When I stay at this property my children are all around me but with this home, they are entertaining themselves. I love cooking or watching a game at the outdoor bar and kitchen while hearing their laughter and keeping an eye on them in the pool. This listing is for 2 homes that have a PRIVATE POOL between them and a shared courtyard. The first home has a front entry with a spacious patio and egg chairs that you see represented in the photos. From there you may choose to take a left into the impressive hearth room with a full size billiards table and sitting area. If you take a right you will be welcomed into a very large and open living, dining, and kitchen area. This area has purposely been set up similar to a hotel lobby so all of your party can enjoy one space without feeling cramped. The perfect setup for large gatherings. In the middle of this space is an 86-inch theatre-style tv and a little further in is an impressive kitchen and dining table. The main floor also features a bedroom off the kitchen that is perfect for parents like mine with mobility issues. It has an ensuite bathroom that can be locked off or kept open to the pool area. The kitchen looks out into the courtyard with the swimming pool, covered porch, and extra dining space with tv. Going upstairs is a bedroom with a full bed and a bunk bed. Walking down the hall is a room with two queen beds. There is a full bathroom also attached to the hallway. At the end of the hall is the master suite with an ensuite bathroom. From the hall, you may walk out onto the balcony which has beautiful ocean views and generally catches a great breeze. You may also access from the hall the top most level where only the most brave travel...the pirate room. Going upstairs makes you feel as if you are crawling up to the ship's quarters. You will see sharks, several beds, and treasure chests for the buccaneers' clothing. There are fire lights above every bed so the little ones can turn on their own light just in case they want to keep a wary eye out. (Night Light) Exiting the home to the private courtyard you will immediately be amazed at the sizable space and delighted that the entirety is for your party to enjoy. As you enter the home on the first floor, you will see a small living area including table and chairs plus a flat screen TV. The side door leads straight out to your private yard which has your outdoor pool, grilling area, and outdoor dining for 6 as well. Also located on the first floor is your first bedroom featuring two twin over full bunk beds and a shared en-suite. Head up the stairs to the second floor and you`ll notice an exceptional open floor plan featuring a living area/dining area and kitchen layout. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all of the dinnerware, cookware and utensils you will need to feel right at home. The large dining room table can seat up to 12 guests, perfect for gathering the group for dinner plus an additional 7 barstools at the counter. The cozy living room is just to the side of the dining area with comfortable seating, a flat screen tv, and direct access to the second-floor walkout balcony. Enjoy the open space by opening the sliding glass doors and relaxing while lounging outside and catching a glimpse of the beautiful beach. This makes it more convenient to pop right in off the beach and grab a snack or just to take a break. The second floor has a great open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen/dining area with seating for 10 guests, and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV. Guests can enjoy this space while looking out the full windows and glass doors at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. On the outside deck you will find the pool and a lounge seating area perfect for watching the waves and relaxing. Other things to note Departure Check List: Check-Out is no later than 10 AM unless approved by the Manager on Duty. If you are not out by 10 AM, you will be charged $50.00 for the additional time.
