We know it's not fun to work on vacation, but if you must, we've designed a room to help you take the edge off. The guest bedroom is an elegantly appointed bedroom with a queen bed. The bunk room does what it does best - the 4 bunks are the perfect sleep-over experience for kids. Or adults! Downstairs Bedroom - On the main floor, we have a wonderful bedroom with another king-sized bed. Media Room: This room has it all, with a gas fireplace, foosball table, Streaming media TV, a gaming/puzzle table, and seating for everyone who is staying at Palmetto Porch. Screened-in Porch: The screened-in porch will become your favorite destination after a long day at the beach. Game Garage: Sometimes nature will change your plans. And when it does, challenge your family to a game of Ping Pong in the garage. Outdoor hot/cold shower: We get it. You're covered in sand because you soaked up our South Carollina Beach (and beach sand) like a sponge! Enjoy a nice hot shower as you wash away the sand (but not the memories). Grill and grilling deck: Pull up a chair, open a beer and let the grill do it's thing. A beautiful Weber Genesis grill will help you relax because you're not stressing about dinner (nobody stresses when they are grilling). Solo Stove firepit: throw a couple pieces of wood into the Solo stove (smokeless!) firepit and talk about the day while roasting a s'more or two. Guest access The fireplace is usable only from October through March (Trust us - this thing cranks out so much heat, you won't want it any other time than the dead of winter.) The driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars. The space next to the driveway is the perfect place to park a boat. The Grand Pavilion pools are just steps from the door and the beach is less than 100 yards - just 30 seconds away. Our home is at the end of a cul-de-sac on the quiet side of the Grand Pavilion. The special features of this home, in addition to its location and ambience, are the spacious living/dining area and the master bedroom. The master bedroom provides a quiet place to retreat and relax, read a book, watch TV, or just relax on the porch and catch the ocean views and breeze. High Speed internet works throughout the house. Main living area TV also has "Apple TV" for all your streaming needs. Our lovely home received major facelift last fall. We upgraded the kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Up graded baths, furnishings, art, beds, etc. It has always been a very cheerful and comfortable home - and we are excited about the improvements we have chosen. We think our home feels very elegant, modern, relaxing and most important, comfortable! In addition to the master, the home features three additional bedrooms, each with an adjoining bath. The bedroom downstairs features hardwood floors, a queen bed, a TV and shares the hall full bath. The front bedroom upstairs is the same size, has a queen bed and has a private attached full bathroom. The middle bedroom upstairs has twin beds and also has a full private bath. Baby's Away in Charleston can provide cribs and other baby needs , as well as all beach rental items that you may need in addition to what's at the house already.
