The space Walk into our clean and bright family room, dining area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and room for a pack and play. The next bedroom has a Full bed. This floor has a full bathroom with a tub. Downstairs you will find a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a bedroom with full over full bunk beds with a trundle, plus a daybed that also has a trundle. There is also the laundry area and the second full bathroom. Here you will also discover our amazing bonus room, complete with 65" TV, air hockey table, and 2 arcade consoles. The couch in this room is also a sleeper sofa. The garage is off this room and features a full-size refrigerator. Use the back door to step out into our fenced in corner lot. The patio has a dining area and new gas grill. For added outdoor fun, use our wood burning fire pit. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. The space We would like to welcome you to “Harmony House “in North Cape May, NJ! Read on below to get a configuration of our space. ROOMS: This is a split-level house with three bedrooms in the upper half and one large bedroom in the lower half. The three bedrooms upstairs all have queen size beds and closets. One room comes equipped with a changing table and a pack and play inside the closet. You are responsible for assembling the pack and play. The fourth bedroom has two single beds in the lower half of the house. You can read more in the description below. BASEMENT/GAME ROOM: The fourth and largest room in the lower half of the house has its own lock. So, it is a private room with an en suite bathroom. It also includes the game room with foosball table, other board games and TV. It is a smart TV so you can access Netflix, Amazon, etc through your own log in information. The foosball table is versatile 10-in-1 table: Interchangeable tabletop lets you play slide hockey, foosball, billiards, shuffleboard, table tennis, chess, cards, checkers, bowling, and backgammon (Billiards and table tennis are not regulation size). The accessories for the some of the games can be found in the basket on the windowsill next to the table. There are two additional sleeping quarters next to the fireplace in the basement. This room does not have a closet. However we have provided shelf with hangers for your convenience. STUDY: The basement also includes a study table and chair should there be a need to work remotely. BATHROOMS: There are two full baths; one on the upper level and another in the lower level/basement. The upper bath has a tub and built-in shower. The lower bath has a stand-up shower and laundry room included. Both bathrooms have toilets. You will also find extra towels (white) and beach towels (blue) on the shelves above the laundry countertop in the lower level bathroom. LIVING ROOM: Has a couch and two chairs. We also have an ottoman by the side and two poufs for additional seating. There is also reading material and a tv in the living room. It is a smart TV so you can access Netflix, Amazon, etc through your own log in information. KITCHEN: Our kitchen comes fully stocked with plates, cups, mugs, coffee-maker and a French press. Please enjoy some complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate. You will also find cookware and cooking utensils. We have provided child friendly cups and plates as well inside the cabinets. The island comes with two bar stools and there is a breakfast nook right off the kitchen for you to enjoy some morning meals. DINING ROOM: We have a six-person dining table; four chairs and a bench. For those coming with infants and toddlers, you will find a baby feeding chair with a tray by the corner. For additional seating you may use the breakfast nook adjacent to the dining room. The dining room leads out to the patio. PATIO: We hope you get the chance to enjoy our patio which leads out to the backyard. There is outdoor seating provided next to the grill. Please refer to the House Manual on instructions to use the grill. FIRE PIT: Our newly installed fire pit comes with four Adirondack chairs. Additional chairs can be found inside the gazebo. GAZEBO: Our summer hut includes four beach chairs and an umbrella. Please ensure that they are placed back in the gazebo prior to your departure. There is a $250 fee per item for any missing items. SIDE ENTRANCE: There is a side entrance to the left of the house which leads straight into the backyard which you will have access to as well. Our beach home is just two houses or 155 steps from the Delaware Bay with beautiful sunset views from the third floor balcony, off the master suite. We are only two houses from the beach (no beach tags required). We are centrally located to Wildwood & downtown Cape May and also have many local restaurants within a short drive or bike ride! Pool is heated to 82, and will remain open through 10/31/2026. Hot tub on 2nd floor deck is open all year and heated to 104. The space Our home is very private with a lot of trees/nature. It's an open concept "upside down home". When you walk in, you will walk into the first level with three bedrooms & full bathroom, up the stairs on the second floor you will find the main living space, including kitchen, living room and dining room. Also, a full length deck, screened in porch. The master bedroom is very private and the only room on the third floor with water views from deck to enjoy coffee every morning or a nice cocktail during sunsets. The master bath has stall shower equipped with a steamer. We provide all bed linens, but do not supply any beach towels or bath towels. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler for beach use and a grill on deck. Pool will remain open through 10/31/2026, hot tub on second floor deck will be open year round and heated to 104! This is our actual home so there may be some quirks, but if that sounds like your speed, welcome! The space 4 bedroom, 2 bath. We have one master bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and private attached bathroom (standing shower only). Upstairs features three bedrooms: queen bed, full bed and bunkbed set (with trundle) and one bathroom with a full tub and shower. Spacious living room for socializing + another living space in the basement with a full-size TV. Full kitchen perfect for cooking family dinners, an outdoor gas grill, and a private back deck with outdoor couch. Hoses at the front and rear for washing sandy feet and gear. Two free parking spots and plenty of street parking. Come stay with us for an easy, simple and calming beach experience! We love little ones and have a high chair, Bumbo seat, a baby bath seat, full-size wooden crib in the downstairs main bedroom, a Pack 'N Play and a wheeled bassinet available for use. The "kids'" room has bunk beds and a pull-out trundle, and the basement is stocked with toys. PLEASE NOTE: This home is a split level with a small set of stairs from the main floor to the upstairs bedrooms, and another small set of stairs to the basement. Most of our guests love the 2 floors and outside area with additional seating. The 2 story deck is right off the kitchen and you will love having coffee outside overlooking the beautiful open yard and space. We live in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. The singing birds are a joy! You have a 3 bedroom/ 2 full bathrooms upstairs, and additional sleeping area downstairs in the Great Room, with 1/2 bathroom & laundry room. Private access to the beach is down a short set of steps from the house. The fully enclosed heated Viking in-ground pool with retractable roof has a water slide and allows use of pool year round. From kitchen to beach toys, the house is well equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible! The space The house sleeps 10 people comfortably. This three story home includes four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Upon entry, the ground level consists of one bedroom with queen bed with attached full bathroom. Please note while there is a window it is a lower level bedroom so no views. You may hear the hum of the pool pump. There is also a two-car garage with access to the beach equipment, beach toys, and ping-pong table. A propane BBQ grill is also available outside the garage. The second floor is the main living space. Upon coming up the stairs, a large living room with bright open windows awaits. Perfect for game night or enjoying a movie on the big screen Smart TV. A powder room and games closet is also on this floor. The well-equipped kitchen will satisfy all cooking needs. Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining with two sets of sliding doors from the kitchen and bar area. The bright kitchen exudes Euro vibes with heated clé tile floors, vintage Le Creuset and Emile Henry cookware, and Miele, Rohl, and Bosch fixtures. We love welcoming families since we are a young family ourselves (and Cape May is truly a blast for folks for all ages). Montessori-compatible toys, books, games, puzzles, and practical life materials are available. The house is also literally steps from two different playgrounds. For easy beach trips in summer, guests have access to a private, secure beachbox directly on the beach, filled with beach equipment for your use (chairs, toys). Guests may also leave their own items in this box during their stay. The box obviates the need to carry gear to and fro when visiting the beach. The home has a driveway with four parking spaces (double stacked). The home is equipped with blankets, pillows, and quilts but linens (sheets, towels) are not provided. Guest access Guests will have full access to almost the entirety of the space. The basement is locked for safety reasons, and a few closets where we keep personal and housekeeping items are not accessible. Other things to note More detail on the bedrooms, beds, and baths is as follows: BR 1: queen bed, twin bed, very small toddler bed (an adult will not fit in this bed and for this reason it is not included in the guest/bed "count" in the listing) BR 2: queen bed, full/queen sleeper BR 3: twin bed, twin trundle (this is a very small room best suited for one adult or two kids) BR 4 (in the attic): queen, full, twin trundle. This bedroom only has unit AC and ceiling fans, so does not get as "freezing" cold as the rest of the house if the weather is super super hot. BR2 has a full ensuite bath (shower, no tub). There is a full bath (shower, no tub) on the first floor (adjacent to the reading room). There is a full bath in the second floor hall (shower and claw foot tub). Though we love hosting families, some notes for those with younger ones (depending on their ages and dispositions): The backyard is partially (the area where the driveway meets the backyard) unfenced. There is a small artificial pond (it is ringed by plants/low bushes so it would take some effort to walk into it but it is not impossible). I can send a diagram of these areas if it is helpful. The third floor bedroom has an open stairwell (there is a louvered door, which closes, on the second floor - steps from this door lead up directly into the third floor bedroom).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay located 700 feet from the bay! The house features large patio area with a BBQ and fire pit along with an in ground heated pool. The pool area has a 75 in TV so you can enjoy evening movie night in or around the pool. The house is large enough to accommodate two families comfortably. Guests can enjoy the Delaware bay beach or relax pool side. The house is centrally located less than 15 min away from both Wildwood and Cape May. The space Carmela’s Studio is a spacious, single-level home in Lower Township designed for a comfortable stay together. Across four bedrooms, you’ll find six beds in a mix of styles — queens, full-size doubles, and a twin set atop one of the doubles — plus a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space when needed. Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer for everyday convenience. The living area is an easy place to gather, kept comfortable with air conditioning and ceiling fans, and equipped with a TV and WiFi for quiet evenings in. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, with a dining table close by for shared meals. Outside, the patio offers comfortable seating, a hammock, and sun loungers — a simple spot to relax between activities. A bicycle is also available for guests who want to explore on two wheels. A washer and dryer, along with extra pillows, blankets, and linens, make it easy to settle in for a longer stay. The home is pet-friendly, so your furry companions are welcome to join the trip. All TVs in the house are YouTube TV (Bring your own login info for Netflix, Disney+ etc.) The kitchen is fully stocked with a kitchen island that can seat up to 8 people (6 more comfortably). Plenty of outside dining space under covered patio. Bedrooms 3, 4 and bathroom 2 are on the first floor. Bedroom 1, 2 and bathroom 1 are on the second floor. Child step stool in each bathroom. See list of amenities for all child friendly amenities. Blackout shades/curtains in every bedroom. Linens Provided: All bedding, bath towels and Turkish beach towels. Bath products provided: Hand Soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. King bed and queen beds have 2 memory foam and 2 down pillows each. Full beds have 2 down pillows. Twin beds have 1 down pillow. We provide initial complimentary ground coffee, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper for your convenience. However, we kindly ask you bring a personal supply of these items if you intend to fully utilize these amenities during your stay. Firewood not provided but available locally. Guests will receive digital guidebook to the property and area after booking. Booking person must be 25 years of age or older.
