Vendors: Pool, landscaping, or pest control vendors may access the backyard up to once a week. There is a garage however it has some of my furnishings in it so it cannot be used for parking. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. This is a residential area. We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be respected. The max occupancy of the home is 6 guests. No guests are allowed without prior permission. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy not approved. No unauthoraized pets allowed, a fine will occur. HOUSE RULES: - Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected. - The use of any illegal drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - Pet-friendly property (1-2 dogs, no cats) with prior authorization only, and a pet fee applies. Must clean up after your dog or incur a $150 additional cleaning fee. No unauthoraized pets allowed, a fine will occur. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. The minimum fine for damages is $500. - Please avoid moving furniture, floor scratches easily. - Do NOT use fireplace it is not functional, it is sealed off on the roof. - Burning candles is NOT allowed inside the home. -Do NOT take the vacuum or hose out of the pool as it shuts down the cleaning function and pump on the pool. The pool is not heated. No glassware allowed in the pool area. Plastic dishes and glasses are provided for outdoor use. The entire home will be available for you to use during your stay. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs. ➤ Please do not leave the pool cleaner running while it is out of the water. Running the cleaner outside the pool can overheat and permanently damage the motor. Always ensure the cleaner is fully submerged before operating, and turn it off immediately after use (Improper use of the pool cleaner or other pool equipment may result in an additional fee (Not less than $500), plus the cost of any repairs if damage occurs). ➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit. ➤ The fireplace is non-operational and is for decorative purposes only.
