Bright, modern 3br  A/C  home near Langley Center

Tucked inside a quirky house, this bold and bizarre 1300 sq ft suite is your escape from GREY Airbnbs. Enter through a private door (oddly far from parking), where a soaker tub greets you—right next to the kitchenette?!? Enjoy wall jets in the oversized shower, while watching your food cook (the layout is odd!) Bonus perks: arcade games, a shared hot tub, and two hilariously tiny extra bedrooms! It’s weird. It’s wonderful. It’s yours to enjoy. The space A small not so great hobby farm in Langley with a fully fenced three acres. The property is gated, monitored, and perfect for those who want some quiet time and privacy. The house is (1990s) vintage, and will not be appearing on HGTV any time soon! The photos are brightened to help show the space. When trying to imagine the property think of a dirty, depressing, Tony Soprano style home! The furniture in the suite is vintage (old) and the design choices are dreadful. Being a rural area you may see a bug! If you are allergic to bees or wasps, I strongly recommend bringing your EpiPen as we are surrounded by other farms. These bees happen to be attracted to plants! The views from the above ground suite are sub par! The kitchenette / bathroom combo is strange but functional. Gordon Ramsay would not approve, but when it comes to some quick simple meals, it is effective. Anything you need in addition to what we have provided, we will always do our best to accommodate. The in suite bath tub is deep, however there are no jets. It only blasts air bubbles and is super loud, very romantic. We cannot ensure an endless hot water supply as we are not the Ritz Carlton. Rest assured the house boiler is trying her best! Most people will not notice an issue. However, some people think that two plus hour baths/showers should be free of interruption. Therefor to cover my bases I am reminding everyone that boilers do have mechanical limits :) The hot tub out front is in a private setting, but is a shared amenity with one other Airbnb unit. The hot tub is cleaned regularly, but I am sure you will find some sand in the bottom. This is due to the fact, the hot tub is outside and when you touch your feet to the ground, it is possible for some of that sand to get in the hot tub. A little sand in the bottom does not mean the hot tub is dirty;) The hot tub is also brown, this can give water the appearance that it is not clean. As a longtime host who is operated many hot tubs, I assure you, we take very good care of it despite the fact that the tub itself is brown and has some specs of sand in it. The pool is closed for the winter and will open May-September. The one bedroom is very small but offers a great separate sleeping area away from your kids/a friend that talks in their sleep/ or even your partner who takes up too much bed space! The bed and the main living area is softer as it has a memory foam topper. The bed in the enclosed bedroom provides a firmer sleep. We wash everything with non-allergenic detergent/softener. Bedroom 3 is barely a bedroom! It has no windows as it is more of a cozy sleeping nook. Equipped with a double bed, the room offers a dark space to sleep and offers privacy. Due to the room having no windows and not officially being a real bedroom, we recommend not sleeping with the door closed. We’re proudly pet-friendly and welcome your furry companions to explore off-leash in our spacious yard. That said, please note that while the property is fenced, due to the size of the farm and some sneaky escape routes, we can’t guarantee a fully enclosed space. We provide older towels just for your pet, perfect for muddy paws and post-adventure cleanups. You’ll also meet our resident farm dog—he’s been an unofficial Airbnb co-host for six years and has made countless friends, both two- and four-legged. Please keep this in mind if your pet isn’t comfortable with other dogs. We are not able to lock our dog away. As for smoking (cigarettes or cannabis), we kindly ask that it be done outdoors only, using the ashtrays provided. This is partly for fire safety and partly to avoid giving our long-suffering property caretaker a stress-induced stroke—he’s old, he’s grumpy, and he doesn’t like bending over to pick up smoke butts. This clean and comfortable two-bedroom townhouse is located in the beautiful family-friendly Yorkson Creek neighborhood. Across the street, you'll find an elementary school and a fantastic park—ideal for families. The townhouse is just a five-minute walk to Willoughby Town Centre Plaza, featuring a supermarket and shops. For commuters, the Highway 1 on/off ramp is a quick three-minute drive, and the Langley Events Centre is five minutes away by car. Parking: Free covered carport. The space This modern 1,010-square-foot townhouse offers two bedrooms upstairs—one with a king bed and the other with a queen. The living room features a sectional sofa that converts into a queen-size hide-a-bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. You will have the entire townhouse completely to yourself. While I do travel frequently for work and keep a few personal items stored in closets and drawers, I’ve ensured there is ample space for you to comfortably store all of your belongings during your stay. You will have access to my free parking which is always available. An HVAC has just been installed. If you don't know, an HVAC provides AC in the summer and heat during the winter. ***Please note*** There are 14 steps from the entrance to the main floor (2nd floor). The space This is a legal basement suite with completely separate entrances.
