We cannot offer refunds for wildlife sightings. Please keep all doors closed to prevent pests from entering. 🌊 Sand & Outdoor Showers Please rinse off all sand outside: Hose near the front door Outdoor shower (with hot water) behind the house Sand in sinks, showers, or toilets causes severe plumbing issues—do not rinse sand indoors. 👶 Children & Safety The home is not child-proof and has steep stairs. The home may not be suitable for all due to the steps. Please exercise care on the steps. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. No child should be left unattended in the pool area. We don't include the fireplace in the rental of our home. Cable (via app) and WiFi are provided, but outages beyond our control cannot be refunded. 🌪 Mandatory Evacuations In a mandatory evacuation, guests must vacate the property. An early check-in and/or late ch The space This is a large house with six bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The open floor plan has a large livingroom - dining room - kitchen area with space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Two large sliding glass doors open to the backyard outdoor covered porch with outdoor dining and lounging and the heated pool. Also in the backyard is an enclosed private outdoor shower, Weber gas grill, fire pit with seating, and the kayaks and paddle boards. It's less than 1/2 a block to the kayak launch near the amazing 1000 islands area teeming with wildlife. Guest access You will be able to self check-in with your custom lock code. You'll have full access to the entire property and house and all the amenities with the exception of 3 locked closets.
