Cozy chalet nestled in the heart of the beautiful Pocono Mountains! Our chalet is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with stunning views of the mountains and plenty of amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From our fully equipped kitchen to our cozy fireplace and comfortable bedrooms, we have everything you need to feel right at home. Come and relax, you can sit on the deck and see deer come by through the day. The space Our cozy chalet is located 15 mins from Jim Thorpe, 5 mins from multiple Ski resorts, rafting, hiking, atv trail, etc. The space is decorated to feel like a vacation retreat and complemented by personal items. Additionally, you will find hand-painted and handcrafted items created by my husband and me during our stay. There are three bedrooms in total. The master bedroom, situated upstairs, features a king-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom (crib available upon request). Adjacent to the master bedroom is a loft area that we've made to evoke the sensation of being outdoors. Downstairs, two bedrooms await. One offers a queen-size bed, while the other is equipped with a bunk bed - a full size below and a single on top (ideal for a child weighing less than 100 pounds). In the living room, you'll find a cozy sectional sofa and an electric wood pellet fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your culinary adventures. The dining area features a spacious table surrounded by large wooden chairs, ideal for family meals or gatherings. Additionally, we have two high-top chairs near the counter. Outdoor space has table and chairs. We have two camaras outside. One pointing to the front of the property and the other pointing to the deck/main entrance. If you are looking for a quiet and intimate getaway or adventure, this is it! Step into this unique log sided cabin with all the Pocono's aesthetic you could want. Relax & recharge in the open concept knotty pine kitchen and living room. The vaulted loft provides an open & airy feel. The bedrooms feature brand new beds and large closets. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room features a wood burning fire place, Roku TV, two couches, a DVD collection, Nintendo 64 and boardgames. The space The cabin is on an acre private corner lot with beautiful landscaping and so much room to enjoy the outdoors. Have dinner or drinks on the large porch or walk the trails through the wooded property. There is a gazebo with swings up behind the house and a large grass area of yard space for outdoor games like cornhole, horseshoes and whiffle ball (not provided). We have a basketball net on the driveway, but please BYOB *bring your own ball!* Please note that OUTDOOR FIRE PITS ARE NOT PERMITTED by the HOA. However, the indoor fireplace is available to use between September-May. Renters will be required to provide their own dry firewood and approved fire starters. A large mudroom at the entrance serves as the perfect spot for storing your snow clothes or summer essentials. There is a full sized washer and dryer as well as two full bathrooms, one stand up shower and one tub. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, nightstand and large closet. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. The speed limit is strictly enforced at 15 mph. Guests are required to read and follow the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct. Any fines imposed for violation of community rules will be assessed to the renter. Other things to note This property is smoke free and drug free. No parties allowed. You must be 25 years or older to rent. Air conditioning is available June through August. Grill is available May through September. *Please accurately book for the correct number of adults, children, and pets* The Driveway and Front door are monitored by an external security camera to monitor number of guests/guest vehicles at the property. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Large plush sectional sofa, 65” smart TV (guests use their own streaming service logins), WiFi (300Mbps), board games, gas fireplace, ceiling fan and simple thermostat-controlled electric heating. There is no A/C in the main living space, and guests can open the French doors (with a screen) for air circulation. The kitchen is well-equipped with coffee and tea, plus a large fridge-freezer and common kitchen appliances, including a toaster, microwave, slow cooker, Keurig, espresso machine, filter coffee, French press, and electric kettle. 3 bedrooms: • Master with king foam mattress, 55” smart TV, large closets, and full en-suite bathroom, bedside tables with lamps and alarm clock • Queen with foam mattress, closet, bedside tables with lamps, and alarm clock • Two Twin beds, closet, shared bedside table with lamp, and overhead lamps All bedrooms have A/C window units from mid-May to October (subject to weather). Other things to note From Memorial Day through Labor Day, guests can access the outdoor pool, beach, lake, tennis courts, and volleyball courts at Towamensing Trails. There’s also a lounge and snack bar at the Trails Lake & Tennis Club (TLTC), which offers meals and non-alcoholic drinks for guests and is open to all renters with guest passes. At various times, meals and snacks are available, along with music and dancing. During good weather, many functions are held outside on the deck, which many find most enjoyable. The lounge has both winter and summer hours. Summer hours are 3-10pm Mon-Thu, 2-12 Fri, 12-12 Sat and 12-10pm Sun. Kitchen hours end approx 8 or 9pm most nights. Up to 6 guests can be issued returnable badges for their stay once the amenities open on Memorial Day. A refundable $100 deposit will be required for these passes, should guests request them. A refund is contingent on ALL passes being returned. There is a $100 charge (to the property owner) from the HOA for any lost badges, so this is not an additional charge, just a way to ensure we have all badges returned. This refund is requested and refunded through Airbnb post-booking. Property care: All guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and for extraordinary cleaning caused during their stay. Please promptly report any accidental damage. Requests for reimbursement, when appropriate, will be documented and handled through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. Animals: We follow Airbnb’s Accessibility Policy for trained service animals. Service animals must remain under their handler’s control, be housebroken, and may not be left unattended in the home without prior written approval. There is a beautiful fireplace in this spacious cottage surrounded by trees and nature. •Living room with fireplace to cozy up, and Smart TV (netflix, hulu, etc) •Fully stocked kitchen •Master bedroom with King bed & en-suite full bathroom •2nd bedroom with Queen bed •3rd bedroom with 2 XL twin beds •2 full bathrooms •Washer & dryer in property •Outside deck to enjoy your morning coffee =) Please note some of the furniture may be older and worn. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. 1) No smoking of any kind please. No fireworks. No parties without prior approval. If detected, there will be a fine of $250. 2) The thermostats are marked with an arrow in the ON and OFF position. During cold weather, turn the heat up to to the “ON” position on arrival only in the rooms you will be using. In the rooms you will not be using, keep the thermostat as it is, with the door closed. 3) Heat (please read carefully): Turn thermostats down to the “OFF” arrow if you will be gone for more than an hour. Turn all thermostats down to the “OFF” arrow before you leave. When you go to bed, turn the living room thermostat down to the “OFF” arrow. 4) You will need to bring your own firewood & lighter to use fireplace. If you use the fireplace, be sure to open the flue prior to lighting the fire. There is a handle in the front top of the fireplace to open and close the flue. If you are unsure if it is open/closed, please put your hand up toward the chimney from the inside and you will hit the flue if it is closed. Do not light a fire on your last day, as the ashes need to dry out. Close the flue before you leave. 5) Trash bags must be disposed of in dumpster by Administration Office during or after your stay. Please do not leave trash outside as this can attract unwanted critters. =( 6)Leave the key that you took out of the lockbox in the lockbox at the end of your stay. 7) If you open the back door, gently pull the screen open and closed to keep animals and insects from entering the house. 8) Put all food away in the refrigerator and cupboards when you are not eating, and please tie the trash bags closed before you leave. DO NOT put them outside. This can attract bears! 9) Help yourself to breakfast items. Make sure the coffee basket in the coffee maker is firmly in place or it will leak. We provide basic items which may include coffee, pancake mix & syrup, oatmeal, cereal and English muffins. 10) You have access to the house, but please do not attempt to use the other amenities in Towamensing Trails (including the trash dump, the pool, the clubhouse, etc.). 11) Before leaving, kindly strip the used sheets off of the bed. If beds have not been used, please leave the sheets on. 12) Supplies can be purchased at the Dollar Store on Route 903 near Old Stage Road, or at the Hazle Meat Market (which usually has firewood) a bit further down on Route 903 just past the 534. 13) Noise: Please keep music and other noise at a level that neighbors cannot hear it. 14) When you check out, please make sure that all indoor and outdoor lights are off. 15) Linens are not provided. Shampoo and soap can be found in the showers or under the sink. 16) If anyone under 21 is in the group, someone 25+ must book the reservation and must be on premise at all times. 17) Due to the township ordinance, we can only have a maximum of 10 people on property at any time. If this rule is broken you will be fined. 18) Trash Policy: Guests may dispose of up to two bags of trash free of charge. For any additional bags, a fee of $10 per bag will be applied. Please ensure all trash is disposed of properly to avoid extra charges.

These amenities are available 7 days a week. There is a snack stand on the deck of the clubhouse. Hours are 12pm -6pm Sunday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday hours are 12pm – 5pm. There is a volleyball court and playground near the beach. Paddleboard and kayak rentals are available at the beach. Guests may not bring their own. Guests are welcome to enjoy a meal at our clubhouse (Trails Lake & Tennis Club - clubhouse hours posted on website) in the same campus as the beach, pool, etc. Alcohol is only available to TLTC members. Fishing is available with a valid PA Fishing License. Our lake is stocked and we follow a catch & release strategy. Tennis, pickleball, and basketball is available at the marina. Guests over the age of 6 years old are required to wear wristbands at all amenities. Eight wristbands are provided in your rental packet with your car pass. The space Our newly renovated Chalet has a circular driveway that can fit up to 5 cars and is well-suited for couples, a few friends, or a family to relax. As parents, we understand traveling with a baby/kids can feel a little daunting, so we have made our home baby and kid-friendly. We offer a high chair, a pack-and-play for the little ones, and a variety of toys, board games, children's books, and puzzles for ages 3 & up. This home has an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, electric baseboard heaters in every room, ceiling fans, High-Speed Internet/Wi-Fi, and a 50-inch smart tv. On the main floor, it has 2-bedrooms with queen-size mattresses, a tub bathroom, an open floor plan living room, a dining room with an AC unit, and a fully stocked kitchen. Upstairs you have a private master bedroom with a king-size mattress, a master bath with shower, an AC unit, and a loft area. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space Welcome to our home away from home! 3 bedrooms + loft, 2 full bathrooms. We are 1 mile away from the community lake with a playground, pool, beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, and paddle board rentals! Lake is open for fishing with a PA fishing license. Our cabin can sleep comfortably up to 8 guests. Home has Air Conditioning!! We have a fireplace, game room, hot tub, patio chairs, grill, and more! An open floor plan between the living room, dining room, and kitchen allows you to spend time with your loved ones. The dining table has seating for 8. We have a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Our kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils. Each room has its own individual thermostat with baseboard heating. We also have A/C units in each bedroom and one for the common living room. This is amazing in the summertime! There are three bedrooms. Two upstairs and one downstairs. Each room has a full-size bed. There is also a sofa couch on the loft that folds out. There are two full bathrooms. Upstairs has a bathtub/shower and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. Please bring your own shower gels and soaps. (Please be advised that the bathtub does not hold water, you cannot take a bath. This issue is being taken care of) The game room is heated. There is a ping pong table, large TV, and lots of fun board games. Other things to note There are 3 exterior ring cameras outside. One is located at the top left in front of the house. One is located at the top front of the shed. One is located on a tree towards the back of the yard near the shed. These cameras are all visible and are not hidden. We use them for security purposes. There are NO cameras inside of the house. The minimum age to rent is 25 and the maximum number of occupants is 8. Booking guest must stay at the house. Our house cannot be used as a party house. If at any time security gets called for loudness or disturbance, you will be subject to a $1,000 fine and your trip may be canceled. Absolutely NO Fireworks No Trash may be left outside at any time of your stay. Trash must be dropped off at the trash/recycle center before you leave. (Will provide address and hours). If any trash is left behind or is not dumped appropriately it will result in part or all of your security deposit to be forfeited. No fires are allowed. There has been a Fire Pit ban effective as of August 2022. Fire Pit is unavailable for all guests. No Pets allowed. Quiet hours are 9PM-9AM. Speed limit is strictly enforced. As per community guidelines, guests are required to read and sign the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct before gaining access. Any fines incurred for violating community rules will be renters' responsibility. There are 8 lanyard tags provided at the house. They must be worn to use the association amenities (pool, beach/lake, courts) No extra passes can be purchased. **** NOTE: If a pass is lost during your stay there will be a $75 replacement fee per tag that is lost*** The driveway can accommodate 6 cars (no street parking). There is a smart lock to enter the property. The host will send a code at check-in. Guests should provide their own paper products, trash bags, dish soap, and household essentials. One towel per guest is provided during your entire stay A guest registration form will have to be filled out. This will include the full name and age of each guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Please be advised that effective July 1, 2025, security will be issuing citations to anyone who does not have their vehicle pass displayed while parked at any of the amenities. **An additional charge will be sent out after booking. $25 Registration Fee plus $5.00 per Vehicle Staying at the lot. It is best not to leave unattended food or snacks anywhere outside especially during grilling. Bears and raccoons do occasionally come to the Cabin, and we are diligent at keeping all animals wild. NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. Welcome to your dream mountain getaway at our majestic cabin lake home nestled in the scenic Towamensing Trails community in Albrightsville, PA! This home is conveniently located near Lake Harmony, Hickory Run State Park and downtown Jim Thorpe. It is about 15 minutes to skiing or mountain events at Jack Frost Big Boulder Resorts and about 30 minutes from Blue Mountain, Camelback Resorts. The space You can relax with three full bedrooms, a loft and living area with four separate decks in this tranquil mountain home. Enjoy the cabin mountain home that is a unique and romantic getaway for couples and families. Guest access Guests have full access to the main mountain home areas, but not the basement or garage. Other things to note All guests need to provide a valid US government issued ID and renters need to be over 25 years old. We also need a valid email address and guests will need to sign an HOA disclosure knowing community rules and guidelines. We issue a rental packet with a trash pass and access to a community full of amenities. So we need at least 72 hours from when the forms are signed to prepare the property.
