Parties, smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on property, including the yard. Guest access You have complete access to the entire home. The space The home is located in a cul-de-sac with a driveway that can fit 4 cars. The primary bedroom has a King Size Casper bed with Linen sheets & duvet. The other two beds are both queens. Both bedrooms upstairs have smart TVs. 65" TV on the main floor but not in the primary bedroom. A hammock in the bedroom is not for looks, it's the real deal for relaxing and reading a book(Be sure to pull the leg extension part out) . Coffee and Tea Bar. Back deck area for entertaining. The garage is converted into a small home gym. Treadmill and plenty of weights. Laundry in garage. The living room couch is so big that many people use it for a bed but it is not a pull-out. The yard is not fenced in. Guest access The entire home except the basement bedroom and attic are accessible during your stay. We use the downstairs bedroom for Airbnb storage supplies. We do not rent out any other portion of this home during your stay. Other things to note The street has restricted parking during some hours M-F. Other things to note Parking is available on the property for up to 3 cars, which consists of a single car garage and two additional parking spaces in a single-wide driveway. Be aware that a "first-in/last-out" strategy may need to be utilized. Parking is also permitted on the street.
