Big neighboring cities: Allen, Plano, Frisco are 15 minutes away. The space Our amazing house has 5 rooms with 9 beds: 3 king, 3 queen, 3 single beds and a foldable crib. Has 3 full bathrooms(2 downstairs and 1 upstairs). There is enough space and beds for 4 families with kids, or for 3-6 business travelers that want private rooms with their own big bed. This house setup allows for up to 13 adults and 3kids (We want make sure everyone can comfortably sleep on a real bed, $29 per night extra guest fees after 8 guest —including visitors). Important: The two slide out trundle single beds (found under the Master bed and the office single bed) are for Children under 150 lbs, not for heavier adults. The house has its own entrance, garages, front yard, deck and a new 8 foot fence surrounding a big back yard too. There is a around half acre piece of land for the house guests to use. The RV next door which is not open for our house guests. (It has its own private fence and entrance too). Guest number This house allowed 13 adults and 3 more kids sleep in （Under 2 years old baby are free, allow 2 babies per stay after our permission ). We hope all our guest can keep this environment quiet and serene as a city escape area. Total guest count may not exceed the number specified on the booking. It took us about two years to rebuild and expand it to 2500+ sqft and I've been a part of each and every step along the way; from demo'ing old walls 🔨, laying new insulation (yes, picture me with protective gear from top to toe), to paining the walls. I designed it keeping in mind a comfortable and spacious living area for friends and family 👪 to bond with each other and create precious moments. The master bedroom and attached bathroom is a class of it's own. You will get to wake up to the beautiful sunrise 🌅 and walk into a spacious bathroom to get ready for making the best of your day. All bedrooms have comfortable beds 🛌, clean and fresh linen, curtains for privacy, and plenty of storage for clothes and bags in the closets. The kitchen is right next to the dining and living area where you can use all the modern equipment and cook creations in style. The neighborhood is known for its well-preserved Victorian-era homes. You will see a mix of historic homes 🏛️and newer developments 🏡 which are typically single-family homes, as well as town-homes and apartments around. There's more so come experience it yourself!
