We have a dog and children so for a few hours in the morning and in the evening there can be a lot of activity above you. The apartment has a private entrance on the side of the main house. It is clean, warm and has the amenities of a regular size home. There is a kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry room (which we need access to due to it connecting to our utility room). There are two bedrooms that are partitioned off by a curtain. Other things to note We have a pack-n-play if needed and a blow-up queen mattress.

The space This property is labeled “ski-in ski-out” because there’s a free shuttle that makes a stop about 100 yards from the room every 15 minutes. It runs from 6:50am to 11:20pm seven days a week. The stops include historic Main Street (which has a lift right in town called “Town Lift”) it also stops at “Park City Base” (Where a number of other ski lifts originate) and it stops at Deer Valley Resort where there are more lifts. By car, the nearest lifts are 4 minutes away. The shuttle takes about 25 minutes because it makes multiple stops along the way. Right behind the property is The Union Pacific Trial (walking and biking). It’s 28 miles (45 km) long. It stretches from Historic Main Street in Park City to Echo Reservoir. You could walk all the way to Main Street (30 minutes walk) without stopping at a single crosswalk as the trail goes under every street. Also, right behind the property are a network of scenic hiking and mountain biking trails. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit (living area and bathroom) only excluding a locked white metal cabinet in the closet area. Other things to note The heating system is located in the room you sleep in. (Controls are next to the door) When the machine runs, it makes fan noises. If you’re not use to this, it might disrupt you when you're sleeping or it might make it hard to hear the TV. In those cases, I recommend you use the ultra-quiet space heater stored next to the dresser. The walls that separate each unit aren't soundproof. A white noise machine is provided in the unit to help neutralize any sounds that might come from the next door or hallway.

There is another bus stop on Sidewinder Drive. To go to Main Street, you can take either one of the busses in the Old Town Transit Center direction, which is located one block north of Main Street. Busses No 1 and 5 will take you to Deer Valley via the Old Town Transit Center located in the historical downtown of Park City, then to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley. Bus No 1 (red line) takes you to the base of Park City Mountain Resort and then to the Old Town Transit Center, then to Deer Valley. If you intend to go to PCMR village, you should take the red bus. The red bus goes to PCMR village, Main Street/Old Town, and Deer Valley. Bus No 5 (yellow line) would take you to Snow Park, Deer Valley, through the Old Town Transit Center. If you intend to go to Deer Valley or Main Street/Old Town, you should take the yellow bus. The red bus goes to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley, but it takes a long time since it detours at PCMR village. The yellow bus is a shortcut to Deer Valley. The Ski Retreat Condo in Park City

This charming cottage is in the heart of Park City. Five minutes walk from Park City Mountain ski area, this cozy retreat has everything you could want for: living area, kitchen, dining / work space. Upstairs, are 2 gorgeous bedrooms and a beautifully re-modeled bathroom. The home is right in the heart of the action, yet on a quiet street, opposite the park and a block from the ski area. Never worry about traffic- its a really short walk to everywhere and the bus stop is just outside. The space The space has been totally re-modeled this year, with new bathroom, carpeting, painting, beds and mattresses, all finished exceptionally, giving a clean and cozy experience. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a kingsize bed and the second with a queen bed and twin XL bunk over the top. It is super sturdy and fine for 3 adults if required. The bathroom re-model is beautiful with a double vanity and combo shower tub. There is a large washer and drier for your use. Access to Park City's attractions could not be easier. The bus stop is 20yds away, and will take you all over town - to the main street (0.5 miles) or to Park City Mountain , Canyons Village, or Deer Valley. Grocery shopping and liquor store are both a 5 minute walk or bus ride away. If you want to stay closer to home, head out to the shared pool or the hot tub to cool off or soak away your cares. So you can catch a free express shuttle bus to Park City's Main Street, ski areas, and lots of dining, entertainment and shopping is just minutes away. There's a local gym and spa right next door that offers short term and daily membership, fees vary by season and length of stay. A variety of restaurants and bars are also conveniently located within walking distance of Prospector Square Conference Center. Whether you're skiing, hiking, golfing or in Park City on business, you'll be happy to return to this condo to rest and relax after enjoying all that Park City, Utah has to offer. Our condo is very cozy, clean and nice. Attention was paid to detail to make your stay as nice and comfortable as possible. For parties of 2, we assume you'll just use the queen bed. Please inform us at booking if your party of 2 will be needing the sleeper/sofa. (Additional fees apply). For groups of 3 or more, we'll automatically have it made up for you. A twin air mattress is available, as well as a folding playpen/crib...let us know if you need them. Just let us know how many guests to expect and what you'll need to accommodate everyone! The extra guest charges cover city and county hotel/occupancy taxes, and additional housekeeping & laundry fees for extra linens and towels. The onsite HOA security staff will document undeclared guests via the hallway security cameras and report them to the authorities. But we're planning a future remodel for wheelchair access, as we have family members with special needs, and understand the need for these accommodations). ADA INFORMATION: According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, a service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. It is about a mile and half from the main downtown Park City strip and about a mile and half from Deer Park Ski Resort and less than 10 minutes to Canyons and Park City Ski Resort. Not a ski in ski out but easy to take the free shuttle that comes every 15 - 30 minutes anywhere in Park City. Guest access Parking space right next to the condo. Prospector Square front desks common area has key and guest parking pass along with wifi info etc. Check in with them and they have everything you need (like a hotel). The front desk will provide coupons for 20 percent off of ski equipment etc., just ask them for the coupon. The condo is very close (within walking distance to the front desk). There is a free bus that comes every 15 - 30 minutes and goes everywhere in PC, it picks up right in front of the front desk. Below the loft, there is ample mudroom and storage space, complete with hooks, shelves, baskets for personal belongings, and a boot dryer. There are plenty of paths limited to walkers, hikers, bikers, and snowshoers, as well as more difficult hiking trails that split off from the trail, so you can get away from the sounds of the city anytime you like. - Spending a day at the Park City Museum, learn about the rich heritage of Park City’s mining days, as well as the storied history of skiing in Utah. - Just a short walk from Old Town. WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 5 people. - The maximum number of cars at the property is 1. - This home has parking for a maximum of one car. Please display the provided parking permit in your car for the duration of the stay, as cars without permits will be ticketed for $40. - Woodside Cottage is within walking distance to the slopes and steps away from the Park City free bus route. - During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. - Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation.
