Indian Point Marina is right across the street, Silver Dollar City is 2 miles and the famous Branson strip is approximately 8 minutes. The space Beautiful 5 BR 4 BA! This complex. Used to be formerly known as Victory Point Resort! The living room and kitchen are on the main floor. 1st bedroom: Queen with bunk beds/ full on bottom twin on top. 2bd bedroom: Queen bed 3rd bedroom: Queen bed upstairs 4th bedroom: King bed upstairs 5th bedroom: King bed upstairs with bunk beds/twin over twin. There are two pools located on property and a hot tub all shared by the resort, however it is a smaller complex. Things to know: First and foremost, we get this question daily….can we check in early or check out late? During summer, peak time and holidays, we CANNOT do either of those. We manage 65 properties and with traffic, and being almost fully booked most days, this is just something we CANNOT do. We want our guests to have the best attention given to each home. Please do not ask us this question, with 65 properties it really slows us down trying to answer every message regarding this and our focus is getting them ready as soon as possible. We appreciate you and we thank you! 1. We ask that everyone treat our home with respect. Please follow the rules and we would love to be able to give our guests a great review. 2. No smoking, vaping or marijuana in or near the home. You will be fined $500 if any smell from those are noticed in the home. 3. There is a coffee corner for you to make freshly brewed coffee or simply use the Keurig coffee machine to get a quick cup of coffee. The kitchen closet has large utensils and pots and pan set. The master bedroom has a handcrafted midcentury queen bed, shower, vanity, and large walk-in closet. Three other bedrooms also have handcrafted queen beds where you can sleep comfortably. All bedrooms have new mattresses and bedding that will help you to have a sound and refreshing sleep. There are three hand crafted bunk beds. The house has access to high speed internet and all TVs in the house are Smart TVs. The main attraction of this house is the private backyard that is accessible only to the guests. It has a fenced-in area with a patio swing and play area. All bathrooms have body shower and shampoo dispensers. Bathroom towels and essentials are kept under the sink in each bathroom. There are extra supplies (e.g. towels, pillows, comforters) in the master bedroom closet. The entire house with all amenities and space is for the guests. 20 people can sleep comfortably in the two levels. Use stairs to access the ground level (for pool, hot tub, and fenced area). You can bring two pets for a pet fee of $100. There is an outdoor security camera near the main entrance. The camera is turned off when guests stay. Stonebridge is 2 miles from Silver Dollar City, 6 min from Branson West and 10 min. to Branson. It’s a fabulous location yet tucked away in the immaculately groomed grounds of Stonebridge and the Ledgestone Golf Course. Enjoy the restaurant at the clubhouse, swimming, sand volleyball catch and release fishing and so much more! The space This beautiful home (formerly known as Stay and Play Getaway) has plenty of room to sleep 16 guests and enjoy cooking big meals in this spacious kitchen. The kitchen offers all the amenities you need for those delicious meals. There’s a gaming room for the kids to enjoy what kids love to do. Very nice large enclosed deck upstairs that backs up to the woods. Upstairs you will also find two bedrooms, both having King beds. One bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, which is great for relaxing after a long day at Silver Dollar City. Downstairs you can enjoy a bar area, fireplace and another whole living area for relaxing in. There’s also another patio downstairs for enjoying the beautiful nature of Stonebridge. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and both of them have king beds and one bonus room with 2 twin bunks beds. There are so many amenities to enjoy in this home. There are 5 bedding options for your convenience, 2 king size beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 set of bunk beds. The backyard patio is partially covered and spacious. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors, while relaxing on the upper or lower deck. Take in the nature located right in the back yard of the home. The Ozark's beautiful weather allows numerous opportunities to grill outdoors on the stainless steel BBQ. However, if creating the perfect meal in the sleek and modern kitchen is more to your taste, the house offers Kitchen Aide appliances including a huge 4' refrigerator, a flat top grill, and granite counter tops. High speed internet is available along with Local HD channels and movie channels. Enjoy watching your favorite movies with surround sound speakers in the main floor Living Room. The main level also has 2 more bedrooms, one with a QUEEN BED and one with a KING BED, and both with their own flat screen TVs! A bathroom is right between their doors with lots of extra towels and a tub/shower combo! The stairs in the living room will lead you down to the SECOND LIVING ROOM with lots of space. Spend the evening with family and friends enjoying a game of 8-ball on the 9 foot POOL TABLE while the big game plays on the 55" flat screen TV! The back patio offers those visiting another outdoor location to relax on a cool evening and SOAK IN THE OZARKS! Past the second living room on the lower level is another spare bedroom with a KING SIZE BED in an extra large bedroom with plenty of room for a pack-n-play or pallets for the little ones!
