Or maybe you're out on the deck, a crisp morning bundled and sipping cocoa on a rocking chair, or nights soaking sore bones and soaking up the sounds of the stream & kids below roasting smores by the fire. Now make that dream a reality! The space Remote and authentic 1942 log cabin has 2 small bedrooms, one bath and a loft up some rather steep stairs. The loft has 4 twin beds (stacked as 2 in photos) and a full futon. The spacious deck includes a hot tub, bbq and outdoor dining and sitting. Below the deck, there's a firepit, hammocks, and wading pool inside the stream. Fishing is fly fishing only by valid permit, catch & release only. Guest access The cabin is located 1/4 mile off a paved road. The bridge upon the entrance is sturdy but may be slippery in bad weather. Access to the cabin requires caution in good weather, and all wheel drive during bad weather. There is ample parking in front of the cabin. The entrance is to the far side patio door and the access is via key code.

All of the filers are replaced regularly on a set schedule. All systems are inspected at least annually or as needed by a water treatment specialist to ensure that they are working properly. - NOTE: There will be some bottled water provided to begin your stay if you prefer - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 devices with exterior security cameras; 1 camera is located at the front door facing the front entry, 1 camera is on the back door, and 1 camera is located on the deck - all facing out. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. Guest access This is a gated community. Community rules require that guests sign "short-term leases" with the community for the duration of their stay. All guest must be over 25 to stay in the Chalet, except for children who stay with their parents. No unregistered guests or day visitors allowed. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Guests can access the entire house, except for two closets that are locked for the owner's use. Other things to note Saw Creek HOA requires each guest to fill out guest registration form. There will be $25 extra charge for any booking that is made less than 4 days prior to arrival. It’s a community late fee. It will be charged separately. A true forest setting The cabin is tucked into a lively woodland—you may see deer, turkeys, songbirds, and an occasional black bear at a distance. You might also notice seasonal insects or small critters outdoors. We hire professional pest control regularly to keep the interior comfortable. Pet friendly (but not fenced) We love dogs and welcome them, but the yard is not fenced. There’s plenty of space to explore on leash. Allergy note Our cleaners do a thorough job between stays, but because we’re pet‑friendly, guests with pet allergies should keep that in mind before booking. The house was recently professionally designed and fully renovated with brand-new appliances and furniture. It has three spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a game room, a family room, and a living room. This home can comfortably sleep up to twelve people but can accommodate many more. The driveway fits up to three cars. Hot tub: Soak in the hot tub and feel the muscles relax. Guest access It is a self-check-in using a smart lock. You will receive a code for the lock after you book. You have full access to the house except for a utility room. The shed has extra supplies and a code lock, provided for guests if needed. Other things to note You must be 21 years or older to book.
