Our beautiful single level open concept home makes gatherings functional and comfortable. 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living room areas, 2 dining areas and a large kitchen make for plenty of room to spread out. The back yard has a fully covered patio with fenced pool, BBQ area and outdoor fireplace. Across the street is a park for the little ones. Enjoy some friendly competition on the table shuffleboard, game console with 50k+ preloaded games, or a round of golf at the neighborhood course. The space Fully stocked kitchen, water softener, washer/dryer, 3 flat screen TV's, Roku, pool, free wifi, port-a-crib, high chair, stroller, outdoor and indoor fireplaces and BBQ. *In state reservations must be approved before booking is complete *No weekend only bookings i.e. Fri-Sunday *Must be 25+ yrs old to book Guest access Keyless entry at front door that you will be given the code to 24 hrs prior to check in. You will have full access to the house and yards. The garage is available to park 2 cars in. A couple of closets will be locked. Other things to note *$50 to heat pool (includes first night) plus $30/each additional night, billed separately. 3-nights is $110, 4-nights is $140, 5-nights is $170 etc. *Please remember that you are visiting the desert and as the temperature rises, you may possibly see desert creatures.
