Enjoy staying in my downtown studio in the mile-high city of Denver. Newly renovated, I took inspiration from Japan for the decoration. My goal was to provide you with a calm place to relax while being in the middle of downtown. The space The studio has a murphy bed with a queen bed. It also has a desk and a monitor so you can plug in your laptop if you brought one. The internet is fiber so it's very fast. It has a big walk in closet that has a lot of storage options. There is a bathroom with sink, toilet and bathtub. I also provide with bath towels, pool towels, soap, lotion, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and a hamper for dirty cloths. There is a 50" QLED TV (bought this year 2022) that has a soundbar. There are also outdoor speakers for the balcony. Both the soundbar and balcony speakers can be accessed via bluetooth or via wifi. The kitchen is stocked with: - Pots and pans, silverware, knives, cutting board, plates, mugs, glasses, chopsticks, etc. All the essentials. - There is a compact dishwasher. - There is a Keurig with reusable pods with filters and acoffee grinder to fill those pods. I provide coffee as well. There is also an italian coffee pot that can make a espresso if you prefer that. - Fridge with freezer. - Electric and traditional kettles. - Rice cooker. - Air fryer. - Microwave. - Oven. Guest access You will have access to the building's pool and outdoor grills, gym and laundry facility - all on the 3rd floor. Other things to note The building has 24/7 security.
