AC and heating throughout the suite. Outdoors, you have access to the large fenced lawn yard, your own BBQ, outdoor bistro table and chairs, and comfy armchairs with table too. The space This lovely studio is on the lower level, on the front side of the house. It is open and spacious with a ton of character! You'll love the convenient kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, induction dual cook top, pots & pans and the basics you need to prepare & cook meals. If you'd like to know if we have something specific for your cooking needs, please ask, otherwise please bring with you. There is a 2-seat bar where you can eat and there's always coffee, tea, and water available. From the patio you can see peek-a-boo views of the lake and mountains, making for some beautiful sunsets. This is a pet-friendly home so bring your furry friends (there is a pet fee). Gas BBQ is available but you're welcome to bring your own. Please be advised that some landscaping is still being worked on around the property, but your privacy is our priority.
