The porch is a nice relaxing cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while watching the lake glisten. The space (Deep Water) This cozy lake front cottage is very spacious and sleeps up to 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms / 2 baths (sorry no tub) and a sofa pull out bed. Bedroom #1: Master w/King Bed and bathroom Bedroom #2: Guest Bedroom w/Queen Bed shared bathroom Bedroom #3: Guest Bedroom w/Queen Bed shared bathroom The cottage has a back porch and spectacular lower deck where you can sip your morning coffee and view the glistening Hartwell Lake coming alive with an abundance of wildlife passing through the property. There is also a dock box that stores various floats and life jackets as well as kayak paddles. There are 4 Kayak’s and 1 Paddle Board available for your use that are stored in the walk-out basement. I have added a Paddle Boat this year for guest to use as well as a floating water mat for the kids. ***Just a note on life jackets, I have about 4 or 5 life jackets in the dock box for people to use. I don't have them for all sizes. I would recommend that for children or anyone needing a size larger than "Adult Large" please bring yours from Home. The space Portman Paradise is pet friendly. Only housebroken dogs allowed, 2 pets maximum- #40 weight limit. No pee pads. All pets must be added to your booking and must remain on leash when outside. The home offers plenty of outdoor space on the amazing wrap around deck that overlooks a serene, natural lot and lakeshore. Grill some lunch and enjoy the outdoor seating for 12. We provide two paddle boards and three kayaks with life jackets at this property to explore the cove. Adult and kid sized vests are available for your convenience. Launch a kayak or paddleboard from the walk-in lake access (no dock) available from a shared peak on the shore, down a natural path. This is the perfect space to enjoy if it happens to rain during your vacation! If you'd rather spend your day inside, you'll find the updated interior comfortable, calm, spotlessly clean, and stocked with plenty of things to do! There are board games, cards, books, and, of course, smart tv's throughout the house with cable and Netflix. The upstairs, loft bedroom provides beautiful lake views and natural light. This bedroom was previously an open loft in the photos but was recently closed off with a door, and the railing replaced with a wall to provide better privacy and sound insulation. This room is equipped with a queen bed, couch and television, private bathroom, walk-in closet. Outside that bedroom there is a small cubby room with a twin bed. This room is a bonus sleeping space and doubles as an office/ reading room but does not have a door. The second bedroom offers a private sliding door to the deck overlooking the lake, a television and king bed, as well as a private entry to the downstairs bathroom. The third bedroom is set up with a queen bed, and a cabinet of board games and puzzles. The living room sofa pulls out to a queen mattress. All linens and pillows are provided, including a set for the sleeper-sofa. The driveway has parking for up to 4 vehicles, but please note that the driveway is on a slight downhill slope. The driveway is narrower at the top by the road and widens closer to the house, with an additional gravel area to provide more space. Please be mindful of neighbors' vehicles when entering and exiting the driveway. It is often easier to back into the driveway. Due to the nature of this home, even with being treated quarterly by Terminex and thorough regular cleaning, being a lake side house in the woods there may occasionally be insects such as spiders and roaches. Other things to note The boats and jetskis in the picture are NOT included in the stay. They are owner property and not to be touched during the stay. I provide my own cleaning service, so mistakenly taken items will be charged. No food or drinks in lofted, carpeted area. Damage or additional cleaning will also be charged. The space This home includes comfortable beds and lake views from all the main rooms in the house. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking tools, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, and electric stove. The laundry room off the kitchen offers a washer, dryer and sink with plenty of room for when you return from boating or outdoors activities. The large owners suite is located on the main floor and includes a king size bed with an amazing mattress and linens. This room has a private bathroom, T.V., and entry to the back deck. The two other bedrooms, off the main floor, include a king and queen bed with magnificent mattresses and linens as-well. Downstairs there is a living area with a pullout couch and T.V. If rain is in the forecast take it easy in our downstairs game room filled with board and card games. The house provides plenty of space for family visits and free Wi-Fi. Bring your Laptop or other devices and link to the television. All televisions are Smart TV. We follow updated COVID cleaning procedures and we make sure to focus on disinfecting door handles, faucets, toilet handles and sets, sinks counters and other common surfaces. Parking is available in front of the house for up to 5 cars. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy! There is no access to the garage with ongoing renovations. Conveniently located about 20 minutes from the Clemson University Stadium, perfect for game day! Take a short path down to the dock for fishing, swimming, or use of several kayaks to explore the lake. The space This lake house features a bright open floor space perfect for families. The large master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and small futon, and the adjoining converted master walk in (only accessable from the master bedroom) has a twin over full size bunk bed for the kids. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the master bathroom jetted tub. There is also a futon in the living room for an additional guest. The large deck provides guests with a peaceful wooded setting with a glimpse of Lake Hartwell. Off of the kitchen you will find a laundry room for your convenience. There is one covered garage space for parking plus one additional parking spot in the driveway (there is no room to park boats/trailers). Guest access Guests have access to the entire private entry level floor, an outdoor deck and covered space, garage parking, backyard fire pit, and use of a shared dock with kayaks (no motor boats). Other things to note *Please note the hosts live on the bottom floor suite with separate access and separate amenities. You may see them in the backyard or at the shared dock. *Parking is limited to two cars and there is no room to park boats/trailers.

Our newly renovated lake front home is nestled on 2.5 wooded acres on Lake Hartwell. The area is peaceful and private and located 13 min to Clemson, 5 min to Pendleton, 10 min to Anderson, and 40 min to Greenville. *Private in-ground pool *Hot tub *Volleyball/badminton net *Fire pit *Ping pong, pool, foosball, basketball, air hockey, shuffleboard, skeeball, darts *Games, toys, puzzles, books *Dock *Kayak, paddles boards, life jackets, fishing gear *Outdoor movie *Screened in porch The space Our home was completely renovated in summer 2025: new electric, plumbing, insulation, drywall, HVAC, water heater, kitchen, bathroom, decks, fence, all new furniture, etc. It is like basically staying in a brand new home! This is a 1650 sq ft home. There are no stairs leading into the home. On the main level, you will find the kitchen, living room with 55” TV, electric fireplace, games, puzzles, and books, dining area for 6, 1 bathroom (with a very small shower), and 3 bedrooms: 2 kings and 1 queen. The queen room features a 55” TV. The kitchen also comes with a snow cone machine and ice cream maker. Downstairs, you will find a second living room with pool table, foosball table, ping pong, shuffle board, and 55” TV, dining area for 6, laundry room with wash sink, 1 bathroom (remodeled), and kids’ bedroom with 65” TV: 2 twin bunk beds with twin trundles. The kids’ room has skeeball, books, games, toys, and a pack and play. The house can sleep a maximum of 8 adults or 6 adults and 6 children. There is an additional game room that can be accessed outside off the basement patio that offers a 2 person arcade basketball game, air hockey, and magnetic darts. There is a maximum of 8 adults (ages 12 and older). Outside, you will enjoy the in-ground pool with diving board, basketball goal, pool toys, and floats and the hot tub for 5. The backyard features a stone fire pit, volleyball/badminton, outdoor shower, and set up for outdoor movies. Guests will also have access to 4 inflatable paddle boards, 1 inflatable kayak, 2 hard shell youth kayaks, 2 hard shell adult kayaks, 3 fishing rods and tackle box, floating tubes for the lake, life jackets, Clemson cornhole boards, Connect 4, Jenga, and ladder ball. There is an abundance of outdoor seating and entertaining. The covered, screened in porch offers a fan, sectional couch, and 2 rocking chairs. The back deck features 2 bar height tables to seat 4. The side deck has a gas grill, dining table for 8, 4 rocking chairs, a sectional couch, and umbrella. The front porch has 2 rocking chairs. The bottom patio has a love seat, couch, and 2 chairs. The fire pit has 8 Adirondack chairs. The pool has 4 Adirondack chairs, 8 loungers, 2 rocking chairs, dining table for 6, and 3 umbrellas. Enjoy this all on 2.5 wooded, lake front acres. The pool is open May 1- October 1. It is not heated. There is a 4 night minimum from second week of May through second week of August. Guest access We are located on an inlet. The water is 150’ across and 8’ deep off the dock when at full pool. Boats and jet skis can be tied to the dock. At times, the water level can drop greatly due to drought so feel free to ask how deep the water is. We are a 7-10 minute boat ride from the large, open water. Other things to note Please know the bunk beds are intended for children. They have a weight limit of 220lbs and can only sleep 1 adult on each bunk. We prefer to have no more than 8 adults on the property The downstairs fireplace is non-operable and cannot be used by guests. The electric fireplace upstairs can be used by guests! This house is not suitable for children between the ages of 1 and 4. The steps leading to the basement are steep and open on one side. They pose a safety risk. We have mosquito deterrent devices you can set outside. We also spray the property monthly. Our home is very rural but within 5 minutes to the city of Pendleton. Our street is filled with a variety of homes from mobile homes to two story homes. All of our neighbors are lovely and kind! Going above our 12 guest limit is not allowed. You will sadly be evicted from the property without refund and charged a $150 fee per night per guest for each guest above the 12 guest limit.

Lake House with Dock, Hot Tub, Pool, Game Room

Close to Clemson, I- 85, Lake Hartwell, and Anderson. My 2023 Wildwood 28vbxl CAMPER sits in my driveway which is also home to Freedom Fences, a non profit animal rescue. This is a working farm so people are always milling around. Well behaved, housetrained animals allowed but must be crated if left alone. Great spot for Clemson football. 25 minutes to Greenville. 10 minutes from downtown Anderson. Less than 7 miles to Garrison arena. NO Smoking! If you are high maintenance, don't book! The space please read! This is a nice camper but it is not a motel! 1 camper king w/4 inch memory foam topper and a 3 in foam on top of the topper in private room. Camper mattress isn't thick like a home mattress but i have helped it be as comfortable as possible. Bunk room features two elevated twin bunk beds (150# limit) as well as a couch that doubles as a queen bed. The den features a 40 in Smart TV, comfortable couch, kitchen/dinette, and electric fireplace. DVD player available. The camper will technically sleep 7 people, however, guests should use their own discretion based on the size of occupants. Hot water tank is NOT huge so if you take a long shower you will run out of water! If you have multiple people you should space out showers or not take a long shower. Remember, this is a camper hot water tank, not a motel. Bathroom is small. DO NOT USE A SPACE HEATER!!!! It will cause a fire. See pics! They are accurate. Camper is on site of an animal rescue farm in my driveway. Don't knock my rating on location. Don't book if you want to overlook a mountain or something scenic. My camper is practical and clean. Guest access The entire camper is yours. Parking is plentiful however boats will incurred a $5 per night to be plugged in. Plenty of space to park. Other things to note The camper sits in my driveway and is located at the home of Freedom fences, a non-profit animal rescue. It is set off the road and a quiet spot. Stop dinging me on location. If you have an issue with the camper in the driveway, keep searching. Well behaved, housebroken pets are fine. Owners are responsible for keeping their animals leashed while on the property as well as picking up behind them. Absolutely NO Smoking/vaping inside the camper. Animals should be crated when left unattended if there is any chance of chewing/scratching. Parking is plentiful for 2-3 cars or a boat/moving van. $5 per night for boats to hook to electric. Dec/Jan stays please read!!!!! I have a heated hose that helps with the water freezing however I cannot guarantee that if we get extreme temperatures that it won’t freeze up. Typically winters are ok with the rare hard freeze but just know that intake every precaution I can to keep pipes from freezing. You may want to check the weather before renting as I have NO additional control beyond a heated hose. Do not under any circumstances plug in a space heater or any additional units for heat. The electric fireplace and propane will give you plenty of heat.

Catch fish from the dock or enjoy a fire on the back deck. Play board games, take the kayak, or prepare a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Relax, be in town, or on the interstate in 5 minutes. Clemson tailgates are close by! Ask me about tickets and parking spaces if football brings you to town! Fishing on dock is allowed. However docking a boat is not permitted.

New: Cove Cottage lake front cottage sleeps 11

A cozy lakeside cottage surrounded by the privacy of hardwoods, while also convenient to restaurants, shopping, Clemson & Anderson Universities. Cool off with a swim in the private cove or stay warm while enjoying S'mores by the fire pit. There's plenty of activities with fishing, kayaking and canoeing or just relax over a cup of coffee or tea while taking in the views of the water and wildlife. The Blue Pine awaits to be the escape for the relaxation you've been looking for! The space The Blue Pine has a good balance of an open layout yet the rooms have their own distinct feel. The master bedroom( albeit on the smaller size) we’ve worked to make every part of it efficient, functional and comfortable. There is a flex/storage room off from the second bedroom with the bunk beds - it could also be another place for small kids to lay a sleeping bag or lay out a pallets. It is worth noting that the home has a metal roof, which can be a nice feel when it rains, just know you will hear things more since it is metal. Our favorite room undoubtedly is the sunroom area which gets great morning Sunlight (and really all through the day) and provides great views of the water and even some wildlife. Guest access Full house access (minus a storage room at the front of the house, where you might think a front door would be). Other things to note Parking: there is enough room for two cars to park down by the house, although if you’re not comfortable backing up or turning around you may want to park at one of the spots up by the top of the driveway. CAUTION: Be careful not to pull or back into the house as the gravel pad down by the house is next to the home. It often works best to pull down driveway into gravel pad beside the house and when you’re ready to leave, back up into driveway and pull straight out. Mini Split HVAC: currently it is not connected as we are working on installing and waiting for a part, so do not try to use, the home has central HVAC and you can use next thermostat in the kitchen. Kitchen sink: There is no garbage disposal, please throw all foods scraps into trash can and keep strainer on the kitchen drain at all times. Security Cameras: there are some security cameras (outside only) and signs that reference. Most are just decoys and are not functioning, although we have left for added deterrence (although we have never had any issue).

Our Lakehouse sits on the beautiful lot on Lake Hartwell in a deep water cove in Townville off Exit 11 on I85 & 5 minutes from Portman Marina & 17 minutes to CU. This 2-story house sits in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Lake is just 85 steps to the dock with a smooth concrete path that has a nice gentle slope to it. If you are overweight or in bad physical shape it could be a challenge in two 10ft spots.. Private dock is perfect for those that would like to bring their own boat. . Other things to note Events are allowed but there is an extra cost depending on the amount of guests.

The space Lakeside Getaway has an open concept with a vaulted ceiling. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all amenities (no dishwasher or ice maker). Large island with seating for 4 and a dining table to seat 4. A cozy 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and a queen sofa sleeper in the family room. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a double vanity. Mini split in the living room area and bedroom for comfortable heating and cooling. There are 20 well lit stairs to the front door. Guest access You will have access to the deck area and BBQ (griddle is for owners use only), fire pit, the boat dock. If you have a boat, you can tie up on the outside of our dock. It is a trek to the dock with a steep incline on the cart path. If we are onsite and available, we are more than happy to give you a ride to the dock. There is a stackable washer and dryer located in the bathroom on the pool deck for your use. Other things to note If you are coming for a fishing tournament or just trailering your boat: your boat and trailer can be parked next to the Airbnb. It is safe and secure, with power for charging your trolling motor. Located just 1.5 miles off I-85. Close to Clemson University (8 miles), Anderson University (10 miles), T. Double glass doors open into a 15 x 17 bedroom with a firm California king bed, 2 nightstands, and seating area. The bathroom has a soaking tub, tile shower with glass surround, washer/dryer, TV, and towel warmer. Both the living room and bedroom also have smart TVs. Just out the front door is a porch with plenty of seating and a daybed swing with beautiful lake view. The deck has a hot tub and double chaise lounge overlooking the lake and dock. You will find 2 hooded robes hanging in the bathroom. We have a large couch for sleeping as well as a twin mattress and frame that can be set up for extra sleeping space. For insurance purposes, no outside guests are permitted to use the hot tub. There will be enough tea, coffee, espresso, paper products, shampoo, soap, and conditioner available for you to use until you can make it to the store. After using the ladder and bench on the dock, please pull it back out of the water after each use. I will leave some beach towels. Please don’t take white towels down to the lake.

There’s space for the whole family with lots of parking. This space has served our big family well and we know it will for yours too. The space EAT: Our open concept main floor features a full kitchen with everything needed to cook for a large group. The table in the dining room seats 10 with 4 barstools at the counter. On the spacious partially covered deck, we have a gas grill as well as two 6-person tables and other deck furniture to create ample places to both eat and relax. COFFEE MAKER: We have a Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker as well as a French Press. SLEEP: The primary bedroom is off the living room with a King bed and ensuite bathroom. Ensuite is large and has a double vanity, separate shower and an indulgent soaker tub. Walk in closet has plenty of room for a pack-n-play if traveling with little ones. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed. You’ll find the bunk room downstairs in the walk out basement, featuring a bunk bed with trundle and a sleeper sofa. PLAY: Options for play are endless when you're at the lake! We have a double kayak for your use as well as an assortment of life jackets. Bring your own floats, tubes and paddle boards to store on the dock or under the deck during your stay. The boat slip on our covered dock is available for you should you be bringing your boat or renting one from a local marina. **Please note that although the path to the lake is nicely paved, it is relatively steep and if it gets especially wet it can be slippery. In our stand alone garage you’ll find a full size ping pong table and a dart board. There’s also a couch and table and chairs to host cards, board games or spectators watching ping pong. If you are venturing offsite, there are countless hikes and outdoor activities within drivable distance. Clemson University is a quick 15 minutes down the road if you're hoping to take in a game. And if you’re looking for some time in a more urban setting, popular Greenville is 40 minutes away. Our road is perfect for peaceful evening strolls. The neighborhood is quiet with mostly homes that are the primary residence for our neighbors. FIRE PIT: Our firepit sits on the lower deck surrounded by chairs and a porch swing perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. TV: Our TVs are all smart TVs that you are able to sign into your own streaming services on. PARKING: Plenty of parking for 6+ cars in the driveway.
