BEACH BUNGALOW is located on the west end of Panama City Beach in the Laguna Beach area. The Beach is about a tenth of a mile from the property. The unit offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Other things to note Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The entire neighborhood is golf cart friendly, and there are a number of local rental shops that will deliver carts directly to the house. If walking, the house is approximately 8-10 minutes to the beach. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, fenced in backyard, and pool. Our home features smart locks with you unique access code provided for your stay. Other things to note House Rules: - No pets - No smoking or vaping on the property - No eating in the bedrooms or living room. Any stains/damage to linens, may result in additional cleaning fees. - Primary guest must be 25+ - Bunk bed safety: please note that the top bunk is not recommended for children under 6 years old due to safety concerns. For your child’s safety, we ask that younger guests sleep on the lower bunk or other beds provided. Larger guests/adults additionally should avoid using the top bunk. Pool Heating: - Pool heating is available for $40/day. Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your arrival to allow for proper time for heating. The pool will be set to a warm 82°, but it will not reach hot tub temperatures. -Pool heat only kicks on when the temperature drops below 82°. If heat isn't coming out of the jets, it would indicate that the desired temperature has been met. -If the temperature drops below 55°, the heater will automatically turn off to avoid freezing the equipment. - Please note that we are unable to heat the pool for only a portion of your stay. No worries, we will send a reminder about the pool heating a few days before check-in. Pool Alarms: -For the purpose of child safety and in compliance with local ordinances, we have pool noisemakers on each egress of the rear of the property. Please be aware that when exiting the home from the back door or entering from the backyard, you will have to press the black button on the device to disable the alarm. You will have eight seconds to enter/exit after it is depressed. You will press the black button from the outside when entering the home from the pool. Please be vigilant when supervising small children around the pool area. For their safety, children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The pool can pose serious risks, so we kindly ask that you never leave children unattended in or near the water. Your attention and care help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone. Please wash sand off with hose before entering house or jumping in pool! And please keep food out of bedrooms. Thanks! Excessive cleaning required beyond standard turnover will result in an additional fee of minimum $150-$300 depending on extent. Move grill from under roof to use it. If used, grill must be cleaned. Towels and linens with make up, self tanner, and stains that don’t come out, will be charged a replacement fee. Or, ride with our golf cart in this golf-cart-friendly community. Note: the market rate for the four-passenger golf cart rental is at least $175 a day a PCB! What a great value that you are getting with our all-inclusive room rate! Other things to note I thrive to provide you with a cozy, clean and safe place, so I team up with one of the best cleaning teams in PCB, which is very professional and detail-oriented. We run sanitizing wash cycle with all the beddings and towels and use sanitizing spray to wipe all the traffic surfaces. We also clean and sanitize the hot tub. We are equipped with different types of cleaning tools and vacuums to pursue a spotless space. The pool can be heated with $50 per day extra charge for cover my energy bill. Please request at least two days before your checkin date or your desired using date, and the the heating must last until your checkout date. In addition, house-trained dogs are welcomed with $150 pet cleaning fee plus $150 refundable pet deposit per dog (or short-tern rental insurance) (cats need special approval, sorry!) Two dogs maximum each stay. All we ask is simple and basic care... Please no pets on the furniture and bed to respect our next guests who may have allergies (and no one likes dusty paw prints!).
