The deck leads directly to the dock allowing for easy access for swimming or watercraft provided. The place is just a short walk from hiking and biking trails, with nearby lakes and sandy beaches. The indoor projector and screen make movie nights so much better! The boathouse is fully equipped for winter with a cozy woodstove. The space I've replaced my old fish house that was succumbing to the sea and wildlife with a modern, Scandanavian-feel house with high ceilings and full ocean view and access. There are 4 paddle boards, a canoe and three kayaks for your use in the summer and a swim float in the Cove to paddle or swim to. It is a year-round retreat to decompress and enjoy the sea. There’s a sauna coming soon in the fall! Guest access The living area, bed and bathroom are all easily accessible although the doorways and hall is narrow. There is a separate deck off the bedroom to a private sitting area and outdoor shower. The loft is accessed by an alternating staircase, not appropriate for small children or those with mobility or other impairment.
