Within walking distance, you'll find coffee shops, restaurants, and a brewery, as well as a scenic trail that leads to Lake Minnewaska's Starbuck beach and park. Local wineries and a state park are just a short drive away. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire guest house, along with the outdoor patio. Check-in and check-out are a breeze with our smart lock system, which provides a unique, secure passcode for each stay. Other things to note One dog is currently allowed on the property with prior approval. Minimum renter age is 26. No campers or tents are allowed on the property. It is very important to us that we respect our neighbors and residents. Fireworks are not allowed at any time, and firearms are not allowed on the property, including in parked vehicles regardless of permit. Courtesy volume reduction from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. each day. Safety is important to us. This is a safe place, but we do have an outdoor camera for your protection.
