Make sure they are clipped to keep wildlife out. ON GARBAGE DAY UNCLIP ALL THE CLIPS WHEN YOU PUT IT OUT. The garbage company will not take garbage otherwise. Failure to do so will result in you taking the garbage bags to the dump across the street. Garbage day is every Tuesday unless it’s the week of a holiday, which delays pickup 1 day. Put garbage cans at the end of the driveway the night before pick up, and bring cans back to the garage on garbage day. If little critters get into the garbage cans you are expected to clean it up! If you depart 20 minutes or more after check out there will be $100 late check out fee added to your stay. Fireplace: Open the bottom black grate. The pilot light should already be on (a little flame in the fireplace). Adjust the knob to desired heat temp. Do not go past 3. In doing so can damage the tv above the fireplace and you will be charged accordingly, If the pilot light is not lit: There is a knob that says on, pilot, and numbers on it. Turn the knob to the little arrow to line up with pilot. once it’s lined up, push in the knob and press the igniter button until the pilot lights up. Once the pilot is lit, continue holding in on knob for 30-45 seconds. Let go of knob, if pilot stays lit, turn the knob to the numbers for fireplace to run. Do not turn the knob past 3. Turn the fireplace down a little under 1 when not in use. Do not keep the fireplace on overnight. Spa room attached to the home 🧖‍♀️🧖‍♂️ 😱 has a separate entrance. The Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Esthetician May be in services during your stay.

Subject to $500 fine! *** FYI During spring & summer season you may run into ants, spiders or other insects inside the home. It is the nature of “cabin in the woods”! ***Don't forget to turn off our security camera when you arrive on premise. ***There are wall thermostats in each bedroom and bathroom. Please use them to adjust the desired temperature. The living room has a ductless system with a control. The ductless system can heat and cool just like an AC. Please use the “MODE” button to choose from the setting you desire: cool, heat, fan, auto etc. we do not have central air/AC but there are fans in every bedroom. ***For the fireplace & fire-pit a log starter will be needed to start the fire. Wood and log-starters can be purchased at Walmart, located about 10 minutes away. Unfortunately we don’t provide those. Make sure to purchase charcoal for our grill. Our grill is not with propane but with charcoal only. ***The projector is available with Amazon Fire TV Stick. We recommend watching at night. Feel free to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. (Please use Cedar Cabin account or our own.) If you purchase any movies please let us know. You can leave cash. Happy Binging! P.S. Use the (Zoom) button on the projector control to adjust the size of the screen! In order to have sound for when using the projector make sure the Bose speaker is connected to Alexa and turn it on. Please tell Alexa “Alexa connect to my Fire TV” and the sound should be working on the speaker. ***Do not throw cigarette buds anywhere in our property or community. Extra fee for cleaning will be applied. Cigarette buds are very bad for the soil! ***If something is broken or damaged during your stay please notify us right away so we can replace it for the next guests. ***Please be aware that garbage attracts bears and bears are always hungry. Also please don’t feed the wildlife! ***No fireworks, firecrackers of any kind. ***Do not pour any food, coffee grinds or grease down the sink (again septic issue). ***Please do not flush any kind of paper other than toilet paper and lady products down the toilet (sepetic systems are sensitive and it will clog the toilet!)  ***Keep the fireplace closed at all times and use it with caution. Fire wood and fire starters can be purchased in Walmart or Shop Rite located 10 minutes away ***Please clean up after your pet. Extra cleaning fee/ property damage will be applied if we need to clean the yard outside or inside of home from pet stains, damage etc. Please do not use our blankets for your pet. Bring your own pet blanket. *** Water is safe to drink from our kitchen faucet. We have installed a water filter. If you are interested in obtaining information about the filter, please ask. We also have a Berkey Water Filter available. ***Please turn off everything you turn on when you check out. That includes the stove, microwave, fireplace , grill, wall thermostats etc. please run the dishwasher if you have any dirty dishes left. ***Check out is strict at 11am. If you would like to extend your stay please let us know as soon as possible. We have a cleaning person with a tight schedule! *** We have two security cameras. One on the driveway and one on the deck! ***Maximum Occupancy. The maximum occupancy for the Property is eight (8) individuals, each over the age of twenty five (25) years’ old. At all times during the rental period, Guest agrees to have no more than eight (8) guests on the Property. If more than the stated number of guests are found to be occupying the Property, without prior written permission, we have the right to terminate this Agreement and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including the Total Rental Fee, Cleaning Fee, and any other deposits. Guest is fully responsible for all occupants during the reservation and for ensuring each occupant’s adherence to this Agreement. ***No Parties – Zero Tolerance.This is not a party house. Guest must be twenty-five (25) years of age to rent the Property. The Property is located in a residential neighborhood and Guests shall be enjoy the Property in a manner that does not unreasonably disturb the surrounding residents. Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not included on Airbnb and not bringing the total above maximum permitted guests) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to our approval. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed at any time. Adults cannot rent the Property on behalf of underage guests, no exception! ***Non-Smoking – Zero Tolerance. This is a NON-SMOKING Property. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the Property, if discovered by the cleaning crew, is sufficient basis to charge the Guest for smoke cleanup and removal from any carpeting, HVAC ducts & filters, and furniture. This type of deep cleaning is expensive, and Guest will be liable for the Deep Cleaning Fee. ***Have fun! Pets & Service Animals Pets are not allowed on the property. The only exception is for a service animal as defined under applicable law. Emotional support animals and therapy animals are not permitted. Due to gated community and HOA safety, insurance, and registration requirements, all service animals must be disclosed and approved at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. The service animal must be registered with Community Management and Security before entry is granted. Guests traveling with a service animal are required to provide the following information in advance: Confirmation that the animal is a trained service animal Current vaccination records Breed Age Sex Failure to disclose a service animal in advance, failure to complete HOA registration, or arrival with an unregistered animal may result in denied entry by community security, reservation cancellation, or additional fees. Our neighborhood is quiet, with full-time resident neighbors. Please do not leave any garbage inside the house or in the bins. Please wash your dishes and put them in the cabinets; do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher. No smoking inside the house. Please provide a copy of your driver’s license and car registration at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Any violations of these rules will result in a $500 fine. If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $100 per person per night. We provide a complimentary 'starter kit' of toiletries and household necessities. For longer stays, Guests may purchase items from area grocery stores or elect to bring their own. There is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, raccoons. Black bears visit the house often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs. Despite our regular treatments, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the house. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is rare to come across anything like this. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. White wristbands will have full access to all amenities of the community except the swimming pool. White wristbands holders must pay $10 per person per day to access the swimming pool. Guests will also be responsible for paying $10 per person per day to use the swimming pool. Kids under the age of six do not require wristbands. IMPORTANT: Please note that additional guests beyond the 12th person will not be issued wristbands. As a result, these extra guests will not have access to the community amenities. However, they are welcome to fully enjoy the house and any amenities that are exclusive to the property. Extra guests will be provided with floating bedding, which can be placed anywhere in the house according to their convenience during bedtime. IMPORTANT: Guest(s) must provide the age and name of each member of their party at least four working days before check-in. In winter, when the lake is frozen, ice fishing and ice skating are available. These activities operate under a flag system: red for closed, green for open. The space The home is situated on a spectacular lake with crystal clear water and filled with big fish for awesome angling right off our dock or using our row boat. The house is located near grocery stores and restaurants as well as activities such as rafting, skiing, hiking, golfing, biking and some of the countries largest indoor/outdoor water parks such as Camelback and Kalahari water parks. The house comfortably sleeps 10 people. One room has a king bed, two rooms have queen beds, and the third room has a full-on–full bunk bed which sleeps.
