(Contact host for more details) The space The beach house has 3 stories and includes 4 private bedrooms and 3 full baths. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a king bed and a full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a table & chairs for eight, plus 4 additional barstools at the kitchen peninsula. The main room has a large sectional and chair for all your guests to relax and visit or you may want to enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch. The house also includes a full-size washer/dryer. The second floor has the other 3 bedrooms - the master has a king size bed, a desk with 2 monitors and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a king bed in one and a twin over king with a twin trundle in the other. The Master and the other room with king bed share a balcony that has peek a boo views of the gulf. A Block Away from 30-A

Vantage Point is located in a very private secluded Cul de sac away from traffic and all the hustle bustle of the Resort's main thoroughfares and activities. With that said my home is less than quarter of a mile (walking distance) from Restaurants, spas, work out facilities, yoga, zumba and health classes of all kind. Also, within walking distance is the Links Golf Course which my home is located on the 8th hole. The space My home has 2,200 square ft - 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The full kitchen area has seating for 6 at the dining room table and additional seating for 4 more at the bar with chair back bar stools. I also have a queen foldout couch. There are an additional 4 chairs in this area. I have a 55 inch LED tv in this room for viewing. Off Each bedroom there is a private porch to sit and enjoy the views of the surrounding areas. Every bedroom also has a walk in closet, dressers, night stands with lamps and ceiling fans as well as box fans for those who like the "noise". All bedrooms have new 44" LED flat screen tv's. On the back porch screened in Lanai I have 2 wicker love seats and 4 chairs and 2 small tables. This porch also has a ceiling fan. Just steps off the porch in the courtyard I have a propane gas grill should you like to cook out. First floor has a Queen bedroom. Second floor has two bedrooms each with a King bed. The upstairs bedroom is somewhat unique in that I have basically set it up for kids or other special groups that don't want to necessarily sleep together. It is a very large room that basically covers the majority of the second floor. In it I have 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds), 2 side by side twin beds and a queen bed. For Kids it gives them a place to retreat to (as my 3 kids did) and for parents it also gives them a little solitude if wanted since they are 3 floors up. Guest have access to 4 premiere golf courses located on the Resort ( I'm located on 8th hole of the Links golf course and first class tennis courts. Also within .2 mile my guest has access to massages, spas, workout facilities, yoga, zumba, facials, sauna etc Also within a mile of my home at the Marina; canoeing, kayaking, jet-skiing, wave boarding, deep sea fishing, para-sailing as well as zip lining, miniature golf, game centers, rock climbing, carousels, fine and casual dining, bars, concerts in the park, family movie night, nightly fireworks (in summer time), face painting, clowns and numerous other activities for children and adults alike and many more too numerous to mention. Guest access My home has a private pool for guest and owners just steps from my homes front door in addition to 2 other HOA pools (home owners association) on the Resort which are heated, that my guest can utilize. There are 4 golf courses - I live on the 8th hole of Links golf course. There are Saunas, Spas, facials, work out facilities etc Tram/Shuttle service that takes you anywhere on the Resort and picks up my guest at the front door of my home. Other things to note There are a myriad of activities located at the Wharf for kids and adults alike. For the kids there is rock climbing, bungee jumping, zip lining just to name a few. And if your kid is not that adventurous then there are magic shows, putt putt golf, ice cream parlors, face painting and a whole host of arts and crafts booths. And even an ice skating rink seasonally and kids movies on the big screen in the outside courtyard amphitheater. For the adults there is a full range of retail shops too many to mention and a full range of restaurants from burgers and shakes to high end fine dining many of which are waterfront overlooking the Bay. There are also are several "night life" venues where you can relax by knowing the Shuttle/Tram will pick you up afterwards and take you right to the front door of my home.
