, glasses, cups, silverware to the beach. Do not use glass containers (cups, glasses, wine glasses, service ware) in or around the pool. There are melamine items for your convenience. Only take paper products/disposable items to the beach. Please keep your pets off the furniture, it is extremely difficult to get pet hair off furniture and bedding. If they are sandy, please rinse them in the outside shower and allow them to dry before allowing them in the house.

Located a very short distance from the ocean and vehicular beach access. After spending the day splashing around in the ocean tide, return to a relaxing dip in the heated pool or a relaxing sunset view on your front porch. The back yard is completely private and offers plenty of space to relax or play games with family or friends. The space The living room as has a sofa bed as well as a daybed with a trundle underneath. The pool heater thermostat is set to a temperature between 78 and 85 degrees F, depending on the time of the year. If the daytime air temp doesn't get above 58 degrees the pool will have a difficult time staying heated. Guest access Pets and Service Animals: You must let us know if you are bringing an animal to the home, even if it is a service animal! It's important to let the cleaners know. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $199. They must be less than 50lbs each and no aggressive breeds. NO CATS! Please do not allow your dogs to jump up onto the beds or couches. If the dogs are accustomed to being allowed on the furniture at home, please bring blankets to protect the surfaces. If you forget to bring blankets, let us know and we will provide you with some. The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Garbage and recycling must be taken out to the street Sunday night for Monday morning pickup. Please read the house rules. Other things to note The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins! The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself! The location of this property makes it convenient to most local points of interest and the value can’t be beat for the amount of space! You will find the linens for it in the master closet. We provide 12 bath towels, 6 beach towels, 5 hand towels, 5 washcloths, 1 bath mat (per bathroom), and 2 kitchen towels for our guests. The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Garbage and recycling must be taken out to the street Sunday night for Monday morning pickup. Please read the house rules. Other things to note The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins! The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself! The location of this property makes it convenient to most local points of interest and the value can’t be beat for the amount of space! You will be able to check-in with ease with the keycode we provide just before your stay, no keys to lose! Our properties are professionally maintained and cleaned. The hosts are just a message away to answer questions or give recommendations for local food and fun. Our pool technician comes on Tuesdays to check the chemicals and Fridays to clean. Host shall not be responsible for providing additional furnishings or equipment not presently available in Property. Guest will report any maintenance issues immediately to the Host. Host will make every effort to repair and/or replace any equipment that is not working properly, but cannot guarantee that all equipment will be in good operating order at all times and no rate adjustments or refund will be made for equipment or appliance failures. 10. CANCELLATIONS: The following conditions apply to the cancellation of all confirmed bookings/reservations. 6310 Salado Rd.has a firm cancellation policy - this means that renters who have booked are eligible for a 50% refund up until 30 days prior to check-in date and 0% refund thereafter. 11. PARKING: There is ample parking for 5 vehicles in the driveway with room for at least one more on the grass if parked parallel with Salado Street. 12. UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK OUT COMPENSATION: Adherence to our 10am check out time is essential in honoring our cleaners' time and efforts. On most days they have to complete the task of deep cleaning our condo (typically 3 hours) plus taking care of another all between 10 and 4pm. To be fully considerate of their time and demanding work, we ask that you are FULLY exited from the unit by 10AM. Because we have to pay them if they are waiting for guests to depart, we will charge guests who do not depart by 10am $100 per hour ($100 min. charge). As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The Salt Water pool is solar heated in addition to an added heat pump in order to maintain the warm temps in the cooler months. We do not charge our guests to heat the pool. We maintain the heat at 85 degrees. We provide 3 bicycles for our guests to enjoy. We provide 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and a wagon for guest use. 2 Major Grocery stores less than 3 miles.
