Brimming with flowers in the summer and seasonally decorated the rest of the year. Our place is cozy, walking distance to downtown, and is great for every type of traveler including furry friends. The space Quaint, simple, and charming - I hope the house makes you feel right at home when you walk on in. Surrounded by flowers during the summer, and decorated for the seasonal festivities during the months in between, this is a cozy and hip place for friends and loved ones to gather and catch up, enjoy all that Fargo's downtown has to offer, spend time outdoors in the nearby parks, or just stay in and curl up with a blanket and a movie! A note to guests - this is a single family home that has a mother-in-law suite attached to the back. On occasion, a guest or two could stay in the suite. Don't worry, the spaces are completely separate including the entrances. Guests only share the yard and the garage with each guest having their own double stall garage space. We haven't had any issues, but if you have any concerns then please reach out! Guest access We have keyless entry into the home, so if you need to arrive late then no worries. On or before your arrival date, you will receive an access code that will gain you entry into the place. Other things to note We have an apartment attached to the main house. The space Featuring an open concept and many large windows, this recently renovated duplex unit is spacious and comfortable. There is abundant space in the great room for guests to socialize or take advantage of the gigantic 75” smart TV, as well as an expansive ten foot island to gather around while preparing and enjoying a delicious meal. Alternatively, the dining table seats up to 5, for a more traditional dining experience. All seating combined in the great room allows for up to 15 people. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking/baking supplies, as well as a drip coffee maker/Keurig combo and teapot to start your day right. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed and a wall mounted 43” Smart TV. Feel free to use the washer and dryer in the unit (laundry detergent available) if you need to wash a load or two during your stay. There is a separate listing on Airbnb for the lower unit, as well as a combined listing for groups that would like to book both upper and lower units at the same time. With that in mind, if you book just one of the units, it’s possible there will be a different group of Airbnb guests staying in the other unit at the same time. The only shared space in that instance would be the driveway and walkway up to the separate entry doors. You will have access to the entire upper unit, with a separate entry door and smart lock from the lower unit of the duplex. There is a closet we keep locked at the top of the stairs for cleaning supplies, but other than that the unit is yours! There is a locked door to the right of the washer and dryer that leads to a small balcony which is currently off limits until we have an opportunity to update it. Sorry! Other things to note Must be able to climb stairs, since there are stairs at the entrance. The stairs are also a little shallow compared to a normal house, so watch your step and use the handrail. We do ask all guests of the upper unit to be mindful of noise as best they can, as there may be guests staying in the unit below. We have 2 portable AC units available for your use during the summer months, they can be set up prior to your arrival or you may set them up at your leisure during your stay. We have plenty of space for children and infants, but we do not have some of the amenities such as safety gates for stairs. We are also not responsible for injuries. The unit does feature cordless window blinds, cleaning products are stored out of reach of children, and TVs are wall mounted.

There is a separate listing on Airbnb for the upper unit, as well as a combined listing for groups that would like to book both upper and lower units at the same time. With that in mind, if you book just one of the units, it’s possible there will be a different group of Airbnb guests staying in the other unit at the same time. The only shared space in that instance would be the driveway and walkway up to the separate entry doors. You will have access to the entire lower unit, with a separate entry door and smart lock from the upper unit of the duplex. There is a closet we keep locked at the bottom of the stairs for cleaning supplies, but other than that the unit is yours! Other things to note Must be able to climb stairs, since there are stairs at the entrance. We have plenty of space for children and infants, but we do not have some of the amenities such as safety gates for stairs. We are also not responsible for injuries. The unit does feature cordless window blinds, cleaning products are stored out of reach of children, and TVs are wall mounted. Lastly, since this is the lower unit of a duplex, there is a possibility of some noise from the upper unit if it is occupied during your visit. Noise from walking and loud conversations unfortunately can make it into the lower unit. Our apologies if this is the case during your stay, we do ask all guests of the upper unit to be mindful of noise as best they can and respect the quiet hours.
