Dedicated off street parking for one car and beach cruiser bicycles are available. My home is a short 4 minute walk to the beach and a minute or two to a dozen restaurants. The space Enjoy the ocean view from the living room or the balcony. My house has a totally equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, granite counter tops and beautifully tiled bath. Guest access Guests have unrestricted access to the upper apartment plus the washer and dryer and two off street parking spaces in front of the house. All recreational equipment in the garage is also available. Includes bicycles, surf boards, boogie boards and sand toys. The only thing off limits is the owners lock out room. Other things to note The homes in the Sand Section are close together. Loud partying after midnight will cause me a lot of problems. Please don't lean any bicycles or other things against the car in the garage. Please don't flush any other products other than TP.

Upon request, the two twin beds can be joined to make a second kingsize bed. Two bathrooms, one full bath one with with shower. Guest access You may use the two driveway spaces. Please do not park right up to the garage doors, as the owner may need to access the garage occasionally. We will always do our best to give you advance notice via text or airbnb messaging. Other things to note Parking for two cars, but no garage access. No central heating or a/c, for heat, the gas fireplace is sufficient. The Pacific Ocean is our air conditioner! The house typically cools down at sunset to a nice comfortable temperature. Please use open windows and the fans to circulate the air during the day. The two bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a portable fan in the hall closet to help circulate the ocean air. THE SAND: Living at the beach means sandy feet. Please do your best to rinse sand off feet after a day at the beach...Please use the hose outside by the garage door to rinse your feet before entering the property.

A full bath is in the hallway of the unit. The master bedroom with ensuite private bath has ocean views, and across the hall another bedroom has 3 twin beds (the 3rd is a trundle pull-out twin). Guest access The entire unit is available to guests. You are welcome to cook and store your personal items in the fridge/closets etc. Other things to note GUESTS: Please make sure to mark the correct number of guests (including pets); no additional guests, temporary visitors, or events of any type are permitted. Any guests found in violation of the permitted maximum guest count will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund. PARKING: There is one garage parking spot provided for compact or small vehicles only. For additional parking, the residential area around the building has quite a few free street parking options, but they are coveted, especially during weekends, summer, and holidays. The apt is an older building (built in '71) but the interior is very cool with a modern/minimalist style, designer furniture and unique original hip art from around the world. Situated right by LAX and walking distance to numerous cafes and bars with parking. Its ideal for a mature sophisticated couple(s) who prefer to chill and enjoy SoCal life. The space The interior is very chic and hip with cool original handmade art and artifacts from around the world as well as designer furniture. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms and open spaces with an amazing large private deck providing world-class, unobstructed ocean and beach views. Guest access The apt is a bit hidden in a small alley with space in the garage for 1 car parking and you can park another car outside along the front of the garage. Other things to note You won’t find a 2 bed, 2 bath place this close to the beach w/these views at this price anywhere else in SoCal. Also, many of the other beach places in this area have tons of poles with electrical wiring strung all above & big ugly transformers that totally kill the view & beach vibe so be careful. My section of Manhattan Beach doesn’t have any of that.

And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $2000. 4) KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM BETWEEN 10:00PM AND 8:00AM Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. 5) All guests must have a VALID WORKING PHONE NUMBER so we are able to contact them if needed. Failure to provide this can result in a non-refundable cancellation of the reservation. > Community quite hours between 10pm and before 8am - El Segundo is a peaceful quiet community. > NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind in the house anywhere on the property.
