Many of the features are original to the home (pocket doors, hardwood floors, etc.) The home was recently renovated but you'll still hear some creaks, see some scuff marks or occasionally get a historic house smell. None of these should materially impact your stay, but we want to make sure you're aware. ★ NEIGHBORING PROPERTY★ The property next to us is a small multifamily property that is currently undergoing renovation. Most of the loud noise is behind us (exterior/structural items) you might occasionally hear some noise from time to time. Unfortunately the contractors tend to litter in the alleyway next to the property. We do our best to keep it clean. ★ BBQ GAS GRILL★ The property has a gas grill for guest use. Grill will be used at your own risk and you must assume liability. The grill must be cleaned after every use and before check out. Propane tank must be turned off after use.
