The space Feel the tranquility of a Maine Lake without sacrificing amenities. This is a beautiful and clean cabin with a loft upstairs with a queen bed and two singles. The main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed. The finished basement bedroom has a queen bed. The main floor and basement have full bathrooms. The main floor has walk out access to the deck overlooking Moose Pond and living area. Basement has a walkout slider with access to the backyard and pond. Basement also has a living area with its own TV. The end of the dock is 6’ deep, so plenty of water for your boat. There is also a swim ladder to the dock - perfect for swimming. We have room darkening and lined curtains, so you'll won't be woken by the sunrise unless you want to. Once you come here once, you'll want to come again and again. Guest access We will provide you with an access code to enter into our electronic lock. Driveway can easily accommodate four cars. Other things to note The loft should not be used by young children (under 7). Great cell (AT&T and US Cellular - others unknown) coverage at the cabin. Internet is excellent and owners have used it for zoom calls and streaming at the same time. TVs are configured with Roku, so log into your favorite streaming service. Trees on both sides of the property mark the appropriate property boundaries. Please do not cross our property boundaries. There is an excellent boat launch not far from our cabin, but you will need to go under Rte. 302. Pontoon boats with their tops down should have no problem clearing the passage. Our dock can accommodate up to 25’ boats. Ask us about decorating the cabin for your special occasion!

Once the snow falls, you are a quick walk to Pleasant Mountain which just launched it's high speed quad. Sandwiched between the mountain and Moose Pond, both just steps away, you will understand why we call our home the Sweet Spot. A place with all the best that Main has to offer. This is our family's vacation home that we often spend time in as well so please enjoy and treat like your own. If you would like to have extra guests come by who was not on the listing to (for example) enjoy the fire pit this needs to be cleared before your reservation please. Otherwise only guests on the reservation will be allowed on the property. There are no parties allowed. Any unlisted guests (including children) will be charge an extra $50 per person, per night fee and possibly addition cleaning fees. This being our family vacation home, we have our things on the property, please be respectful of our personal belongings. The grill is seasonal and is kept out on the back patio during the summertime. If used, please clean after so the next guest can enjoy as well. Snowmobiles are available for rent in the area during winter months. Boat and Atv rentals are available for summer months. We would be happy to put you in touch with local rental companies! We do not give refunds for inclement weather. When snow is in the forecast our local snow removal company does their best to get the driveway plowed as soon as the storm passes. Base your adventures at our cabin! This 3 bedroom, 1 bath chalet style cabin is centrally located in Denmark, Maine. Minutes from Shawnee Peak/Pleasant Mountain, Moose Pond and the Saco River. Enjoy your days nearby hiking, fishing, paddling or tubing and relax during the evenings by our fire pit. You can warm up by our wood burning stove after skiing and snowmobiling. We’re the next town over from Bridgton and Fryeburg and less than a half hour to North Conway or Lake Sebago area. The space The first floor consists of two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, bathroom, kitchen and open living area. The second floor is a loft with four twin beds. Washer is located in the basement. Guest access Guests have access to the house, outdoor fire pit, grill and shed, containing additional chairs and other outdoor items such as snow sleds and trekking poles. Escape to the lakes and mountains region of Maine for a relaxing stay at our conveniently located cabin tucked away close to Pleasant Mountain. Nestled in a quiet community, this retreat is perfect for families/couples looking to get away and make memories no matter the season. Whether to hit the slopes, hiking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, pdle boarding (5 min walk to pond) or just hanging out on the screened porches while the kids play on the playset outside, there is something for everyone. The space 3 bed, 1.5 bath log cabin in a small (8 cabin) community less than 10 mins from the cute town of Bridgton that has shops, restaurants, a movie theater, drive in movie venue and an in town park with great hiking paths for families. Kid's playset and backyard for BBQ, games and firepit. HOA access to Beaver Pond is a 5 min walk through the woods next to a brook. We are not waterfront and if you have significant mobility issues than our place might not be the best fit for you. Most adults and kids find the path to the water a lovely little nature walk through the woods. You will have access to our sit on top kayak, paddleboard and blow up beach toys located in the storage shed next to the pond. There is a wheeled trolley to transport the kayak to the water which is approx. 200 ft. away from the shed. Fishing and picnic areas as well. Several other lakes and the Saco river nearby have public access or take an old fashioned riverboat ride on the Songo River Queen in Naples. Fantastic hiking (see pics) & skiing within 10-30 mins including Pleasant mountain (10 mins) & the NH White Mountains (30 mins). North Conway NH has tons of outlet shopping and restaurants. Leaf peeping and the Fryeburg Fair in the fall (first week of October). Guest access Entire house with backyard and HOA access to quiet Beaver pond. Waterfront is a 5 min walk through the woods. Other things to note TV room in basement with huge 65 inch TV and electric fireplace, hand weights and yoga mat. Pull out couches in basement (one in hall and one in TV room) have access to half bath. Couch in living room also pulls out to a queen sleeper. We provide a pack and play with linens, high chair, snuggle carrier, sound monitor, wash tub, sippy cups/utensils, toys and books for infants/toddlers. We are excited to share with you our newly built property in the beautiful town of Bridgton, Maine. Our rustic themed ranch style home is nestled in the woods at the end of a quiet neighborhood only 5 minutes from Moose pond and the downtown area. After enjoying an adventurous day of exploring the mountain trails, skiing or boating on one of the area lakes come back to relax in our cozy space. We are 30 minutes to North Conway, within a half hour of 7 lakes and 45 minutes to Sunday River. The space We have an open concept full kitchen/dining room/living room area with a vaulted pine ceiling that gives a warm rustic feel to the space. Dining area includes a large table that opens up for more chair spaces. Extra folding chairs are provided and can be found in the basement. Sliding door opens to a deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining or relaxing. An additional living room area is located in the basement with a couch and tv for gaming. Basement area also includes additional games such as Pacman video game and darts. House includes central air for hot days and nights and forced hot air for cold weather. Master bedroom and bedroom #2 have ceiling fans. Propane stove in the living room provides extra heat and a rustic warm feel. We have high-speed internet and smart tv's in all bedrooms, living room and basement. Welcome to Framilia Grove! This updated 4 bedroom house is nestled in the picturesque lakes region town of Bridgton, Maine. It is located in the private community of Knights Hill on Moose Pond. We are a 5 minute walk to the lake/beach area, 3 minute drive to the pool and 1.5 mile drive to Pleasant Mountain Ski Resort. Enjoy swimming, fishing, hiking, tennis, basketball, boating, day and nighttime skiing, X-country skiing and snowmobiling all at your backdoor. The space Our guests will have access to the Knights Hill Clubhouse with pool, sandy beach, basketball and tennis courts, playground and picnic area. The property offers a large deck with gas grill, picnic table, and fire pit on the lawn. Inside, enjoy the use of our 3 flat screen TV's with Roku, high speed wi-fi, board games and DVD player with multiple movies for the entire family. Dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, French press. Air conditioner and fans, iron, washer/dryer, bed linens and towels are also available. There are 2 twin trundle beds for extra sleeping room. The Little Moose Point Main House is a waterfront property on Moose Pond with spectacular views of Pleasant Mountain. The house sits on a private 1/2 acre peninsula with 470 feet of waterfront, a private sandy beach, 2 docks and has a year round hot tub. Large windows provide year-round water and mountain views. The walls and ceiling are wrapped in knotty pine tongue and groove creating a cozy cabin vibe that transports you out of your busy city life and into the relaxing Maine woods. The space July-August we have a 6 night minimum rental requirement. Check-in is on Saturday and check-out is on Friday each week. This gives us enough time to thoroughly clean the house between guests. Please be sure to select the correct check in and check out dates when you request your stay. We have lovingly named our property Little Moose Point as it's surrounded by water on 3 sides. It's located 2.5 hours from Boston and 1 hour from Portland. Only 1/4 mile off of route 302 on a quiet residential paved road just before the causeway over Moose Pond with views of the lake and Pleasant Mountain on one side and heavily wooded on the other. Our property consists of two houses, the main house and the guest house. This listing you are viewing is for the main house only. You are able to rent both the main house and guest house for the same dates if they are available. A short 7 minute drive into our quaint little town of Bridgton, you’ll find great restaurants, antique shops, gift shops, a movie theater and walking trails through Pondicherry Park. There are activities for everyone nearby- swimming, kayaking and boating on Moose Pond, boat and jet ski rentals, hiking trails, Bridgton Highlands Country Club for golf and tennis, tubing down the Saco River, breweries, ice cream shops, the Bridgton Public Library, skiing and snowboarding at Pleasant Mountain (a 3 minute drive), snow tubing, snowshoeing and x-country ski trails. North Conway is just 30 minutes away with Cranmore Mountain, ziplining, water parks, and shopping outlets. Sunday River and Attitash Mountain are 45 min away while Wildcat Mountain and Loon Mountain are about an hour away. Take a relaxing walk down our 1.8 mile road to forage for mushrooms or meander into the woods for some snowshoeing. Bring your boat or jet skis and use our 20'L x 10'W dock to explore Moose Pond and feel free to borrow our kayaks, paddles, life vests and rafts too. Moose Pond is 13 miles long, up to 80 feet deep and 1,697 acres. Our swimming conditions are wonderful! It's truly the reason that we bought the property. It's sandy to the left and right of the dock, you can see to the bottom and it's plenty deep for swimming. It is not weedy until you get out to the end of the dock and even then you would have to touch near the bottom to feel weeds. Depending on how high the lake is throughout the season, it's 6-7' deep at the end of the dock. It's such a wonderful spot to swim and play. If you look through the photos that I have here on the listing, you'll notice that you can clearly see the sandy bottom in a couple of them. The lake supports landlocked salmon and lake trout in the middle basin, as well as largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, yellow perch, white perch, chain pickerel, hornpout, rainbow smelt, white sucker, fallfish, golden shiners, pumpkinseed sunfish and slimy sculpin. Western Maine is a wonderful leaf peeping area, we have the most beautiful color on our property as well as a gorgeous view of the changing trees on Pleasant Mountain. It's well worth a day trip up to Height of Land in Rangeley, ME and Grafton Notch to see even more incredible color. Pleasant Mountain ski area usually opens by mid-December and we are only 45 minutes from Sunday River too! The lake freezes over by late December for ice skating, ice fishing and snowmobiling. The ITS-89 Snowmobile Trail which takes you all the way to the Canadian border is directly in front of our house. You can unload your snowmobiles on our property and follow the trail down to the lake. We also have multiple grocery stores, pharmacies and hospitals close by. We have created guidebooks for you to give you even more information about the area. Guest access FOYER: When you enter the house, there’s a foyer with a console table to drop your things, a key hook, mirror, long mid-century modern bench, boot trays, many coat hooks and 2 coat closets with shoe storage, lots of hanging space and even baskets on the doors to hold all of your accessories for your whole families gear to be conveniently located by the front door. BEDROOMS: The primary bedroom is on the 1st floor in a carpeted room with a king size bed, 2 closets, 2 dressers, a ceiling fan, TV with an Apple TV box and 2 nightstands with built-in USB charging and outlets as well as lamps for reading in bed. There is a guest bedroom on the 1st floor as well in a carpeted room with a queen size bed, small closet, ceiling fan and a nightstand with built-in USB charging and outlets as well as a lamp. In the basement, there are 2 additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, 2 nightstands and a closet with drawers and hanging space, and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds, a nightstand between them and a closet with drawers and hanging space. BATHROOMS: The full bathroom is on the 1st floor which includes a tub shower, bidet toilet, baseboard heater, exhaust fan, sink with storage in the vanity as well as an upper cabinet for more storage. The 1/2 bathroom is located in the basement which includes a bidet toilet, exhaust fan, sink with storage in the vanity as well as shelving above the toilet for more storage. We have plenty of soft towels, bath mats, hand soap and a hair dryer as well. KITCHEN: The kitchen includes a very large brand new LG ThinQ fridge with upper French doors and a bottom drawer freezer as well as a new LG dishwasher with 3 levels. There is a 4-burner gas stovetop, an electric oven, and a nice deep sink. There is a peninsula with 3 bar stools and a kitchen table with a bench and 3 chairs that sits in the kitchen window to accommodate a large group in addition to the dining room. We have 12 plates, bowls, cups, mugs, and silverware as well as 8 wine glasses. There’s a full set of stainless steel pots & pans, knives, all the cooking & food prep utensils you could need, lots of platters, serving trays & utensils, a double air fryer, crock pot, blender, food processor, KitchenAid stand mixer, rice cooker, tupperware, cutting boards, a large stock pot for lobsters, baking pans, mixing bowls, and much more. You don’t need to bring a single thing to create a feast and entertain your friends and family inside and outside! DINING ROOM: The dining room is open to the kitchen and sunroom with a beautiful mid-century walnut dining table that sits 6-10 people and expands from 62-98 inches. This is the perfect place to play board games and do very large, elaborate puzzles that take days to complete. We have lots of board games, puzzles, chess, checkers, backgammon, cribbage, dominoes, playing cards and dice. Feel free to take a book or leave a book in the Little Free Library located out by the mailbox at the end of the driveway as well. SUNROOM: This is the ultimate sitting room to take in the jaw dropping views of Pleasant Mountain and Moose Pond. Watching the fog lift off the lake and mountain in the morning while you sip your coffee, soaking in the sun drenched room throughout the day and anticipating the gorgeous sunsets at night will make you never want to leave this room. There are two Eames chairs with ottomans with a side table between them and a low loveseat with a side table as well. LIVING ROOM: The living room features an enormous granite wood burning fireplace, a large sectional sofa, coffee table, 2 end tables with a lamp on each, an oversized chair with an ottoman, ceiling fan, and a 52” TV with media console and Sonos sound bar. We have an Apple TV box for you to log directly into your streaming accounts, super fast internet for multiple devices to stream at the same time and for you to take Zoom meetings without interruption. To the right of the fireplace there is also a large built-in wood storage bin that opens into the living room for easy access and allows you to load it up with firewood from the backyard directly across from the firewood shed through a small door. We provide complimentary firewood during your stay. BASEMENT: The basement is almost as large as the footprint of the house. It includes 2 guest bedrooms, a 1/2 bathroom, a large open space with shelving for storage as well as a large pantry space and the laundry area. The ceilings are only 6'H in the basement and the bedroom doorways have curtains instead of doors to save space. There is a bulkhead for easy access as well. We have a brand new LG ThinQ washer and dryer, including a laundry sorting station, iron, steamer and drying rack. HEAT & A/C: The house is equipped with hot water baseboards throughout the entire 1st floor as well as central air conditioning. There is a very powerful electric heater in the basement to keep everyone super comfortable but no air conditioning. Even on the hottest days, it’s very comfortable in the basement, it stays nice and cool since it’s below grade. We have a tankless water heater that works very efficiently as well as a whole house water filtration system making the tap water safe to drink. PATIO & YARD: The entire patio and yard surrounding the house is all yours to enjoy. The hot tub is a spectacular spot to watch the sunset while you look directly at Pleasant Mountain after a long day of hiking or skiing and it's accessible year round. We have all of the chemicals and tools for you to balance out the water after each use and we will provide instructions on how to use and care for it throughout your stay. During the spring, summer and fall, there are Adirondack chairs around the fire pit in the back yard as well as on the docks. There is also a large propane grill on the patio next to the hot tub and an expandable patio table with umbrella for 6-8 people. You can also use the very large driveway and yard to play games. We have corn hole boards, badminton, spike ball, a basketball and 2 hammocks for you to use! Just request them in advance of your stay and we will put them out for you. There are string lights in the front and back yard to make outdoor entertaining easy and it creates a beautiful ambiance. LAKE ACCESS: You're welcome to use the docks, kayaks, paddles, and life vests throughout the Spring, Summer & Fall. The beach, dock and water access is located directly in front of the main house and is shared with us. The dock is installed in the Spring after the lake has thawed and is removed at the end of October. You’re welcome to bring your boat or jet skis. We have a pontoon boat that will be docked there but there is plenty of room for your boat as well as jet skis. The Moose Pond boat launch is located on the causeway across from the end of our street (1/4 mile from our property). Your boat can be driven under the causeway and docked on our 20'L x 10'W private dock. The causeway underpass clearance is usually 8-10' high depending on the water level at certain times throughout Spring-Fall, hard top pontoon boats won't fit. Please let us know if you will be bringing a boat, jet skis, snowmobiles or a trailer of any sort so we can give you more details and answer any questions you have. PARKING: There is plenty of parking for 5 cars in the driveway and room for a boat/snowmobile trailer as well. GETTING AROUND: You will need a car to get around town. Our neighborhood is incredibly safe and our street is so quiet and peaceful for morning walks. CHECKING IN: You will access the house through the front door with a key located inside of a lock box. We will send you a 4 digit code to access the lock box. Other things to note A few house rules to go over: 1. We do not allow pets. 2. We do not all smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside. 3. We have a “no shoe” policy. Bring cozy slippers! 4. We do not allow parties or other guests to come onto the property without our prior approval. 5. Our hot tub can only hold 3 people max at a time. Even with 3 people the hot tub can overflow, when it loses too much water it goes into emergency shut off mode and will stop heating, won’t be able to be used and can damage the pump which you will then be liable for. 6. In July and August we have a 6 night minimum rental requirement. Check-in is on Sunday and check-out is on Saturday each week. This gives us enough time to thoroughly clean the house between guests.

The space Our cabin is cozy and inviting with an open space plan. The second bedroom is lofted and has overview of the living and dining area. Guest access You will have access to the entire cabin and outdoors. The shed and basement areas will be locked and are for owner access only. Other things to note As far as dogs are concerned, they are very welcome as long as they are well behaved. As a lifelong dog owner, I know all the ins and outs of dog ownership.. If you know your dog will not behave well if you leave them alone or if there is an issue with chewing or eliminating indoors, please find an alternative.

World class views of the center basin of Moose Pond, an 13-mile lake with great fishing and water sports. Area has excellent hiking trails. Just down the street from PleasantMountain ski area. One hour from Portland, and fifteen minutes from charming Bridgton Maine, with shopping and restaurants. The space A large screened-in porch facing the lake. There is a fire pit. Cottage has spectacular views up and down the lake. There are lots of windows and its right on the lake. Canoe and kayaks and a dock. Thirty minutes from North Conway, New Hampshire, the heart of the White Mountains. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED Pleasant Mountain hiking trail head (Ledges) at end of driveway. One mile from the East lodge of Pleasant Mountain ski area, two miles from main lodge. Forty five minutes from Sunday River Ski Area. There are virtually no homes across the lake and no neighbors on one side. The other neighbors are hardly visible. Fully equipped kitchen, internet, entertainment system, gas grill and washer and dryer. All appliances are new. Tile and wood floors. Gas fireplace as well as oil heat. No AC. There is a garage on the property, jet skis and a boat. These are not available to renters. On very rare occasions, there will be occupants in the apartment above the garage. It is usually the owners (i.e., me). We will let you know in advance and assure your privacy. Guest access Three kayaks (two singes and a double), canoe, paddle board and large dock.
