With access to the lake right outside your door. No matter the season, this home is the perfect hub for outdoor adventures: hiking, ATV's, snowmobiles, and more! The space The entire house is accessible to guests and includes a washer and dryer on site. This family friendly property comfortably sleeps twelve (10). There are four (4) . All Four (4) are on the upper level of the property. None of the bedrooms are in the basement. The house features a 3 seasons porch with a patio right off of it. Large kitchen with a dinning room off of it. The main floor has a half bathroom while upstairs has two (2) full bathrooms that include tub/shower. The large yard allows for plenty of private recreation area. A spacious 2700+ square feet allow for you to have plenty of room for your friends and family. The lake is only a few steps away. The boat landing is right down the street. There is central air throughout the entire house as well. All bedding and towels/wash cloths are supplied. The MASTER BEDROOM is very spacious with a king size bed and large closet attached with access to one of the bathrooms. BEDROOM 2 comes with a King size bed. BEDROOM 3 comes with two (2) full size. BEDROOM 4 is a bunk room with two twins. Many great places to catch up on your favorite book, enjoy a cup of coffee, or just relax and listen to the lake. The LIVINGROOM is the central gathering area with a large flat screen SMART TV that you can stream your shows. There are two couches that are available to be slept on plus floor spaces if you want to bring air mattresses. The KITCHEN is a large area that allows you to see all of your guests so you won’t feel left out of the party. The electric stove, large fridge for all of your cold beverages, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and coffee maker are ready for your use. Dishes and glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans are all waiting for you. If you decide you want to cook out, the property comes with a Electric BBQ grill you are welcome to use. The LAUNDRY ROOM has a washer and dryer available to use. The dock is in from before Memorial day til after Labor Day. There still is a platform deck to swim off of and fish year round. Also can pull your boat to it. As your hosts, we will be sending you information the day before check in with all of the details for the house. We are 100% accessible to you. Other things to note: •	When you check out, please take the sheets off the beds you used and leave them at the end of the bed. •	Put the dishes in the dishwasher and start it. •	Please take the trash out to the trash can before leaving. •	We do have a $ 50.00 pet fee for one (1) or multiple pets. Experience lakeview serenity at our 3-bedroom home with all the conveniences of an in-town location. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it's walking distance to parks, main street businesses, and the public library. Just off of Hwy 53 and Hwy 48 and only 2 blocks from the Barron County Fairgrounds! Perfect for quiet retreats, business trips, or family getaways, our home offers easy access to all Rice Lake has to offer. Ideal for short or long-term rentals. Book now for a tranquil escape! The space 3 bedrooms (all upstairs),total upstairs can sleep 6 adults . plus a pack n play available upon request. Bedroom 3 has a twin pull out trundle. The small double bed in bedroom 3 can sleep 1 adult or two children.] There is a finished “game” room in the basement with twin comfy flexsteel couches. The front porch has a daybed with a comfortable mattress and clean bedding which can be used during the warmer seasons for sleeping. Queen blow up mattress on main floor and twin sleeper sofa also on the main floor. Other things to note Please note that there are no bedrooms on the main floor. There is a single sofa sleeper in the office area on the main floor and for warm weather conditions there is a twin daybed in the front porch . This is a 3 room chalet located on the north end of the peninsula with a view of the lake and the bay. The living room has a queen hide-a-bed, the master bedroom has a king bed and the loft has 2 queen beds with its own deck. This features artwork by local artists and ski memorabilia from Mount Hardscrabble. This chalet also has a fireplace to enjoy and a full kitchen. The space We are located on a 7 acre lake lot peninsula. We offer grills and a smoker on our decks for guest use as well as a campfire swing area, playground and paths to walk Guest access All of our outside amenities. Other things to note We do offer fresh pastry from our local bakery, organic coffee and have pontoon rentals based on availability.

Room 20 - The Bay House - Curriers Lakeview Lodge

The "Gatekeeper" cottage has a natural gas stone fireplace in the living room, Full size sofa sleeper, full kitchen, full bath on the main floor and a half bath in the sleeping loft. (Need to be able to climb ladder stairs to lofted bedroom). A spiral staircase leads you down to the lower level which has an additional bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the extra living room space, and full bathroom. The lower level also has a walk out french door to the patio area. The space Tuscobia Lake gets rather weedy, but the lake is still navigable at a slower pace. When using the pontoon, the weeds may need to be cleaned off the motor from time to time, but the lake itself is quite peaceful and relaxing to be out on. It is about a quarter mile walk or drive to our dock area and we do have several lakeside campfire areas for relaxing while overlooking the lake. Apple maps is accurate for getting to Stonehaven Cottages, and if you need directions please call or text us. Our cottage is smoke free. If you smoke, you are welcome to smoke outside on our porch or anywhere outdoors where the smoke does not affect others. Fireworks of any type are strictly forbidden on the property. Guest access Guests have the whole cottage to themselves and can also use any of our hiking trails and campfire areas throughout the 40 acre property. We have complementary paddle boat, canoes, kayaks, and rowboats that can be used on Tuscobia Lake by any of our guests. We also have a pontoon for rent. Other things to note Regular pricing is $175 per night on weekends and $150 per night on weekdays. We have a pontoon available for rent at a rate of $25 per hour, $75 for half day, $125 per day, $500 for the week. Saturday nights the noise from the Rice Lake Speedway can be heard if the wind is from the south. The speedway is about a mile away and the level of noise varies based on the wind direction.

The Birchview Suite lower level duplex is totally closed off from guests in upper level. It features two french doors that lead out to the large flagstone patio area, which is the main entrance. There's a full kitchen for you to prepare meals. We have a private dock 1/4 mile from the cottage and offer complementary use of kayaks, row boats, and canoes! We also have a pontoon for rent. Plenty of hiking and biking opportunities can be found on and off the resort. State Trails are also nearby. The space This unique cottage features an open concept between the kitchen and living room and boasts 9 ft. barn wood ceilings throughout as well as exposed aggregate stone floors with in floor heating. The living room walls are made with real birch logs from our land! This cozy bungalow features a beautiful field stone fireplace to keep you toasty on those cold winter nights. The view is awesome with lots of windows lakeside to enjoy the beautiful Birch trees and of course all the wild life on Tuscobia Lake. Two french doors lead out to the spacious flagstone patio area from the great room and the master bedroom. A great space to just sit and relax. The Birchview Suite Upper level is a duplex and has an open concept. The living room has a large picture window to enjoy the Birch trees and Tuscobia Lake. It also boasts a gorgeous fireplace with a unique driftwood mantel. The dining area has a french door and sliding patio door that both lead out to the large wrap around lakeside deck with a grill. The upper and lower level cottages are totally separate from each other, but can be be booked as one whole unit as well by calling our resort. Slow and steady wins the race! We are tickled to introduce our second cottage "The Turtle" here at Stonehaven Cottages on Tuscobia Lake, LLC.   We put in a large archway in the vaulted ceiling to give it a look and feel of being inside a turtle shell.  This cozy cottage has an open concept with full kitchen, one small bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper. It  also has a spectacular view of Tuscobia Lake!  When life gets too busy, come and slow down a bit at "The Turtle"!
