This cozy cabin has 2 bedrooms in the main cabin, with an additional bunk house (bunkhouse does not have electricity) with beds for more space. It has a spacious yard and deck with a grill and fire place. It also has an amazing spot to relax by the lake. The cabin is located inside a quiet bay, so you can enjoying swimming with the family or fishing! The space The space is fully furnished, however you may want to bring extra blankets and towels with you. You will also want to bring your own groceries. There is a Walmart in the town of Bottineau, if you need to stop for food before heading up to the lake. The space is small, but has a great outdoor space perfect for the lake! You do have to walk through both bedrooms to get to the bathroom. The third bedroom is a separate building that we call the bunk house with a bunk bed and a couch! The bunks will not be made. However, there will be sheets provided in the bathroom of the main cabin if wanted. Guest access You have access to the whole cabin and lot by the water. One dock is provided for you if you would like to bring your watercraft. We ask for you to be respectful to our neighbors and please stay on our property. If you have any questions about property lines please reach out. Other things to note -My family just lives a block away if you have questions or you need anything. -There is no smoking in the house or the bunk house. We ask that if you do smoke to please smoke outside and make sure to pick up the buds and dispose of them properly. -There is not laundry services at the cabin if you need to do laundry, there is a laundry mat in Bottineau. -Maximum overnight guests is 6, no tenting is allowed on the property. -If you have additional guests during the day please keep it under 10 guests. -There is no electricity in the bunk house at this time.
