It was one of the first homes built on Kingshighway and sits directly across from the beautiful, historic Tower Grove Park. My home is centrally located & close to major highways that make getting around the city easy. I won't be at the home during your stay but will be close by in case you need anything. I have a keyless entry system which makes it easy for guests to come and go as they choose. The space I take great pride in my beautiful home and love sharing it with others. During the holidays, I will have my Christmas tree up for your family to enjoy! The first floor has a private bedroom with a queen bed and a door to the bathroom that is shared with others through a door in the hallway. There is also a gorgeous kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you will need to make amazing meals with your family & friends. The large living room & dining room provide plenty of space for being together and enjoying one another's company! Walk up the curved staircase to the second floor, and you will find four additional bedrooms & two additional bathrooms. Upstairs, the front bedroom has a queen bed, the large bedroom has a king bed and an HD TV, the middle bedroom has two full beds & the back bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a play area for kids. There is a parking pad in the rear of the home with space for three vehicles. Guests will enter and exit through the back door of the home. The large, partially fenced back yard is a perfect place for families (and pets) to play, and the patio area has a table that seats four people. The location is amazing and is close to so many coffee shops, restaurants & attractions. The beautiful Botanical Gardens and our famous Italian "Hill" area are within walking distance. It was within 5-7 mins of everything we had planned downtown, which is great for kiddos who hate long car rides. - Sar Airbnb was exactly as advertised, very clean and spacious. The location was convenient and safe. Lots of parking available as well. - Gray This property is so beautiful and Ajre is extremely responsive. If you are in town with a big family/group, you will have such a great time here. The building is a gorgeous example of St. Louis architecture with all the modern amenities inside. Large dining table, kitchen island, and living room for hanging out. Plenty of spacious, high-ceiling bedrooms make you feel luxurious and comfortable. The property has lots of safety cameras and speakers to keep you feeling safe. Curbside parking was never an issue, and there is a carport in the back. Great location, good value, would gladly stay here again. - Dav WHAT TO EXPECT You'll have access to the entire home. The property is cleaned between every stay, and exterior security cameras are in place for your safety. Pool heated & open year round!The uniqueness of this home is that it is located within 5 minutes of Forest Park, the St. Louis Zoo, Ted Drewes, and Historic Macklind District for restaurants and shopping, and The Hill for some of the finest Italian dining in the country. This home is within 10 minutes of Bush Stadium, the Soulard Market, Central West End, Washington Univesity, SLU, ETC. A safe neighborhood walking distance to a park wth tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a playground. The space Upon entering you will immediately see the billiards table in the front room. From there you will see an office space with bedroom #1 and a full bath to the right. As you continue back you are led into the newly renovated and very open dining room and kitchen with granite counters, pendant lights, and a breakfast bar. The eye-catching part, though, is the sunken family room with marble floors, 14' ceilings, and a gas fireplace. This level also holds a half-bath and laundry room. The sliding glass door takes you to the backyard oasis with a pool, hot tub, gazebo, and a 6' privacy fence. The upstairs has two bedrooms and the finished basement has teo queen beds an additional full bath. The pool is open year around and heated up to 75 degrees F if guest let me know prior to arrival. If you would like that temp to be higher to 85 degrees please reach out to discuss for additional pricing for the duration of your stay, due to gas and electric pricing per time of year. Thanks! Guest access As you pull up to the house you will notice it is a corner lot which provides optional parking on all corners. You will have a one time code for the front door for your stay.
