There is an additional fee for heating the pool. October–March: $150/day; April–September: $100/day. We require at least a 2-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. We will heat the pool for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. We recommend heating the pool if your stay is between October 1st and April 30th. The pool thermostat will be set to 85 degrees if heated. Pool temperatures are affected by outdoor temperatures and are not guaranteed. The spa is heated at no additional charge. *When is check-in/out? Can I check in early or check out late? Check-in is 4pm and Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be accommodated depending on our cleaner's schedule and other factors. Message the host if you'd like an accommodation. The rate is $50/hour *How do I access the property? The property is equipped with a smart keypad lock installed on the garage man door by the main entrance. Pets may be allowed at the hosts' sole discretion (cats are not allowed). There is a per-pet per-stay fee of $150 which covers additional cleaning and sanitation after your stay. Please take note of the following information: - if the pool equipment reads the outside temperature at 40 degrees or below it automatically goes to freeze protection mode and we cannot heat the pool or hot tub at this time. - We can start heating the pool at 7:00 AM earliest, but we cannot guarantee a time that it will reach 80F, especially during fall/winter/spring seasons. This depends on how cold the day is. You can smoke outside the house. Please to use the ashtray outside to help keep the area clean. There are no cameras in the private spaces inside or in the private backyard areas. While these cameras are not actively monitored, they do continuously record both audio and video, 24/7. We take your privacy seriously and ask that you do not tamper with, cover, or disable any security cameras or the Wi-Fi system. WiFi: This home has the best WiFi available in Sedona; however, internet speed and service in Sedona aren’t generally as fast and reliable as in major cities. While we don’t typically have any issues, we do want to let you know in case that might impact your trip. Pests: Please note that due to its location in the desert, we have occasional visits from critters (insects, rodents, etc.). We have regular pest control, but please keep doors and windows closed to prevent unwanted guests. Maintenance: Our property receives regular maintenance to keep everything in top condition. Gardeners visit for weekly landscaping on Mondays, and our hot tub undergoes routine servicing the same day. If you are staying on a Monday, please be aware that our hot tub technician and gardeners will access the backyard during the day for maintenance. Trash collection also takes place on Mondays. Our concierge service will bring the trash cans from behind the fence to the street and return them once collection is complete. If any additional property maintenance (such as pest control or specialized landscaping) is scheduled during your stay, we will always do our best to provide advance notice and request permission before entering the property.
