The space The entire home is professionally decorated and recently remodeled. The yard is private and completely fenced. The backyard also features the large pool and spa as well as multiple seating and dining areas. The outdoor pool area has a TV which provides you with a great place to watch sports, enjoy a beverage, and make amazing memories. There are 2 indoor parking spaces. Fast wifi, smart tv's, work space, pool and spa, and pool accessories ensure that your entertainment needs will be met. The spa can be heated by remote and pool can be heated prior to your arrival if given 24 hour notice and $100 fee paid. We heat pool to between 80 and 85° F depending on the weather and spa up to 104° The pool guy comes every Thursday for about 20 minutes to clean the pool, please do not be alarmed if he comes onto the premise. As soon as he is done he leaves the property. High winds often occur in Las Vegas and we do our best to get to cleaning the pool after a storm. Smoking is only permitted outside in the backyard, NOT inside of the house. Guest access There is room to park 1 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.
