Parking: There is absolutely no street parking. We can fit up to 8 cars max. Well Water: We do have a well water system, so please be mindful of your water usage. AC: The minimum temperature is set to 68F. Please do not go lower than that as it can cause issues to the AC/Circuit Breaker. Guest access Essentials: Linens, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, bath towels, dishwasher pods or detergent, laundry pods or detergent, and trash bags are provided. Private Access: You have full access to the entire private road, both cabins, and outdoor space (this does not include the event space outside unless you booked it). The Cloud 9 Lodge is a custom built lodge with 6 luxurious master bedrooms. Each one spacious in size with a sitting area, tvs, king sz bds, large full bthrms & private access to the great outdoors with mountain views from every room! The loft offers 2 king sz beds & 1 full size along with its own large full bthm & personal private deck. Theater room, pool table, outside livings wood burning fireplace, covered swin/pool, The lodge can easily accommodate large groups to meet all your needs. The space The top floor The top floor consists of an open loft overlooking the double living areas below and has panoramic views from the front and back. The loft has 2 king size beds and one full size bed with a private full bathroom along with an outside deck. There is one master bedroom (Mt. LeConte) with king size bed, tv, full bathroom, large sitting area and a private deck with an absolute stunning view of Mount Leconte. The loft has an observatory seating area, with views of Ober Gatlinburg, Ski slopes in the winter, tram passing by, Clingmans Dome and the Great Smoky Mountains.   The main level The main level of Cloud 9 is the heart of the home, upon entering you will feel the warmth and the impact this stunning lodge has to offer. The main living area is a large open concept consisting of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen layout is designed especially for large groups. It is very well thought out with great detail and planning. It has three ovens, one is electric with a top and bottom oven the other is a gas unit with an oven. Both units are directly across from each allowing easy access for others cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen has a double refrigerator with a water dispenser and ice maker. There is an island located in the middle for prepping and preparing. There are numerous skillets, mixing bowls, pots and pans to accommodate all your cooking needs. The sideboard (located in the dining room) stores crock pots, a kitchen aid mixer and other large kitchen items. The large dining room table sits a party of twelve along with two arm captain chairs at each end. The kitchen has a high top between dividing the cooking area from the dining area which allows four more to be seated directly beside the dining table. The kitchen has its own covered deck with double sliding doors and another outside dining with seating for eight. There is a large gas grill. There are two living areas with double couches facing each other and two recliners with a fireplace and TV directly above it. The second one, is a sitting area directly across from the other, it offers views of Mount Leconte, Ober Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, and Clingmans Dome. There are two master bedrooms located on the main floor. Elkmont master bedroom offers a king size bed, tv, sitting area and sliding doors leading to the deck. The Great Smoky master oversized room with king size bed, tv, sitting area, sliding doors leading to deck. It has a large custom walk-in shower with two shower heads and one handheld. There is seating within the bathroom for getting ready. This bedroom allows the view of the ski slopes, tram passing by, while lying in bed! The double sliding doors of both bedrooms offer stunning views of the mountains including Mount LeConte. The lower level The lower level is the entertainment hub. It has one sitting area with a fireplace and double sliding doors to the front of the Lodge. It has the same views that are seen from the main level living room. There are two electronic barrel gaming systems and corn hole boards. One with the above screen consists of 3,000 games. There is a large pool table and small bar with a full size double refrigerator. The Theater has reclining theater chairs with separate settings designed for each person to enjoy. There are double sliding doors for the back covered patio leading to the swim spa. There are three master bedrooms. The Elkmont master and the Ober master are located at the back end away from the entertainment area. Both have king-size beds, tv, full bathrooms, sitting area and double sliding doors with the same views from the main level bedrooms and the top master bedroom. Cades Cove master has a king size bed, tv, sitting area, double sliding doors at the front of the lodge and shares the same views as the main living offers.  Swim spa pool The Cloud 9 Lodge has recently added its own private swim spa pool and it is covered so it may be enjoyed regardless of weather conditions. Guest access Access to clubhouses The lodge is located beside Chalet Village North Clubhouse, along with two other clubhouses that can also be utilized. The North Clubhouse consists of three swimming pools, two tennis courts, basketball and pickleball and offers a kitchen fully equipped with an upstairs banquet area wrapped with full mountain views from all the glass windows.  The South Clubhouse offers a workout facility, an indoor kids game room and an extra large pool with a diving board and slide. Inclement Weather: While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn't require 4WD, it's advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather. HOUSE RULES & POLICIES Booking Confirmation Procedure: The person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.” • Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit a government-issued ID to confirm age (please obscure your ID number). • Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement. • Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed). • No parties/fraternity groups allowed. • Payment must be completed at the time of booking. Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. This home is equipped with a noise detector that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, and temperature) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property. Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you! Hot Tub Maintenance: We take hot tub hygiene seriously. After each guest's stay, our hot tubs undergo a thorough cleaning process, including draining, scrubbing, and a meticulous bromine wash. This ensures a clean and safe hot tub experience for every guest. Please keep in mind that after this thorough cleaning, the hot tub may initially be at a lower temperature upon your arrival, as it is refilled with cool water. Power Outages: Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours. Additional Guest Violation: As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property. Unauthorized Pet Infraction: Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. However, there are some steeper parts that are "scary" for some people. 16. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 17. Was this area affected by the 2016 wildfires? – Yes. You may see evidence of trees and properties that were affected by the fires and possibly hear construction noise from other cabins being built. The photos we have displayed are current and the views are absolutely spectacular! 18. We accept bookings on various platforms and our "Heaven's Cabins" website. 19. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide the highest package that our cable provider has. This includes premium movie channels and sports channels, including HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, TMC, Starz, Starz Encore, NFL Redzone, and all the sports Networks. 20. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited cable internet with Wi-Fi. 21. Do you ever reduce the stated prices – On occasion, if upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see here. 22. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, and travel/hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. 3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a griddle, blender, toaster, waffle iron, slow cooker, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot. 4. Do you provide any baby items? – Yes! We provide a highchair, pack n’ play, and baby gates where stairs apply. 5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! And it is propane. We provide the gas. 6. When will I get the cabin access info? - Door code and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made. 12. Do you provide travel insurance? - If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend purchasing travel insurance and can be purchased through your booking platform. 14. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded. 15. How is the drive up to the cabin? – The roads are well maintained and paved. However, there are some steeper parts that are "scary" for some people. 16. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 17. Was this area affected by the 2016 wildfires? – Yes. You may see evidence of trees and properties that were affected by the fires and possibly hear construction noise from other cabins being built. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide the highest package that our cable provider has. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited cable internet with Wi-Fi. 21. When will I get the cabin access info? - Door code and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made. 12. Do you provide travel insurance? - If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend purchasing travel insurance and can be purchased through your booking platform. 14. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded. 15. How is the drive up to the cabin? – The roads are well maintained and paved. However, there are some steeper parts that are "scary" for some people. 16. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 17. Was this area affected by the 2016 wildfires? – Yes. You may see evidence of trees and properties that were affected by the fires and possibly hear construction noise from other cabins being built. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide the highest package that our cable provider has. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited cable internet with Wi-Fi. 21.
