Up to 2 dogs under 30 lbs allowed w/host approval and $80 pet fee per stay. Secure privacy fenced back yard so your dog can run free. The space House has a recently remodeled interior with upgraded finishes. There is a nice large carport and extra parking on concrete at the top of the driveway. The screened back porch is large and has a table for dining or relaxing. Privacy fence is secure. There are smart TVs in the living room (65 inch) and all three bedrooms. Boat ramp nearby has access for launching most vessels and the marsh beside the intracoastal is a beautiful place to paddle board, kayak, or fish. Once you launch the intracoastal is about 3 minutes away. If you prefer beachside, Hanna Park is right around the corner and has some of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Jacksonville. Guest access There are two closets in the home and a small fridge in the laundry room that are unavailable for guests to access. There is a storage building in the back yard that is not accessible by guests. We have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact: Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F **IMPORTANT**Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. You’re welcome to smoke OUTSIDE in designated outdoor areas, as long as cigarette butts are properly disposed of and not left on the ground or anywhere on the property. If we find cigarette butts or any evidence of smoking (such as ash on surfaces, empty packs, etc.) left behind, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be applied on top of the standard cleaning fee.
