The Queen Bunk Room is located just a few steps below the main floor and offers direct access to the deck through sliding glass doors. This cozy room features a custom rustic bunk bed with a queen mattress on the bottom and a Twin XL mattress on top. Crafted from beautiful Colorado log wood, the sturdy upper bunk is designed to comfortably accommodate adults as well as children. The Twin Room features two twin beds, along with an additional twin mattress stored in the closet for extra flexibility. Sliding door access to the deck places you just steps away from the hot tub, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of mountain adventures. There are two rooms in the basement each with a queen bed. One of these rooms was our host room when we were renting individual rooms through Airbnb and is now available for additional guests. The spacious basement bunk room is perfect for kids and groups, featuring two custom bunk beds with twin-over-queen layouts, plus a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Cozy up by the private fireplace, and enjoy added privacy with the rustic sliding barn door. There is an additional queen bedroom in the basement that shares a full bathroom with the bunk room. On the main floor the queen/twin bunk shares a full bathroom with the twin room on the main floor. Living Areas The home features two separate spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment. On the main level, the inviting living room offers a TV, cozy fireplace, music, and a large comfortable sectional — the perfect gathering spot to unwind after a day on the mountain. The lower level is designed for fun and entertainment, featuring a ping pong table, pool table, wet bar, games, TV, and an additional fireplace — creating the perfect space for guests looking for a little more activity and excitement. Just about every small appliance you can think of is present. There are 2 flat screen TV's, a 60" in the great room with surround sound and a 48" in the nook. Xbox 360 with Kinect and various games. Lots of board games for kids through adults. Wifi is provided. 3 king bedrooms on the lower level, and a smaller 4th bedroom on the main second level, featuring a queen with full over top (bunk).
