This beautiful 4 bedroom oceanfront home is located in the heart of South Ponte Vedra Beach. Inside and out, you will find bright, open spaces that are great for gathering your friends and family. It is located right on A1A, is across from a secluded marsh (no homes across the street), and is less than 15 minutes from historic Downtown St. Augustine and world famous Sawgrass golf course and country club! Upon entering the house, take the split staircase up to the main level of the home (2nd floor). Here you will find a welcoming living room complete with two sofas, large wall mounted TV, and views of the Atlantic horizon. One of the best spots in the house is the dining area, as it sits in the northeast corner of the house and has six picture windows offering views all the way up the beach and out into the ocean. The dining table comfortably seats 8. There is bar seating for three more at the breakfast counter. The kitchen is very roomy and features all stainless appliances, including an oven, microwave, toaster oven, and an in-island flat-top stove. The kitchen is fully stocked so the chef in your group can make all of your favorite meals. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. Being on the ocean side of the house, you will wake up to the sunrise and the sound of the ocean every morning! This bedroom features a welcoming king bed, dresser, ceiling fan, and a large TV. There is a large en-suite bathroom that has his-and-hers sinks, a huge garden tub, and a separate shower. There are plenty of drawers and cabinets for you to store any personal items. The 2nd floor balcony is spacious, spanning the width of the house. It has several Adirondack chairs and parts of the balcony are shaded during the afternoons. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. There is also a powder room/half bath off of the living room. Downstairs, on the first floor, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Both bedrooms have dressers, ceiling fans, and TVs. The king bedroom is on the front side of the house and the queen bedroom is on the ocean side. These bedrooms share an adjoining Jack-and-Jill bathroom which has a toilet, sink, and shower. Just across the hall from the queen bedroom is another full bathroom. This bathroom also has a sink, toilet, and shower. This bathroom is great for rinsing off when coming in from the beach. It is also the bathroom that would most likely be used for showering for guests from the 4th bedroom on the 3rd floor, as there is only a half bath up there. Also on the first floor is a laundry room and a secondary refrigerator/freezer. The 2nd floor has a tight spiral staircase that leads up to the bedroom on the 3rd floor. This bedroom is usually used by kids or teens. It has a queen bed and two twin beds. There is a half bath with a sink and toilet. There is NOT a shower on this floor. The most likely bathroom for guests staying the 4th bedroom is to use the full bathroom on the 1st floor. The 4th bedroom has two small balconies; one looking west over the Guana Preserve (perfect for sunset views), and the other looking east over the Atlantic. Please note that the exercise bike and gym equipment is not available for guest use. The ground level patio area is expansive and a great place for everyone to gather. It boasts two primary suites. Per When you enter the home, you will immediately be met with the views of the ocean just behind the house. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all open to each other, providing a great space for friends and family to gather together. The spacious kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, a large farmhouse sink, and beautiful views of the beach. The eat-in kitchen has dinner seating for 6. The living room area has a sofa and love seat with seating for 5. Also on the ground level is the primary bedroom with a comfy king bed, TV, daybed, and views of the ocean and beach. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, each with ocean views and access to the 2nd floor oceanfront balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a small desk. It also has its own bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, TV and a small desk. The 4th bedroom is perfect for kids, with three sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, bean bag chairs, and a TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full bathroom which has a shower/tub combination. There is also a half bath in the garage, which comes in handy if you are coming in from the beach. The outside of the house is just as inviting! On the lower level deck, you’ll find plenty of seating facing the ocean. In the afternoon, as the sun finds its way to the west side of the house, the back deck becomes shaded. On the north east corner of the deck are two large picnic tables, offering a great place for outdoor seating and dining. Did we mention that “Shore Beats Work” is pet friendly? On the north side of the house is a fully fenced area that is perfect for letting your pooch do her business (please clean up after them). The entire deck areas can be closed with gates creating somewhat of a safe haven for children or pets. We haven’t found many houses closer to the beach than this one. From the back deck you are literally just a few steps to the sand. We provide beach chairs and beach towels for you to use during your stay. Other things to note Safety: There is a pool alarm on the sliding door from the inside of the property that leads to the pool. There are more details about how to properly monitor and use the pool alarm after you're booking. The hallways are lit with photosensor nightlights, so you can see your way at night when moving throughout the house. Attached at each photosensor light is an emergency, battery pack powered light, that can be detached and automatically turns into a flashlight. There are multiple escape routes throughout the house that are listed at the bottom of this handout. There is a motion sensor light over the main driveway. Below the sink is the fire extinguisher, as well as the first aid kit. With wall mounted fire extinguishers in the garage and upstairs level. The solo firepit is smokeless and wood burning. In case a fire needs to be put out abruptly, there is a hose connected to the side of the house by the shower and can be used to douse a fire if needed. You will be given a code that only is available to you, it will be given to you 24 hours prior to your departure and is deleted and invalid within hours of checkout. The Villa at Vilano is a fantastic place for families and children of all ages. While it is family-friendly, it is not child-proof. Furniture is not bolted into the walls, and drawers and cabinets are not equipped with child safety fasteners or locks. The pool alarm is permanent, mandated by the state of Florida, and unable to be removed. Ultimately, you accept responsibility for the safety of all guests including children <18 years old. We do provide a child gate, as well as a pack and play. There are 3 cameras facing public facing areas only. One is a doorbell camera, another overlooking the driveway, and one overlooking the pool equipment. This is primarily for your safety.

This home's front entrance is flat and main living area is on the ground floor w/ 2 bedrooms and full bathroom on ground floor. Perfect for handicapped guests or anyone with difficulty to get upstairs. This home boasts great ocean views located on a pristine stretch of Florida coastline between Ponte Vedra Beach and St Augustine. The ground floor is the main living area with a very open floor plan, featuring a huge Family Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, and even a breakfast bar; all with plenty of windows to enjoy the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Also, on the ground floor there is an oceanfront bedroom (Bedroom 3) with a queen-sized bed and its own sliding glass doors that leads straight out to the deck. As soon as you wake up you’ll see the beautiful sunrise and the great Atlantic Ocean. Lucky few will spot dolphins jumping out of the water and pelicans diving to catch their fish of the day. Lastly, bedroom 4 is often called the “Kids Room”, which includes two twin sized beds. They will enjoy looking for shark’s teeth and seashells, building sandcastles, boogie boarding, surfing, or even surf fishing. Check out the new kitchen, with its completely overhauled beautiful new countertops, cabinets, and most importantly, appliances!   The deck includes areas perfect for sunbathing, a small-shaded space, putting green, firepit and of course, a grill! From the deck, it’s only a few steps down to the beach, and the waves and sand that await you. Upstairs there are TWO master bedrooms, each with their own full private bathrooms, king sized beds, and a shared access beach front balcony! Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. When you get to the top of the stairs to your left is a full bathroom right off the 1st Bedroom. This bedroom has a King size bed and a shared balcony to enjoy the view and ocean breezes. The 2nd bedroom to the right of the stairs is the Master Suite with a king size bed, full en-suite bathroom and it also has a shared balcony with the Bedroom 1. The entire first floor is handicap 'Friendly' Please note that is not fully ADA Compliant.
