All linens are provided; beds are new and comfy Tempur pedic mattresses. (Except 1 twin). The space The views are of the beautiful marsh area around Canary Creek in Lewes DE. Located on New Road, you can walk to Lewes or biking and hiking trails. We have 4 bikes with helmets for your use as well as lots of games, indoor and outdoor. We have a tennis net you can use on the generous cul-de-sac outside and there is a large area for recreation in our community. We have pickle ball paddles, balls and a net to use in the Lewes Community Park(s) which are already lined for pickleball. We also have beach chairs, a large beach wagon and umbrellas. Guest access Guests will have access to all spaces except for a small owners closet downstairs and upstairs as well as the utility closet upstairs. Other things to note We provide linens. Restaurants (Agave, Fins Ale House, Atlantic Social) and shopping (Tanger Outlets) are within walking distance, with the beach, boardwalk, state park (Cape Henlopen) and trails (Breakwater) only a short drive or bike ride away. The space KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and baking sheets along with an electric stove, microwave, toaster and dishwasher to allow you to feel right at home. There is also a coffee station, containing a FlexBrew Trio coffee maker, that allows for standard coffee brewing, K-cups or single serve ground coffee, a French press and an electric kettle. The kitchen also contains an island with two stools for additional seating. DINING ROOM: The Dining Room contains a breakfast nook table and bench that can seat up to six. There is also a card table with four additional chairs located in the garage for extra dining seating. LIVING ROOM: The living room features a newly purchased, comfortable sofa and loveseat for you to relax as well as a smart TV. The cozy fireplace turns on with the flick of a switch (available winter months only). BEDROOMS: For your convenience, we provide bed sheets, pillows, bath towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap, body wash, and shampoo. Townhome is located in the peaceful Waterfront Preserve neighborhood, you will be tucked away and surrounded by beautiful scenery- backing a wooded area with Canary creek close by. This home includes a wellness area for added value and luxury. The space 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom townhouse in Lewes Waterfront Preserve. On the ground floor is the master en-suite with walk in closet, a living room area with big screen smart TV, with a door leading to the Deck and balcony outside which faces the woods and back yard. Gourmet kitchen features an island, Gas range stovetop, oven and microwave. Attached is the dining area and bar seating at the island. Powder room and washer/dryer available, as well as a pantry. On the second floor is a spacious living room and an office area, should you need to use it on your vacation. There are 3 bedrooms- a queen bedroom with attached balcony and walk-in closet, a queen en-suite, and bedroom with 2 twin beds and large walk in closet. Full bathroom is available for both rooms to share. In the basement is a wellness/spa area equipped with a sauna, Light therapy, salt lamps, and basic fitness equipment for your enjoyment. The downstairs living room features a comfortable, boneless couch, a bean bag, and big screen smart TV. Another queen en-suite has an egress window and overlooks the backyard and woods. We have a filtration system so you will enjoy filtered water throughout the entire home. Maximum of 3 dogs allowed- HOA rules.
