When you walk in the door, you will see this is not just a beach condo. It is also our family's beach home and you will find it so much more of a home than your standard beach rental! I have been vacationing in Atlantic Beach for the past 30 years so please feel free to ask any questions you have about the unit or area attractions. Prior to and during your stay, I will also be available by phone, text and email to answer any questions you may have. The space When you arrive at the condo, you will find luggage carts and grocery shopping carts as well as an elevator to make moving into the condo simple and quick. There is a screened sitting area in the front and a separate laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer. The condo itself is newly painted and freshly decorated. Luxury plank flooring throughout with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, separate wet bar, oceanfront screen porch off the living room and a separate oceanfront balcony off of the master bedroom. The master has a King size bed with a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom along with a private half bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bunkbed and a Full size bed. The couch in the living room also pulls out into a full size bed. There is a large TV in the living room and TVs in all 3 Bedrooms as well as the kitchen bar area. All the TVs have cable as well as Roku sticks. WIFI is included. In the living room you will also find board games, playing cards, puzzles, DVDs, books, etc. From the front door of our condo you are literally 30 seconds away from putting your toes on the beach! At one end of our building is a picnic area with tables and charcoal grills and at the other end is a swimming pool and gazebo overlooking the beach. Underneath the condo is a storage room you will have access to which has beach chairs, umbrella, beach and pool toys and outdoor games for the kids (and the grown up kids). Directly across the street you have condo access to the pier and boatslips to keep your boat on the Bogue Sound as well as park your trailer. If you bring your boat, there is a public boat launch one mile away.

Code enforcement can require all guests to vacate the premise if the max occupancy is exceeded (No refunds would be provided). Bedrooms: There are beds for 8 (including a pullout sofa). Each bedroom does have its own full private bath which the guests have commented on how much they appreciate that. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one being the smaller master suite with balcony This rooms has a queen bed, and couch that can also be used as a pull out. The other bedroom on the second floor is well suited for kids, and has two twin beds. The third floor is a private master suite with king size bed and private balcony. There are two parking spots in front of the townhouse for the unit. If you need additional parking please ask the owner about this in your inquiry. Though there is a public boat ramp at the end of the street, there is no parking for boats or boat trailers on the premise. However Anchorage Marina is 3 miles down the road and offers nightly and weekly rates to park and use your boat during your stay. The tentative dates for the pool being open are April 15th - October 15th depending on the weather. The hours of the pool are 9am - 9pm which is enforced strictly by the HOA. Guest access Guest will receive a access code prior to arrival that will open the front door and the storage closet out back. The storage closet contains a grill, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Please make sure that all items are rinsed or sand prior to returning to the closet upon check out. Other things to note Instruction on how to use the elevator can be found in the information binder at the house. Please be mindful, it is a residential elevator and not a hotel commercial elevator. No playing in or with the elevator.

The space Renovated recently, you’ll enjoy this 3 bdrm, 2 bth home. There is an open living room with a smart TV & views of the canal. The well- stocked kitchen & large dining table allow for family dinners with ease. The huge canal front covered porch is the perfect place to unwind on our rocking chairs. Inside you'll find a King bedroom with 3 piece bath, a queen room & a bunk room that sleeps 4. INCLUDED: WIFI, high-speed Internet, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with clean, fresh linens and complete sets of towels will be available.
