This increases to $150 / week and $200 / month for longer term guests. Please submit a special offer with this additional fee included through the platform when you book the unit for more than 7 nights. *If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you than we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee. In the past year we have had garage doors ran into, hit by trucks, fall off the tracks, and even our garage door motor knocked off the ceiling by a vehicle. Each time is generally a $1500+ fix. ● You must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and an individual who is 21 years of age or older must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. ● Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply. ● Please no smoking on the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front patio. An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply. (smoke is really hard to get out) ● Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can. ● Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to departure. ● Do not open the windows. This is due to the extra security measures we have installed. ●Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use. ● The storage room is to remain closed at all times. ● Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. ● Please do not rearrange the furniture. ● If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. It has a modern kitchen with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee and full set of cookware and bakeware, and so much more. Also provided are outdoor plates and cups to use on the patio so you can enjoy a great meal alfresco. The property has UHD 4K smart TVs in the living room, each bedroom, and the patio, with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and Disney+ streaming services. It also has a WIFI system throughout the home. Downstairs features a living room with a sleeper sofa, 55" television, and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar beside the dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. The space As you enter through the keyless entry front door you are greeted with an open and airy main floor living space with modern furnishings. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances and opens to a spacious dining area for 8 people. For guests with small children, a highchair, sippy cups and children’s plates/bowl/utensils are available for use. The living room is equipped with smart roku TV, DVD player, family board games and a large sectional with room for the entire family. The home also has a private driveway for guests to use. The Space 1st Level 1 bedroom with queen bed. This classic beach cottage has had a complete interior and exterior renovation adding modern conveniences while keeping the classic charm. The landscaping was just completed in October 2020 and a bocce ball/corn hole court, putting green, and patio area with fire pit and BBQ have been added. The space A quirky 1942 classic beach cottage with all the modern conveniences is just steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to world class golfing, surfing, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, the convention center, and so much more. My family has owned this property since 1964, and I've had a wonderful time restoring and upgrading it since 2019. This house holds many family memories and is located on a beach that I dream about often! I'm so happy to share this place with others and still keep it in the family. Southern charm and contemporary colors have really brought this house back to life. It has beachy kitchen with butcher block counter-tops, glass tile back splash, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen and downstairs bedroom have tongue and grove solid wood walls and ceilings that my grandfather installed. Off the downstairs bedroom there is a washer and dryer, detergent is provided free of charge, and an iron and ironing board is also available. The kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig, French press, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, toaster oven, Ninja blender, rice cooker, waffle maker, coffee and selection of teas, full set of cookware and bakeware, and so much more. It also includes the basic cooking necessities, e.g., oil, pepper, spices, condiments. It also includes outdoor plates and cups to take to the roof top deck to enjoy a great meal alfresco. The property has UHD 4K smart TV in the living room, sunroom, and two of the bedrooms, with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and Disney+ streaming services. Downstairs features a living room with a large sofa, kitchen with dining table with 4 chairs and a bench, and bedroom with a queen bed, 40" TV with a laundry room, and a bathroom with tub and shower combo. Head upstairs and you'll find recently refinished original heart pine floors, bead board walls, and original wood ceilings, the charm of this house shines with all the windows upstairs! In addition, the upstairs has a second living area we call the sunroom with its 12 windows, wonderful ocean view, a sleeper sofa that can hold 2 people comfortably, another 43" TV, a papasan chair for relaxing or reading a book, a small desk and printer if you need to get any work done and a game table with a variety of board games. Finally, head out into the hallway and go up to the large 20' x 16' roof top deck that overlooks the ocean where you'll find a great area for sun bathing, relaxing, dining, and relax and soak up the Florida sun in a hammock fit for 2. The landscaping was just completed in October 2020 and a bocce ball court, putting green. You'll also find a flagstone patio with a gas fire pit and BBQ surrounded by Adirondack chairs where you can roast hot dogs and marshmallows. We have chairs, umbrella, toys, and towels specifically for the beach. An outside shower is available at the house so you can rinse off and feel more comfortable. There are also outside stairs to take straight up to the deck to catch the last rays. It's located 10 minutes from the Mayo clinic, 15 minutes from the TCP Sawgrass golf course, 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine to the south and Amelia Island is 40 minutes north, Savannah, GA., is 2 hours north, and Disney World is only 2.5 hours south. The property is on Ocean Drive and just a 2 minute walk to and from the beach. A beach buggy is available to transport cooler, towels, chairs and other beach necessities which makes it easier and more relaxing. Spectacular sunrises greet you on your morning visit to the beach for coffee or stroll and occasionally the dolphins will meet you there. It is known for the flat open beach which makes it great for hanging out at the beach; walking or running, beachcombing and riding beach cruiser bicycles. No problem! We are located across the street from the beach with amazing Ocean views from our 2nd AND 3rd floor balconies!! We absolutely love spending time here with our three children and cannot wait for you to do the same :) The space As you enter the front door, you’ll notice a large bedroom that includes a queen-sized bed, a sleeper-sofa, small fridge with custom cabinets, and full bathroom. Our living area and kitchen are located on the second floor in an open-concept environment. Whether it’s hanging out with friends/family or eating dinner at the table, what we love about this living space is that you can look out and watch the calm ocean movement for miles on end. So relaxing! If that’s not enough, we have two ocean-facing balconies with breath-taking views, including our 3rd floor balcony located off the master bedroom with a king-sized bed. There’s also an additional bedroom with queen-sized bed, laundry room, and two full bathrooms on the 3rd floor. Want outdoor space to relax? We also have a small, private back patio and a large deck in the front on 1st street, perfect for “people watching” and enjoying the activities. There’s no need to worry about parking or finding beach access. We have 4 private parking spaces and are located, literally across the street from the beach!! It’s perfect! So you don’t have to plan to spend long hours at one time at the beach. You can easily go back and forth as needed. We have boogie boards, beach towels, and beach toys for the kids as well as board games for the family when spending time inside. Every room has an UHD 4K LED Smart TV with Hulu Live cable and WiFi available throughout the house.
