At the entrance after foyer is the vibrant kitchen with stainless steel countertops equipped with everything you need. Walking out of the kitchen to your right is the twin bedroom with sliding doors to the zen patio. Once you walk out of the twin guest room straight across is the "groovy" feeling living room with large smart TV and it has a real fireplace to cozy up to in the winter. Right off the living room is another fun area with 2 seats that also has a large smart tv if you want to do some gaming of your own! Immediately adjacent is the open area dining room that seats 8 and all sliders open up to enjoy the open space for those cooler nights. Just off the dining room is another seating area that has a sleeper sofa and is next to the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a smart TV and also has a sofa and coffee table for that "suite" feeling. The primary bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom. There is no need for a car as the Circuit by the Sea will pick you up and drop you off on demand anywhere in Lauderdale By The Sea with a simple app you can download. The main Restaurants and village bars (mostly family friendly) of Lauderdale by the Sea are about a 15 minute walk, so great for an evening walk, meal, ice cream etc. The little village is very family friendly with a ton of seating, you’ll find a lot of families just sitting and enjoying an ice scream or dining or listening to local live music most evenings. The bridge from Fort Lauderdale into Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is like a portal to vacation world. Cross over, and suddenly ho-hum drugstores and fast-food restaurants transform into vibrant shops and cafes. There is a skimmer on the side of the house in case of leaves or other outdoor debris that may blow into pool between cleanings. Lawn Maintenance The lawn crew is scheduled to briefly be on site once every two weeks. Amazon House supplies may occasionally be delivered during your stay via Amazon. If a package arrives, simply bring it inside and leave by the door, the cleaners will handle after your departure. If the house was low on supplies upon arrival, it's likely that refills are inside the box. You are welcome to open and use what is needed. Trash Bins There is a scheduled crew that brings the trash bins from underneath the carport to the end of the driveway the night before pickup and wheels them back the following day.

Please be cautious when using the BBQ, use at your own risk please keep children away from the BBQ. You are in a tropical environment as best as you can please keep food crumbs off the floors indoors and outdoors at all times to prevent attracting unwanted cockroaches, ants, critters, little lizards, iguanas, very important to keep the doors shut at all times to help prevent them from coming into the house. No Drugs can be used on the property, No smoking or vaping is aloud inside the house at anytime during your stay. Most important the city has a No Noise ordinance that all neighbors respect, so please respect the NO NOISE allowed on the property after 10 PM especially by the POOL area.
