Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Most everything you need is with in walking distance the Pier, Boardwalk, Ocean Center, Restaurants, Spirits, Dancing and more. Only a 5 mile drive to Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Airport and only steps from the beach. We are an older hotel that has been converted into privately owned rooms. Our Studio room is #408 on the fourth floor next to the elevator in the north wing of building. The space The property consist of 156 privately owned rooms, either a one bedroom or studio room. It is a four story tall building with two elevators a guest laundry room with vending machines available. My room is a north side room with no balcony it is not ocean front but has ocean view. My Studio is clean & renovated with a Turtle theme which has 2 queen beds, (linens) dresser, nightstand, suitcase stand, large relaxing chair, free Wifi & a 50 " TV. Kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, microwave, air fryer grill plus, toaster, blender, coffee maker, mixing bowls, dishes, glasses, utensils, lots of counter space with 3 bar stools. Also has window with ocean view, no balcony. Bathroom has hair dryer, towels, and toiletries. I also have beach towels, iron with board, beach chairs and extra quilt in closet. I do NOT provide or utilize the Front Desk or Housekeeping services of our building. If you need anything during your stay, I , the Owner will be happy to help you, do NOT go to Front Desk for help or supplies. Other things to note FULL DISCLOSURE ON RENOVATIONS, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! Due to past hurricanes and storms there maybe on going construction to some rooms on property,. We hope this will not be too much longer we apologize for the inconvenience. The construction will not effect my room. The pool and beach are always available for guests to enjoy . In 1999 our building was converted into individually owned condos, today we are going through a multi million dollars exterior concrete renovation to our East side building. My studio room is clean and not affected by the exterior construction work but there may be noise and construction equipment & activity expected Monday - Fridays from 8AM -4PM. While our Building goes through this Make Over, we as owners, can offer you a budget friendly & super clean Studio in one of the best locations in Daytona Beach, right at the World's Most Famous Beach! Inside the unit guests have access to all rooms but one closet - bedroom, great room (living, kitchen and dining) and the bathroom. We will provide you with one parking pass for one car and there are lots near the property where you can pay to park additional cars if needed ~ $5-$20. Other things to note Do not be fooled by the outside, the East Wing (oceanfront) has just finished a multi million dollar 4 year concrete restoration project including the pool, pool deck and seawall with direct access to the beach. We feature free high speed WIFI and smart tvs for your own streaming. We do not provide housekeeping during your stay but it may be available at an additional fee for sporadic cleaning during a lengthy stay. Please inquire if you are in need of this service. All dishes must be done by you prior to your checkout or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee at our discretion. . Please be sure to remove all garbage from the unit daily including day of checkout. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee at our discretion if unit is not left in good condition. For guests requesting a stay of 28 days or longer, a lease and additional verifications are required. Other things to note The pool is OPEN. During the colder months, if the nighttime temperature drops to a certain level, the heat is required by law to be turned on. This automatically shuts off the AC as the entire building is connected to one main system. This does not happen often but there are ceiling fans and portable AC units available in the event is does. Thank you for your understanding. The booker must be staying in the unit the entire stay. All guests, other than minor children, must have ID verified through Airbnb and be added to the reservation within 72 hours of booking. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property.

The space You MUST be 25 to book this condo! Located in the heart of Daytona, the Daytona Inn is a 50 year old building that was once a motel. 20+ years ago, the motel went out of business and people were permitted to buy the motel rooms and renovate them into condo style rooms. All the rooms have that quaint motel style to them but each has its own touch of the owner! Over the last 2 years, the north and south sides of the building have had extensive renovations done and new handrails/stairways are complete. A new roof was added last year and later this year, the ocean facing building will get the same upgrades! We do ask that guests understand that the building is old. You may find cracks, rust spots and various other signs of an old building! We are continuously upgrading rooms, décor and working to make our building and rooms as updated as we can! It is always our pleasure to accept your group and your service dog. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service dog. 1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guests remain liable for any and all damage caused by people or dogs, including uncontrolled service dogs. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time, for any reason. If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. Walking distance to Daytona Lagoon, 5 min drive to NASCAR and walking distance from all restaurants. You will find an updated Apartment decorated in a Colorful & Groovy Beach Vibe. It features a private bedroom with a King size bed, 2 night stands, chair, closet & 42" TV. You’ll enter the separate living room area, with a Queen size sleeper sectional couch, 2 chairs and round table, coffee table, 52" TV, and sound bar. Features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with small appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils & pots and pans for cooking. The bathroom is small with a tub. We provide basic toiletries, hair dryer, linens, towels, iron, ironing board, 2 beach chairs & 4 beach towels. Our apartment does NOT have a balcony & only a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, but walk out the front door to a common courtyard terrace with views of the ocean, Main Street Pier, the Slingshot and Vomatron attractions, not to mention fireworks on Saturday nights during the summer and the amazing sunsets to the West. Right outside the front door, on the large patio. Our guests have full use of the common courtyards and coin laundry. The Daytona Inn Beach Resort is undergoing a multi-million dollar exterior renovation & our Condo Association is working really hard to restore the beauty of our Building to match it's perfect location. Currently, the Ocean-facing building is under construction. Our 3rd floor South Side Apartment's interior is clean & not affected by construction work but there may be some noise, and construction equipment & activity on the East wing until completion. Construction hours are Monday - Friday from 8AM - 4PM. The Pool is OPEN!! Beach access is available from the pool deck and from International Speedway Boulevard under the "World's Most Famous Beach" sign. We are offering much lower rates during the renovations, and have had no complaints from our guests, as it is the best location in Daytona Beach!! Our reviews speak for themselves.
