We are flexible with check in/check out times if there is not a guest before and after you. The space The house is located in a quiet Neighborhood. We do ask that guests will drive slow and carefully to and from the property and honor street signs because there are children at play.. No loud music or parties. The house is on a well but we have installed a water system to improve the water and drinking water is provided. Guest access Our property line is only to the fence either side of the property. We do not have access to either boat launch or beach either side . As these belong to our neighbors, we ask our guests to please stay on our property and not trespass on our neighbors land. Other things to note Absolutely no drug use is allowed on the premises.
