Our beautiful two-story beach house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. My best spot is the rooftop balcony where I love to start my mornings by enjoying the ocean view and fresh breeze. It only takes a few steps to get to the beach at the end of our street. It feels like you have your own quiet beach area to relax. You can also take a short walk on the beach to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier for food, drinks, ice cream and other entertainments. The space Our 3,900sf house is a 2-story unit with a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and rooftop balcony access. There is a large guest bedroom on the first floor. Master bedroom, the In-law suite, and 2 other bedrooms are on the second floor. The In-law suite has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. its own living room, and a full equipped kitchen. This gives more privacy for a group that is traveling with grandparents or a group with 2 families, and yet everyone still stays together. We want our guests to feel comfortable and sleep well. If your group has more than 10 guests, there are a sofa bed in the first-floor bedroom. In the In-law suite, it also has a double futon and a fold-out sofa lounge. Those are available to accommodate an additional 2 adults and 2 children. Each floor has each own AC unit adequately and quickly provides comfort. Please note that the pool requires up to 6 hours to reach the set temperature once heating is activated. Heated Spa: The spa (hot tub) is set to a therapeutic temperature, usually around 100°F to 102°F, and typically heats up within 1 hour of activation. 2. Heating Schedule and Operation Pool Heating: The pool heating schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The pool and spa do not heat simultaneously, so heating one will temporarily pause heating for the other. If you would like to enable 24-hour heating for the duration of your stay, we can reset the heating schedule to accommodate this for an additional charge of $200.
