The space During your stay you'll pull into the 4+ car driveway with a unique manatee mailbox great for funny photos. Upon entry, you'll be greeted with a spacious living room area equipped with a huge sectional couch, a Lazy Boy recliner, and a 65 inch smart TV. The living room also has a full-size bar with 6 bar stools perfect for social hour after a nice relaxing day at the beach. The first floor also contains a newly renovated open-concept kitchen and dining space. This space is fully equipped with everything one would need to prepare a delicious meal as well as a 4-seat island and 6-seat table . Wanting to take in the views? The living room is attached to an enclosed porch with glass and screen options on all faces and comfortable furniture for comfort and the best views of the Deleware Bay. Wanting more? The Second floor has a deck, accessible through one of the bedrooms, that provides a height advantage and picturesque panoramic view miles in each direction. Not to mention the beautiful outdoor tables and chairs that allow 4 people to enjoy the view while reading, eating, or just relaxing. The porch and deck are not the only spaces to enjoy the outdoors while on the property. The house also has a large backyard, salt water pool, outdoor shower and more outdoor furniture in the yard and on the pool deck. Take advantage of this space with the provided pool floats, lawn games and gas-powered grill. Maybe even have memorable a barbecue with family and friends? As for sleeping arrangements, each floor holds two bedrooms all equipt with smart TVs, dressers, closets and hall way access to a full bathroom. On the first floor, the first bedroom has two full-sized beds and the second has king-sized bed with a view of the water. On the second floor, the first bedroom has two queen-sized beds and the second bedroom has two king-sized beds with the previously mentioned attached porch. However both bedrooms have beautiful views of the water. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage and owner's closets specifically marked. Guest will be able to access the house with a keypad on the front door and a code provided before check-in. Other things to note We are located in a wide ranging community with young children and the elderly. We ask that you respect our neighbors as if they were you’re own. That being said we ask the members on the reservation follow the following rules regarding noise and activity. Partying and large gatherings outside of those on the reservation is prohibited. Any outdoor activity after 10 p.m. is to be kept at a minimum volume. Beach umbrella and Beach chairs (12) are provided for your use. Corn hole game is provided for your use.

Our beach home is just two houses or 155 steps from the Delaware Bay with beautiful sunset views from the third floor balcony, off the master suite. We are only two houses from the beach (no beach tags required). We are centrally located to Wildwood & downtown Cape May and also have many local restaurants within a short drive or bike ride! Pool is heated to 82, and will remain open through 10/31/2026. Hot tub on 2nd floor deck is open all year and heated to 104. The space Our home is very private with a lot of trees/nature. It's an open concept "upside down home". When you walk in, you will walk into the first level with three bedrooms & full bathroom, up the stairs on the second floor you will find the main living space, including kitchen, living room and dining room. Also, a full length deck, screened in porch. The master bedroom is very private and the only room on the third floor with water views from deck to enjoy coffee every morning or a nice cocktail during sunsets. The master bath has stall shower equipped with a steamer. We provide all bed linens, but do not supply any beach towels or bath towels. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler for beach use and a grill on deck. Pool will remain open through 10/31/2026, hot tub on second floor deck will be open year round and heated to 104! Private access to the beach is down a short set of steps from the house. The fully enclosed heated Viking in-ground pool with retractable roof has a water slide and allows use of pool year round. From kitchen to beach toys, the house is well equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible! The space The house sleeps 10 people comfortably. This three story home includes four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Upon entry, the ground level consists of one bedroom with queen bed with attached full bathroom. Please note while there is a window it is a lower level bedroom so no views. You may hear the hum of the pool pump. There is also a two-car garage with access to the beach equipment, beach toys, and ping-pong table. A propane BBQ grill is also available outside the garage. The second floor is the main living space. Upon coming up the stairs, a large living room with bright open windows awaits. Perfect for game night or enjoying a movie on the big screen Smart TV. "The Villas" is a small residential Delaware Bay community, 15-20 minutes from Cape May and Wildwood beaches. Although not usually used for swimming, the small bay beach in front of the house is wonderful for walking, fishing, and exploring. There are local places to eat, grab ice cream, rent bikes or paddle boards, etc. Or head into the beach towns of Cape May and Wildwood to swim with lifeguards and surf the real waves. 6 Cape May beach tags available for your use during the summer.. INSIDE. Inside, you can hang out and enjoy the view from two comfy sectionals, a dining table that seats 10, or the breakfast bar with four stools. Big sliding glass doors, screens, and windows everywhere allow you to be “out in nature” even when you’re inside. At high tide, it looks like you’re on the bow of a ship! At low tide, you can walk out on the bay halfway to Delaware (ok not quite that far, but it’s wonderful to feel like you’re standing in the middle of the ocean). May and June bring thousands of horseshoe crabs to lay eggs on the shoreline right in front of the house. The primary bedroom has a new king bed, 2 bedrooms have comfy/newer queen beds, and the fourth has a twin over full bunk. Every bedroom has a water view, but two are quite small, so please pack light! Bed linens and bath towels are included, but please BYO beach towels. Two full baths: one is a tub/shower combo and the other is a glass surround shower. The kitchen and great room were fully renovated in 2021, and the entire unit was newly decorated then too. Fast WiFi and Apple TV (no cable), with a bonus smaller tv in the bunkroom if you want to bring and plug in your gaming system. OUTDOORS. Some beach toys, umbrellas, and many beach chairs are available for use. Outdoor hose/shower, two large picnic tables, comfy seartng, lawn games, and large outdoor grill in side shared yard. LINENS: Bedding and bath towels are provided. This includes sheets, quilts/comforters, washcloths, and bath towels. EV: A Universal Tesla charger is available to guests in any of the units. Seamlessly transitions between NACS and J1772 connectors, accommodating all major North American EVs including Tesla Vehicles. Integrated J1772 adapter to conveniently charge any electric vehicle. Since this charger is open to all, it will require coordination between guests when more than one EV user is staying on the property, but there is no extra usage charge. Each evening, sit on the porch and enjoy our breathtaking sunsets. Get ready to fall in love with your home away from home! The space "Baydreamer" is a reverse floorplan with the kitchen, living room and dining room on the third floor. The open space allows for your family to spend time together cooking, eating, watching TV or playing board games. Eat-in kitchen with center island accommodates 5 people. Separate dining area has seating for 8. Appliances include stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and microwave. Our home includes five bedrooms which have a king bed, two queen beds, two twin over twin bunk beds, and two twin beds. Each bedroom features a flat screen smart TV with cable. Ceiling fans are included in the living room and in each bedroom with the exception of the two rooms with bunk beds. The spa-like master bathroom features a slipper tub with direct views of the water in addition to the custom tiled shower. The second and third bathroom includes a shower/tub combination (third floor) also has a full bath tub. The home includes a brand new washer and dryer. DIRECTV with HBO and high speed Internet/WiFi is included. Public beach access is just one block away with a walk of just a couple hundred feet. The location allows you to come and go from the beach and back to the house with ease, no packing up for an all day beach trip. We have a ping pong table and cornhole. It's the perfect place for teenagers to have their own area away from the adults. The beach is on the Delaware Bay. Tides will change throughout the day. High tides will bring water up to the sand. Low tides can be very low and extend the beach out 50 feet or more. At low tide, the sand can be muddy depending on various conditions. Lots of wildlife is around - horseshoe crabs, birds, fish, dolphins, and the very rare whale(!).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay located 700 feet from the bay! The house features large patio area with a BBQ and fire pit along with an in ground heated pool. The pool area has a 75 in TV so you can enjoy evening movie night in or around the pool. The house is large enough to accommodate two families comfortably. Guests can enjoy the Delaware bay beach or relax pool side. The house is centrally located less than 15 min away from both Wildwood and Cape May. The space There are two queens beds. Three full size double beds, and a twin bed on top of one of the full beds. There is also a pull out queen in the living room couch. The blanket on the ottoman in the living room please cover a part of the couch for your pet if they MUST sit with you in the couch. There are games in the front bedroom closet for rainy days including a poker table top, chips, and cards. In the garage, there plenty of floats for the pool and water guns as well… there is also a cornhole game you may set up on the patio. Lots of fun for your family stay! Guest access All of the space in the house is yours to use. Pool will be closed for the season The last week in September. It will open again in mid to late May. Other things to note Feel free to use the spare set of golf clubs! Cape May National Golf Club is a public course and less than ten minutes from the house.
